不过印象中最深刻的还是回南部时，看到满一百岁的阿祖，虽然她已是一百岁的高龄，不过她的身体还是很健康，可以跑步、走路，都没有生病，可见平日的身体保养是多么的重要啊!

今年我的寒假生活过的很充实、很快乐，也得到许多收获，希望明年的寒假、暑假，都能像这次一样，有个美好的回忆。

节约，从身边的小事做起——

小女孩甜甜邀请她的小伙伴们到他家去做客。开饭了，看着餐桌上的美味佳肴，小伙伴们不禁流下了口水。可是筷子没动几下，饭桌上已经聚满了无数落荒而逃的小兵。甜甜的妈妈委婉的说：“这样做是不对是哟！”小伙伴们听了，异口同声地说：“明白啦！”

明明在家津津有味地看着电视，一不小心，一杯水撒了一地，明明急忙从茶几上拿起一包纸巾，拼命地抽，拼命地擦，终于干净了！可是，看着地上的一大堆纸。明明后悔了，心想：这样的事以后我决不再做了！

放假啦，爸爸决定带琳琳出去痛苦地玩玩！晚上回到家一看，客厅的灯开着，风扇没关，空调也没关……唉！肯定是出门前太兴奋，走得太急，给忘记了，这得浪费多少电啊！

今天一大早，我就和妈妈一起去萧山中医院8号楼，去参加肩颈疾病的预防知识讲座，我们刚到了不久，讲座就开始了。

给我们讲解的叫何主任，他先用投影仪给我们演示了颈椎的照片，何主任说，颈椎共有7个节。如果颈椎中间段显示的是弯的，就表明颈椎是健康的，如果是直的，那就表明颈椎是出现问题了。

那么到底肩颈疾病应该如何预防呢？何主任给我们分享了5个小方法，分别是抓捏颈部，前后对抗，缩颈抬肩，拉背扩胸和上下拉伸。

另外，平时还要注意选用合适的枕头和床垫，如果枕头和床垫太软或者太硬都不行，因为太软会支撑不起颈椎骨，太硬又会让颈椎骨不放松，所以我们要选用软硬合适的枕头和床垫才行。

通过参加今天的肩颈疾病的预防知识讲座，我觉得我们平时一定要从小事做起，预防肩颈疾病的发生。
