还记得，品质部经理调我去品质部，我自己啃统计学，并第一个算出SPC的上下控制界限及中心线。工艺经理借调我帮忙追踪产品，我用脚一步一步计量了产品从投料到生产的移动距离(一步约70cm)，用秒表掐算出了产品的加工时间、停留时间、数量检验时间、质量检验时间，至少找出了产品流转中十几处重复行走的路线和不合理的工序设置。这些对别人而已可能是轻而易举做到的事，对我，每一步，都是巨大的进步。一直以来，我没有什么崇高的目标。但自我从那个一无是处的浪子，开始成长成自力更生的人开始，我终于学会了努力。从此，我没放弃过一次学习和成长的机会。即使没有机会的时候，面对单调枯燥的工作，我每天如履薄冰，我努力将自己手上的大小事情做好。

我不断告诫自己，一定能做得更好一点，还可以更好一点。就这样，日积月累，我慢慢从员工成长为组长，工程师，主管，经理。直到有一天，有人跟我说：小李，我工厂缺个厂长，你考虑一下好不好?有人看我有了一点成绩之后，曾问我：你是怎样成长上来的?有些什么心得体会?说实话，我没有。

但如果非要总结一点的话，我觉得：是那些曾经的困难和挫折，让我懂得珍惜机会。有一份能自己养家糊口，可维护尊严的工作，是件多么幸福的事，我们有什么理由不把它做好呢?

十三岁生日刚过，我就迎来了一个不大不小的挑战，独立生活一天。由于父母均要出差，所以我有24小时需要自己一个人安排，这对我还真是破天荒第一次，这个任务有点不简单啊。

放学一进家门，照例往饭桌前一坐，等着晚饭上桌，转念一想，对啊，今天得自己解决晚饭。打开冰箱，拿出妈妈准备好的减肥沙拉食材，平时看妈妈三下五除二就端出一盘色香味俱全的沙拉，这回轮到自己操作，还真没那么容易。紫甘蓝包的紧紧的，一刀下去，刀子嵌到中间怎么也抽不出来，我左手扶着圆滚滚的紫甘蓝，右手握着刀，一点一点往下挪，终于一切两半；接下来黄瓜切片，我的刀工可不咋地，薄厚不均，大小不一，我想反正都吃进肚子里，就不管那么多了。调料环节也出了纰漏，不小心醋一下倒多了，品尝着这卖相和味道都惨不忍睹的沙拉，我的心里还是美美的，虽然出师不利，但独立操作的第一餐还是给了我莫大的鼓舞。

每天给我洗校服也是妈妈的必修课，这对于我来说应该不是一件难事吧！可看着脱下来的那身已经看不出白色的校服，我还是微微皱了皱眉。将校服浸泡在盆里，倒入洗衣粉，不一会儿水就变得发黑了，可这样根本没法去掉那些今天踢球摸爬滚打的痕迹。于是我学着妈妈的样子，用搓板打上肥皂使劲搓，没想到这竟然是个体力活。刚搓完一条裤腿，我就胳膊酸疼，一条裤子洗完，我已经鼻尖冒汗了。想想妈妈每天都这样辛苦，我暗暗下决心，以后要多帮妈妈干活。校服搓完，我用还沾着肥皂泡的手擦了一把额头的汗，看着终于恢复本来面目的洁白的校服，心里美滋滋的。

一夜酣睡，早上闹钟响起，我一骨碌爬了起来，全没了妈妈在的时候的百般磨蹭，收拾停当，穿上昨天亲手洗好已经晾干的校服，那散发着的洗衣粉的香气让我第一次觉得是这样的沁人心脾。

迎着初升的太阳，我雄赳赳地出发了。朝阳照的我暖融融的，而我还回味着这独立生活的一天。虽然我还有些手忙脚乱、虽然心里也会忐忑不安，但这是我独立成长道路上迈出的第一步，学会独立，其实也简单，我终将会告别依赖，走向自立。

The first time I entered the campus as a freshman, I was deeply attracted by her cultural atmosphere and historical connotation.
