中国的传统和文明都需要传承。这些传统节日是中华民族几千年来生存和发展的产物。现在的中国人，未来的中国人，若是无法了解自己的祖先和民族的发展，轻视这些传统和文明，那么这样的中国人也就失去了属于自己的特色。

中国的传统节日和中华民族数千年来形成品性的紧密联系，也使得中国的传统节日不容被西化。中秋节寄托了游子对家的思念；端午节展现了耕作的劳动人民对丰收的喜悦；清明节表达了亲人对逝去者的哀思；新年则体现了人民向往和平快乐生活的朴素愿望。这些节日背后所存在的意义，是任何一个洋节日无法替代的。

因此，越来越多的人开始提倡保护重视中国的传统节日。清明，端午从原来没有节假日变成了休假一天，电视媒体也日益加大了对中国传统文化的宣传，提高人们的了解和重视程度。

在这个受到外来文化强烈冲击的21世纪，我们太多地关注于西方万圣节的南瓜；情人节的玫瑰；圣诞节的白胡子老人。从而忽略了新年的“福”字，端午的艾草，中秋的月饼，对于我们每一个中国人来说这都是一种本土文化的丢失，没有了这些文化和传统，我们也将丢失自己的信仰，失去自己的特色。

每年的正月初一，是中国最重要、最热闹的传统节日‐‐春节。对于每一个中华儿女而言，再没有什么节日能比春节更让人刻骨铭心，梦系魂萦，因为春节能贴春联，放鞭炮，点灯笼，好多人团聚一起吃年夜饭，是个非常喜庆祥和的日子。那为什么春节又叫过年呢？以前听妈 妈讲过关于年的传说，据说故事有好几种情节，下面我给大家简单讲一个。

故事是这样的，在很久很久以前，有一只叫做&ldqu;年&rdqu;的怪兽，头上长着的犄角，身上长满鳞片，非常凶恶，每当除夕的时候就到村子里吃人，所以每年在除夕快要来的时候，村子里的人们就会东躲西藏。

有一年除夕前，正当人们准备上山躲避的时候，一个白发老人来到村子里，对村民说：&ldqu;我留在这里帮助你们。&rdqu;人们将信将疑地上了山，除夕夜晚，&ldqu;年&rdqu;果然来了，这时候，村子里突然&ldqu;噼里啪啦&rdqu;的响起了爆竹声，火光冲天，&ldqu;年&rdqu;最怕红色，火和爆炸声了，吓得仓惶逃窜。

为了收集传统文化，我打算去文化用品市场三楼的“非遗”博物馆。

刚飞奔到三楼，就听见让人陶醉的“瓯剧”的声音。我随着声音找到了播放“瓯剧”的地方，津津有味地欣赏起来。旁边的简介上说：“瓯剧原名温州乱弹，1959年改为今名。”我原来从不知道，瓯剧以前还叫“温州乱弹”这么搞笑的名字呀!

看完瓯剧，我又看见了一幅“画”。我看看旁边的简介，上面写着：“瓯绣始于唐宋，盛于明清。二十世纪五十年代，温州成立瓯绣厂，名画家苏味朔等相继受聘为设计师后，使人物绣推进一步，把传统的中国画与民间工艺有机地结合起来，在形式与题材内容上开创了一代新风。”这么说，这幅“画”应该就是“瓯绣”啦。“画”上的人物和景物，真是栩栩如生呀!

参观完瓯绣，我又看见了木偶戏。简介上记载着：“木偶戏又称傀儡戏，是由演员操作木制玩偶进行表演的传统戏剧。”我还观看了一段视频：那些演员一边提着绳子，一边摆着身子，木偶被他们操作地跟真人似的。最有趣的是，一个人操作者木偶，把木偶手上的帽子戴到了木偶头上。最特别的，是乐清首饰龙。

资料上说：“首饰龙起源于乐清沿海人民元宵节祈福用的龙船，距今有400多年的历史，中国灯彩最具规模，最具特色的传统民间艺术品之一。”这首饰龙，好像集中了所有民间工艺：有的在绣着瓯绣，有的在雕着石雕，还有的在表演者木偶戏。首饰龙不但含有的民间工艺多，而且还非常美丽：它的“身体”上有许多金子做的挂件，有些做出来的蜻蜓，鸟儿“停留”在首饰龙上，补上了些留白。

这些传统的民间工艺，是多么的有趣!

春节的前一天是除夕，也就是大年三十。关于除夕有这么一个传说：古时候有一个怪物叫夕，每一年的岁末它就会来害人。后来，人们知道夕最怕声响和红光。于是到了那天，大家就点燃鞭炮，门上贴上了春联，把夕给吓跑了。就这样人们为了纪念这一天，把大年三十定为除夕日。

现在每到这一天，家家户户都会贴春联，放鞭炮，开开心心地过除夕。

这一天，我家也一样。全家人可忙了：爸爸和爷爷忙着布置房间，妈妈和奶奶忙着准备晚餐，我和姐姐忙着放鞭炮。

最先接触武术是在20XX年漯河电视台会展中心举办春节联欢会上，一群少林寺的僧人表演的节目。只见他们有的`前空翻，有的后空翻，有的舞枪，有的耍剑……最引人注目的是四个僧手持长矛，把一个高僧挑起来，然后高僧腾空而起，用脚一踢，把四根长矛踢成八段，真是武艺超群!

接下来是各组中选出讲得好的同学到台上来给全班同学作介绍。第一个上台的是小周，她给我们介绍的是“泼水节的来历”：在很久很久以前，傣族居住的地方，有个恶魔做尽了坏事，百姓都很痛恨。恶魔还霸占了7个美丽的姑娘做它的妻子，7个姑娘决心为民除害。一天，在恶魔酒醉的时候，用话套出了杀死恶魔的秘诀，趁恶魔熟睡的时候，杀死了恶魔。不料，恶魔的头一落地，大地就燃烧起了熊熊大火，只要把恶魔的头举起来，大火才会熄灭。于是，7个姑娘不怕血污和疲劳，轮流举起恶魔的头，并相约在每年傣历新年这一天交换。所以，傣族人民要过泼水节以纪念这7个姑娘为民除害并表示对她们的感激和祝福。小周话音刚落，台下就响起了热烈的掌声。第二个上台的是小刘，小刘介绍的是“马踏飞燕”：又名“马超龙雀”“铜奔马”，为东汉青铜器。奔马形象矫健俊美，别具风姿，马昂首嘶鸣，躯干壮实而四肢修长，脚蹄轻捷、三足踏空、飞驰向前。一足踏飞燕着地，一匹躯干庞大的马踏在一只正疾驰的龙雀背上，小龙雀吃惊地回过头来观望，表示了骏马凌空飞翔、奔跑疾速的雄姿。

到台上来作介绍的同学一个接着一个，有的同学介绍“重阳节”的来历，有的介绍“八达岭的来历”……

活动结束了，老师评出了讲得最好的同学是小周，小周听了别提多高兴……

通过这个活动我觉得中华民族的文化真是博大精深，作为中华民族的一员我感到无比自豪，我一定要为中华民族的崛起而努力！
