Although I dont understand the technology, also do not know the importance of high-tech, but I know a little, some high-tech pollution is very serious, why dont you improve it? I also know that now there are a lot of people to participate in the activities, but rather some weak power, I hope there are more and more people can participate in, the earth regained vigor!

扫楼梯，看起来是一件很平常的事情，可它却给我带来了很多的感想。在放寒假之前，我们来到居委会进行见习活动，而我们的任务就是扫楼梯。

平时，我在家里就是一颗“掌上明珠”，很少做家务活，以致于刚开始扫的时候，有点无从下手。在没干活之前，我发现公用楼梯很脏乱，有一些废纸、垃圾，还有不少灰尘。我不禁生出一丝厌恶之情。然而，我还是动手了。我从上到下，又从下到上，来来回回的几次下来已累得满头大汗、有气无力。我看见三楼楼道非常脏，便连忙拿起扫帚和簸箕，小心翼翼地从楼上顺着楼梯往下扫。扫了很久，在楼梯上跑上跑下的，我的头竟有点晕，一不小心差点摔跤，我的心颤了颤，心想：不扫了。可是看看别的同学已满头大汗了，但仍在努力地扫着楼梯。我下定决心，要继续把楼梯扫完。人们都说劳动最光荣，我自认为这是让自己得到安慰的最好理由，边哼歌，边扫楼梯。

这时楼梯已经干净了许多。望着自己的劳动成果我的心也快乐起来了。忽然间，我明白了这次活动的用意：培养学生热爱劳动保护环境的良好习惯和意识以及乐于奉献的情操。的确，作为一名小学生，是应该具备这些品质的。如果没有了它们，学习再好，也不会是一个全面发展的好学生。于是，我更加有了动力，拿起扫帚，哼着小曲儿，继续认真地扫起楼梯来，虽然过程艰苦但是收获却不凡。

我从这件小事中，体会到了许多。在这里，我想对所有的人说：地球是我家，环保靠大家，没有大家的共同协作，是不可能搞好环卫的。我虽不懂那些高科技，也不知那些高科技的重要性，但我深知一点，有些高科技污染很严重，为什么不改善它呢?我也知道现在正有许多人参与着这个活动，但力量未免有些薄弱，我希望还有更多的人能参与进来，使地球恢复往日的生机!

马云之所以要办翻译社，主要是基于三个方面的考虑：1.当时杭州很多的外贸公司，需要大量专职或兼职的外语翻译人才;2.他自己这方面的订单太多，实在忙不过来;3.当时杭州还没有一家专业的翻译机构。

很多人光有想法，从来都不会有行动。但是马云一有想法，却是马上行动。当时是1992年，马云是杭州电子工业学院的青年教师，28岁，工作4年，每个月的工资还不到100元。但没钱，不是问题，他找了几个合作伙伴一起创业，风风火火地把杭州第一家专业的翻译机构成立起来了。

创业开始，也是举步维艰，第一个月，翻译社的全部收入才700元，而当时每个月的房租就是2400元。于是好心的同事朋友就劝马云别瞎折腾了，就连几个合作伙伴的信心都发生了动摇。但是马云没有想过放弃，为了维持翻译社的生存，马云开始贩卖内衣、礼品、医药等等小商品，跟许许多多的业务员一样四处推销，受尽了屈辱，受尽了白眼。

整整三年，翻译社就靠着马云推销这些杂货来维持生存。1995年，翻译社开始实现赢利。现在，海博翻译社已经成为杭州最大的专业翻译机构。虽然不能跟如今的阿里巴巴相提并论，但是海博翻译社在马云的创业经历中也划下了重重的一笔。

海博翻译社给马云最大的启示就是：永不放弃。

没有钱，只要你永不放弃，你就可以取得成功。

I went out to have dinner with father today. I should make toast during the

男人喜欢明快，炙热，大胆以及斗志高昂的颜色，像是黄色，橙色，紫色和红色。他们布置花的时候绝大多数情况下 会与他们有组织的，善于计算的头脑保持一致。他们还喜欢自然的，富有现代感的，时尚新潮的花束。只要他心中有谱，他可能会选择玫瑰，雏菊或其它充满异域风 情的花朵。鲜艳生动的红玫瑰与黄色的雏菊深受大多数男人的喜爱，从而也成为父亲节最理想的鲜花礼物。

Halloween

Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints Day. However, it is not really a church holiday, it is a holiday for children mainly.

Every autumn, when the vegetables are ready to eat, children pick large orange pumpkins. Then they cut faces in the pumpkins and put a burning candle inside. It looks as if there were a person looking out of the pumpkin! These lights are called jack-o-lanterns, which means "Jack of the lantern".

The children also put on strange masks and frightening costumes every Halloween. Some children paint their faces to look like monsters. Then they carry boxes or bags from house to house. Every time they come to a new house, they say,"Trick or treat! Money or eat!" The grown-ups put treat-money or candy in their bags.

Not only children, but most grown-ups also love Halloween and Halloween parties because on this day,they can disguise themselves as personages or ghost as their imaginations will lead them. This bring them the satisfaction of being young.

万圣节前夕

万圣节前夕是美国人年年都会庆祝的秋季节日。它的意思是“神圣的夜晚”，在每年的10月31日，也就是万圣节前夜。但实际上这不是一个真正的宗教节日，而主要是孩子们的节日。

每年秋天蔬菜成熟可以食用的时候，孩子们就会挑出大个儿的橙色南瓜。然后在南瓜上刻上一张脸，把一根点燃的蜡烛放在里面。看起来就好像有人在向南瓜外面张望。这些灯就叫做“iack-o-lantems”，意思也就是“杰克的灯”。

每年万圣节前夕孩子们还戴上奇怪的面具，穿上吓人的服装。有些孩子把脸刷成怪物。然后他们拿着盒子或袋子挨家挨户串门。每来到一个新房子他们就说：“不款待就捣乱!给钱还是吃的!”大人们就会把用来招待的钱或糖放在他们的袋子里了。

不仅孩子，许多成年人也喜欢万圣节前夕和万圣节前夕晚会。因为这一天他们可以根据自己的想象把自己装扮成名流或幽灵。这会带给他们年轻的快感。
