我在路上琢磨着，这大清早就沾了霉气，可不要霉上加霉啊，不然就没法“吃”了!可大不如我所愿，一到食堂，那些大哥大姐们一个劲地盯着我捧腹大笑!连老师也忍不住笑了起来。我来到镜子前一看，我的天啊!这是我吗?镜子中的自己是个活脱脱的“小乞丐”：顶着一头可以和鸡窝媲美的头发;衣服更是凌乱不堪，不是这儿扣错了扣子，就是那儿穿反了衣服……经过这次食堂的风波，我决定——学!

回到家里，我把我的光辉事迹告诉了妈妈，让妈妈教我。魔鬼训练正式拉开了帷幕：

妈妈先拿来两床被子，要我跟她学。先要对折，然后把它分为四份，选一边上的四分之一向中间对折，再选另一边上的四分之一对折……眼看妈妈已经叠好了，我真是打心眼里着急啊!不久，折腾了半天，我也叠好了。可是我到底还是叠了一块“破豆腐”，既不可以吃更不好看。我下决心——重来，就这样叠了拆、拆了叠，终于叠出了一块“好豆腐”。然后妈妈又教我穿衣服、梳头发……丁丁当当，我终于顺利毕业了。

现在的我不但告别了“小乞丐”的“光辉”形象，而且还经常帮助小妹妹呢。

什么是独立？独立不只是自己做自己的事，更是要有独立的精神。所谓独立的精神，就是在遇到困难时迎难而上，不依赖别人。

正所谓“在家靠父母，在外靠朋友”，现在的小孩把这句话的前半句表现得淋漓尽致，有些还到了一种变态的地步，例如：以前电视上播的“变形计”，有个城里人连袜子都要妈妈帮他穿。不要嘲笑他们的举动，在我国，还有不少人像他这样，父母就像在伺候皇上一样。一些父母们一定会安慰自己说“孩子长大后一定会报答自己的”，可想想看，那些近代出现的“啃老族”一词不就是告诉我们这样的人存在吗？在小的时候就一丝不苟地照顾自己的“小心肝”，在这万千宠爱中反而造就了自己晚年的“心腹大患”，不断地靠自己混日子，像一个毒瘤，一条寄生虫，带来后悔，无奈……

在《鲁滨孙漂流记》中的主角鲁滨孙就是一个独立能力强的人，孤身一人在一个荒无人烟的小岛上活了二十八年，有自己的房子和食物来源，他一人甚至能活到老死也毫无压力。换个角度想想，如果我们自己到一个孤岛能活多久？像我们这样的小孩，有信心活几天？有人能活到鲁滨孙那水平吗？鲁滨孙能活到二十八年也有运气成分呢！但这毕竟是小说，是虚构的，没有可比性。同样在我国，国家在训练军事部队就有严厉要求。在那儿，眉头父母贴心的照顾，只有军队里铁一样的纪侓。摔倒了，自己起来；做错了，自己承担。每个人都是一个独立的个体，那可是实打实的“自己的事情自己做”。正因为是这样，中国才能屹立在这个并不和平的年代，我们才能平稳地生活着。要是让“啃老族”来保家卫国，我们死翘翘那还不是分分钟的事。

A Fairy Tale in Fall

roaming on the path among the trees， i threw my sentiment into the blue sky， which landed on the ground of my alma mater，and brought me back to the day three years ago.

that was a day in fall， that was a fall in my heart. shatters swung in the air， just like golden butterflies dancing in the breeze. the sunset cast her afterglow on the ground， as well as on her dazzling pink face. after a long silence， i looked into her clear eyes， whispered to her that i wondered whether i had a position in her future. she thought it for a while， walking back and forth. i noticed she trembled lips several times and let out no words. finally， she turned to me and flashed a wry smile："sorfy， i feel that distance makes beauty， lets just be good friends." i could never forget that sentence， just like a bolt from the blue. it hit me like a thousand knives stabbing all over my body. i couldnt breathe， i couldnt think， at least not about anything but the pain. gazing at her receding figure， i couldnt stop tears wetting my pale cheeks. the tale ended with the girls disappearance from my sight.

now fall comes again. i left myself nothing but the broken memories.

谁能想到一个小女孩会有这样的经历!多萝茜这一路上还遇到了许多好朋友：稻草人，铁皮樵夫和胆小狮。当然，他们这一路还遇到许多坏人：东方魔女和西方魔女。她们使多萝茜一行人遇到许多危险，险些丧命。多萝茜离开了自己的亲人，心里很难过。自己的生活也很不习惯。但是，她经历了那么多事情，早以学会了坚强独立，对自己有了信心，还有了非常大的勇气。

读完《绿野仙踪》，我若有所思。一个不满12岁的小姑娘竟能如此坚强!我们大家年龄都和多萝茜差不多吧!她那么坚强，那么独立，而我们又怎样呢?

