有一次，我和妈妈一起到一家超市去买东西。一走进超市，我迫不及待地奔向了卖零食的地方，挑起零食来。超市里的东西可真多哪!看得我眼花缭乱。我随手拿起一包冰雪杨梅正准备放进购物篮里，这时后，妈妈走了过来，和蔼地对我说：“楠楠，这东西不卫生，还是别买了吧!”“好，我不买了，妈妈!”“走，我们买别的东西去!”妈妈牵着我的手向卖牛奶的地方走去。来到了卖牛奶的地方，我兴高采烈地奔了过去，拿起了一袋酸奶放在篮子里，妈妈拿过来前后瞧了一瞧，突然眼睛一亮，对我说：“楠楠，你看，这里保质期是14天，它已经过期了，吃了对人身体不好，换一袋吧!”妈妈又拿起一袋酸奶看了看，说：“拿这袋吧，这袋没过期，你瞧!”“哦，我知道了，以后我会记住的!”我附合着。我们又到了卖牛肉干的地方。这里的牛肉干可真多呀，各式各样的，我看着就垂涎三尺。我挑了一袋大包的牛肉干拿在手里，妈妈一看这牌子，就摇摇头，说：“楠楠，这种牌子不好，上回不是电视上说，这牌子不卫生，不要去买，你忘了吗?”“哦!”我惭愧地点了点头。我又拿了一袋上面标着“绿色食品”的牛肉干，放进了购物篮。妈妈看了微笑着点点头。下面，我们又去了卖火腿肠的地方，这回，我不再犯以前的错误，这些要求我都看了一遍，这才把火腿肠放进了篮子。

这次购物，我懂得了许多道理。我们买东西要看好生产日期，和牌子，还要看它是不是绿色食品，不要买三无食品，要注意食品安全， 还要预防“病从口入”，不要让细菌进入体内呦!

在我们现代社会中，城市马路不仅仅是人和物位置移动的通道，同时也是体现一个国家或地区的文明程度的检验场。

许多国家都十分重视交通安全教育，孩子们从小就接受交通知识的教育，每个人也严格按照交规出行。例如，在德国，交通管理部门经常组织学龄前儿童举行交通知识大奖赛。德国的街道上，最引人注目的是大街小巷的红绿灯，大的十字路口的红绿灯都是自动装置，中小路口有指示先行或后行的交通牌。在学校、幼儿园或孩子集中的地区，路牌上会印有小孩的图案，提醒司机注意。在日本，无论是大小城镇，还是乡村僻野，公路路口都安装着交通信号灯。在繁华的街区，当路口的红灯亮时，即便马路上没有车辆行驶，路边的行人也没有闯红灯过马路的。瑞典的交通规则也是以人为先，行人第一。马路上的信号灯在离地面两米处，与行人的目光高度持平，且周围不准立广告牌或栽树，以避免遮盖信号灯。

我国虽然也十分重视交通安全和交通文明，但相比较其他国家做得还远远不够。每天，在马路上，不遵守交通规则的行人、自行车、车辆比比皆是。例如，非机动车遇红灯时越线、在车道上逆行、违法载人载物，行人不走人行道、任意跨越护栏、乱穿机动车道等等。有的时候我过马路，经常会看见红灯时行人无视信号灯闯红灯，或者绿灯时汽车利用交叉路口时间差不顾过马路的行人加速冲过去等情况。没有信号灯的时候更甚。我国交通法规明确规定：“车辆行经人行横道，遇有交通信号放行行人通过时，必须停车或减速让行;通过没有信号灯控制的人行横道时，须注意避让来往行人。”在现实生活中，有交通信号的路口还好一些，没有交通信号的路口根本就是一片混乱的景象，车水马龙，互不相让。在我们这个现代社会中，车辆依法行车，行人依法行路，是交通文明的一部分。另外，交通警察依法管理、文明执法，也是交通文明的另一部分。这两部分同时“展现”在马路上，才能构成完整的交通文明。

为了加强朝阳区道路交通安全秩序和提高人民的交通文明素质，朝阳区特提出了朝阳区交通安全秩序整治“四知”和交通文明“四让”。四知是：一知主题，即迎奥运，建首善，创和谐交通环境;二知内容，即整顿行人、非机动车违法行为;三知目标，即车不越线、人不乱穿、各行其道、秩序井然;四知规范，即行使规范、停车规范、设施规范、占路规范。四让是：人让人让出一片温情，人让人让出一片秩序，车让人让出一片安全，车让车让出一片理解。我想制定这个交通安全秩序整治“四知”和交通文明“四让”的目的就是，提高大家的交通安全意识和交通文明素质，从而减少交通事故的发生。

当然对于交通文明习惯和素质的培养，应该从每个人做起，特别是作为一名处于弱势地位的行人，更应该引起注意。来自北京市交管局的统计数字显示，2003年，北京行人事故为901起，死亡218人;从2004年1月至2005年7月，北京市共发生行人事故842起，死亡200人，伤703人，直接经济损失726万多元。财产损失可以量化，而生命代价却无法计算。

因此，只有全社会都行动起来，以人为本，从我做起，加强“交通文明”意识教育，才能真正的使其得到改进，才能真正的实现交通安全秩序整治“四知”和交通文明“四让”，才能真正实现和谐的交通环境。

我曾在电视上看到过这样一个报道，一个建筑工地住着几十个建筑工人，工人们在工地的自助食堂用餐，由二位大妈供应工人们的伙食。一天，工人们用餐后发生了意想不到的事，几十名工人先后出现了头晕，呕吐，昏厥等现象。汗珠像豆珠似的从额头上滚了下来，工人们疼得无法工作，还好抢救及时，没有造成人员伤亡。一场因蔬菜中的农药引起的中毒事件。对工人们及其家属造成了惊吓，同时也给工地带来了损失。

食品安全需要警钟长鸣，不容忽视。为此，学校也开展了一系列活动，对全校的学生进行了食品安全教育，增强了我们对食品安全的意识，还让我们体会到食品安全的重要性。 是啊，食品安全直接关系着我们的身体健康呢!以前，我们学校周围总有一些摊点，那一串串诱人的“佳肴”散发出阵阵香味，一部分同学抵挡不住“美食”的诱惑，你五角，我一元地买了许多零食。结果，买零食的同学不是拉肚子，就是肚子疼，有的甚至出现了呕吐，被送往校医室。而那些快餐店更是狠毒，为了降低成本，将一些防腐剂、化学添加剂等过分使用，导致了多种疾病的产生。

上面的事例都能证明食品安全的重要性，食品安全不仅会影响人们的健康，还关系着经济的发展和社会的稳定。因此，我呼吁大家：“食品安全要注意!”
