我们这一代孩子，都是温室里的花朵，饭要父母做，衣服要父母洗，作业还得父母监督，但有一件事让我明白我们不能做温室里的花朵，要学会自立自强。

一天放学回家，咦!怎么开着门呀?妈妈呢?只见妈妈有气无力的躺在床上，看见我进了家门，就说：“仔仔回来了啦!哎呀，我还没做饭呢!”于是妈妈撑着有气无力的身子，准备下床做饭，我急忙说：“不用了，我吃方便面就好了，你还是休息吧!”妈妈实在没有力气起来又躺下了。我准备下楼买方便面，可是我吃方便面，那妈妈吃什么呢?方便面可没有营养，妈妈吃可不行，于是我脑子一闪，有了好主意，煮饺子给妈妈吃。

我走进厨房将锅里放好水，“啪”的一声打开煤气灶，熊熊大火燃烧起来了，不一会儿水开了，我从冰箱里拿出水饺，打开锅盖，沸腾的水让我感到有些害怕，怎么办呢?会烫到手的，但是一想到妈妈无力的呻吟声，难过的表情时，我鼓足勇气地，小心翼翼地把饺子一个个地放放锅里，没烫着手哩!真不错，我想起妈妈煮饺子的情景，便操起锅铲轻轻的铲动了一下饺子，再盖上锅盖，等待水再一次开，不一会儿水开了，饺子浮上来了，我朝里面加了一些水又再盖上锅盖，就这样连续加了三次水，最后一次水开后，饺子便熟了。我将热腾腾的饺子端到妈妈的面前，妈妈看着热腾腾的饺子，眼里闪动了泪花，激动得说不出话来。

通过帮妈妈煮饺子这件事，让我懂得一个道理：再也不能做温室里的花朵了，只有自己独立了，才能帮助更多需要帮助的人。

现在的社会的家长，无一例外都过分的爱孩子，即通常所言：溺爱。

就拿一个例子来说吧。湖南卫视《变形记》有一期的主人公，是一位十一、二岁小女孩，她已经上初中了。但是她什么事情都不会做。连吃饭、穿衣服这些生活最基本的技能都是在她妈妈和保姆的协助下才完成，就差上厕所了。这就是名副其实的“衣来伸手，饭来张口”的小公主呀！

她的妈妈想让她学会自立，能够独立地完成一些基本的事情，但是这位小公主可不愿意了，赖在床上干脆不起来，这可如何是好呢？于是，万般无奈之下，妈妈为孩子报名参加了《变形记》。至于后来的结果怎么样，我没有再继续关注了，但是这个事例足以证明，在我们身边有多少父母在溺爱孩子！有多少孩子明明是大孩子了心智却如同婴儿一般幼稚！

爸爸妈妈呵护孩子，爱护孩子本身是没有错的。但错就错在爱孩子的方式变成了亲力亲为，这样的结果就是孩子学不会独立自主，学不会自己的事情要自己做。但凡一点小事就往爸爸妈妈的羽翼下躲避，仿佛爸爸妈妈是自己一生的避风港一样。可是父母不会永久地陪伴在我们身边，父母也有老，而我们终究要长大，要能够独立地面对世间的风雨洗礼与涤荡。

很多人认为，只要学习好，就会一切都好。熟不知，在现实社会中，单凭会读书这一条并不能让你一辈子一帆风顺。孔子说“三十而立”，但我想，如果现在不独立，三十岁也不会独立；真等到三十岁才知道要独立，为时已晚矣！

所以，为人为己，还是趁早独立好！

在当下科技迅猛发展，信息爆炸的时代，人们有无数的渠道得以接触世界，以手机APP和网络平台为主。开放的世界能带给人们的难道只有丰富、多元化的生活吗？我认为不是如此，信息世界似乎在汲取人们的精神力，以作为其自身不断膨胀的养料了。

从数据中显示的00后最常用的十个手机应用来看，娱乐成为了人们的主题。人们没有心思也没有时间挖掘信息洪流中深层次的内容，只是任由微信、微博中真假难辨甚至子虚乌有的碎片信息填充自己的空洞——当然是徒劳的。当人们的脸上全部挂起事不关己的笑容，当戏子家事天下知成为常态，当娱乐至死的精神渗透进每一个人的心中，成为信条，人们将耽于享乐，只贪婪地追求即时快感，在自己编撰的童话中画地为牢，再也不能承住生活的真实带来的一丁点压力。由此，娱乐泡沫的背后是上升的忧郁率，甚至自杀率。

与此同时，轻易地触碰世界也带来了人们的同质化，尤其对于年轻一代。在微博、美拍等地，人们太容易看到世界的主流走向，太容易意识到自己与主流的种种不同，又太容易将自己掩埋、遮盖在其中了——有多少人曾摈弃心中所想，抛弃自我，信奉着主流即为正确的道理去迎合世界呢？这样一来，世界切割了人们作为个体的独特棱角，将人们汇集成一模一样的沙丁鱼群，在信息的海洋中随波浮沉。

由此，我们不得不担心普鲁斯特笔下的精神死亡，失去他者的时代中，没有人质疑，没有人逆流，只有步伐整齐划一却不知所向的乌合之众。人们失去了作为个体而言的独立思想，从而失去了群体中思想碰撞的光芒。这样的群体静默者，膨胀着，最终走向深渊，带来的是如同一潭死水的社会。

或许有人说APP罪不至此，但我们只在此希望所有人保持独立思考的权利和逆流而上的勇气。

这样的境地该如何打破？希望如鲁迅先生所说，能发光的发光，能发热的发热。若每个人都能找回自己的声音，回归真实的自己，坚守住那些曾被时代抛弃，被世界夺取的思想，那便能成为一名勇者，一名具有独立思考的勇气与智慧的人，不被信息的洪流淹没，而最终能从中劈开一条属于自己的道路的人。

For example, they can try to have enough sleep,or they can listen to their favourite music after class. They can also read some books or do some sports. For me, I often hang out with my friends.