在生活中，我处处依靠父母，自己的衣服都让家人帮我洗，自己弄过的东西也不知道放回原处，每天早晨起床都要家人叫上三四遍。在家里，我真像一个小皇帝啊!《绿野仙踪》里的小主人公那样独立，而我呢?却那样依赖父母!

我们在生活中，应该少去依赖别人。自己的事情自己做。不论做什么事情，都要对自己有信心!失败了，不要气馁!重新再来!成功总会来到我们身边!

我记得有一次我在学校还上学，后来突然就提前放学了，我才知道原来哪天是儿童节，所以学校给我们放假半天。而父母由于不知道所以根本没有回家做饭，我回到家里的时候爸妈都在上班，而我也不能饿着肚子，所以我第一次自己做饭了。

我先去看看冰箱里面有什么，我发现只有鸡蛋和几个番茄在里面，所以我打算做一个番茄炒蛋。我非常的喜欢吃这道菜，以前爸妈也经常做给我吃。而这一次我需要自己做，我就按照着以前父母的做法，先把鸡蛋打碎敲散，然后炒熟。不过那一次我做的还不是很好吃，而且做饭也做的比较多，剩下了很多米饭。晚上回来的时候我跟爸妈说我自己中午做饭吃了，爸妈还夸了我，说我是一个长大的孩子了，也学会了独立。

American holiday,and is a form of harvest festival. In the United States, the

fourth Thursday in November is called Thanksgiving Day. Thanksgiving was about

the Pilgrims, the first settlers in America. They shared the first harvest with

the Indians and gave thanks.

Thanksgiving Day is usually a family day. People always celebrate with big

dinners and happy reunions. Pumpkin pie and Indian pudding are traditional

Thanksgiving desserts. Relatives from other cities, students who have been away

at school, and many other Americans travel a long distance to spend the holiday

at home.

On that day, Americans give thanks for the blessings they have enjoyed

I am Andrea. Perhaps the word "average" can best describe me. I am of average heigHt, average weight and of average complexion. I have a thin face, double-lid eyes and a pointed nose. My hair is black, short and straight. I have never worn my hair long.I look like both my mother and

lam a teacher, and I like my job. I believe her or his students can sometimes teach a teacher. Actually I have learnt a lot from my own teaching experience and my students. I dont have many friends, but I do have a few. I have both male and female friends. We do sports together, go shopping together; and we exchange our views and ideas and share happiness and sadness. It is widely noted that lots of traditional culture is disappearing along with the development of technology. Many ancient architectures and traditional ways of living have been deserted. It seems that the traditional culture and craftsmanship will be replaced in this modern era.

The following reasons can account for the above phenomenon. Firstly, traditional technologies are always considered ineffective while the new sciences are always highly efficient. Secondly, it is costly to protect the traditional culture. If the fund used to protect the ancient culture was instead delivered to the poor, it will be helpful to the improvement of their living standard. Thirdly, modern science and technology facilitate both our daily and academic life a lot. For instance, college students always collect their thesis materials by surfing the Internet instead of borrowing books from the library.

In my opinion, although traditional culture is an ancient heritage, it couldn’t keep pace with the development of society. It is the tide of history that the traditional culture and technology will no doubt be eliminated in the end.

如果妈妈真的……那我该怎么办?不行，我要告别妈妈的依赖，必须多陪陪妈妈。对，就这么做!

我走到厕所，望着桶里的衣服，蹲了下去。我随手拿起一件衣服，搓起来。感觉硬梆梆的，怎么办啊!倒点“洁厕精”，这次感觉好多了。我将所以衣服用“洁厕精”洗一遍，腰酸背痛般的感觉。不过，我知道告别依赖了!这种感觉真好……

早饭后，妈妈突然大叫：“谁用‘洁厕精’洗衣服啊!”

“我，妈妈!”我自豪地说。

“谁告诉你洗衣服用‘洁厕精’的啊!是‘肥皂’啊!傻瓜――”妈妈不紧不慢地说。

望着厕所里的“洁厕精”，又望了一下“肥皂”。我顿时大笑起来，但是，至少我知道了洗衣服要用“洁厕精”，噢不，“肥皂”嘻嘻!我真是个小傻瓜。

看来，有时还需要自己的手来试试看，靠父母火别人，永远是不行的!不然，又要学我也用“洁厕精”洗衣服。
