古人说：“近朱者赤近墨者黑”，的确，在张警官讲的其中一个案例中，一位原本很优秀的中学生因结交了一些沾染不良习气的社会人员，在他们的怂恿下，他终于做了一件违法的事情——盗窃。案例中的这名中学生正读初中，但却在他的大好年华中，迈出了错误的一步，写下了一个大大的惊叹号。他的人生也因此发生了转折，结果令人惋惜，所以我们一定要有很明确的判断是非能力，要了解一些法律基本常识，更要听从父母、老师的教诲，一定不要结交那些整天无所事事的闲杂人员，因为他们或许将改变你的命运，会利用我们现在较差的辨别能力，引诱我们走上犯罪的道路。

也许你会看到电视上的对簿公堂，原告和被告吵得不可开交，但法官却坦然自若，因为法官只相信证据，不会因为谁是最后吵赢的那一方而偏袒他，所以这也给了我们一个警示，也向那些心存侥幸的人提醒：青少年犯罪也同样要承担法律责任，在法律面前人人平等。

“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之”。任何一件大事都是由一点一滴的小事汇聚而成的，而犯罪也是一样，就是因为不注意日常犯的小错误，慢慢由小到大，最后酿成了大错。

其实每一位同学的天性都是向善的，只有认识到自己的小错误和不好的习惯，并加以改正就一定不会触犯法律，我们时刻要铭记：遵纪守法，从你我做起，从身边小事做起。
