TheDragonBoatFestivaloccurs on the fifth day of the fifth moon of the lunar calendar(阴历). It is one of the three most important of the annual Chinese festivals. The other two are the Autumn Moon Festival and Chinese New Year.

The story of this colorful festival concerns a famous Chinese scholar-statesman(政治家) named Chu Yuan(屈原) who, some three centuries before the birth of Christ, served the King of Chu(楚怀王)during the Warring States period. As a loyal minister(大臣), Chu Yuan at first enjoyed the full confidence and respect of his sovereign(君主). Eventually, through the intrigues of his rivals, he was discredited(不足信的, 不名誉的).

Chu Yuan was never able to regain(恢复) the emperors favor and on the fifth day of the fifth moon in the year 295 B.C.(Before Christ), at the age of 37, Chu Yuan clasped a stone to his chest and plunged into the Milo River(汨罗江) in the Hunan Province(湖南省).

Respecting the minister as an upright(正直的) and honest man, the people who lived in the area jumped into their boats and rushed out in a vain search for him. This unsuccessful rescue attempt is a part of what the Dragon Boat Festival commemorates every year.

Probably the most exciting and interesting aspect of the festival is the racing of the Dragon Boats. These races not only symbolize the peoples attempt to save Chu Yuan, they also demonstrate the Chinese virtues(美德) of cooperation and teamwork.

Another activity of the Festival is the making and eating of a kind of dumpling called Tzungtzu (粽子). When it became known that Chu Yuan was gone forever, the people, living along the river, threw cooked rice into the water as a sacrifice(祭品) to their dead hero. They wrapped(包) rice in bamboo leaves(粽叶), and stuffed(填满) it with ham, beans, bean paste(豆沙), salted egg yokes, sausages, nuts, and/or vegetables.

To the Chinese the fifth lunar moon is more than just the Dragon Boat Festival. Since antiquity(古代), they have believed that this month is a pestilential and danger-fraught(瘟疫的及充满危险的) period. Children born in this month are said to be difficult to raise(抚养), and people tend to concentrate their efforts during this time attempting to protect their families from ills and misfortune. The day of the Dragon Boat Festival is customarily the time when cleaning and sanitation(卫生) are stressed(着重, 强调). Most families hang calamus(菖蒲) and artemisia(艾草) above their doors, both as a decoration and as a preventive against pestilence.

Ancient folk medicines(民间药物) such as realgar(雄黄酒)are added to the food eaten on the Festival day. This is believed to prevent disease and to promote a healthy digestive system(消化器官). The drinking of realgar in wine supposedly relieves(解除) the effects of poisons accumulated in human bodies.

The sachets (Hsiang Pao in Chinese香包) are very popular with children and they vie(竞争) with each other to collect as many as possible. Children are not the only ones who collect Hsiang Pao. Older people are often given them as a symbol of respect, and they are highly prized because of the intricate(复杂的) and beautiful embroidery(刺绣) that adorns(装饰) them.

The Dragon Boat Festival is an entertaining and enjoyable event. It gives the observer an opportunity to glimpse a part of the rich Chinese cultural heritage

从断崖倾泻而来的瀑布，如同一只张牙舞爪的白龙，喷吐着气息笼罩着整个瀑布，飞冲直下，这般气势浩大，无不凝聚在一笔一画之中，促就辉煌字体。急流而下，激起一层又一层浪花，正如那一撇，撇得浑厚有力，无法割舍。点点浪花被巨龙腾空而起，溅起点点晶莹剔透的露珠，又散落在瀑布之中，正如那画龙点睛的一笔--点也是极具筋肉丰满，浑厚有力的。一笔一点之间无不令我深深熏陶其书法魅力。

一大早，我被妈妈从梦中吵醒，我慢慢的睁开眼睛不耐烦地说：“什么事，那么早醒，”妈妈兴奋地说：“快点起床穿好衣服，快过年了今天我们全家大扫除，”我赶忙穿好衣服吃完早餐，准备大扫除。

腰鼓是民间的传统文化，它在陕北最为流行，属于打击乐的一种。腰鼓两端略细，中间稍粗，两面蒙皮，是挂在身上敲的。

腰鼓在民间十分流行。人们跳着腰鼓舞，变换队形。扭秧歌的时候，每次都要跳腰鼓舞，腰鼓舞最初流行在陕西，后来在全国发展流行。现在，腰鼓舞已经在许多大城市的村民中跳腰鼓舞。主要是用来娱乐，同时也是一种业余生活。陕北有腰鼓非常有名，在我国有悠久的历史。在一些主要流行地区，几乎是家家户户都有鼓手。因为人太多，所以舞蹈的基本动作大致相同。但在一些不同地区，形成了风格不同的习俗。

腰鼓一代接一代的流传下去，成为了我们流行的打击乐器，每年的元宵节，我最喜欢看的节目就是那些爷爷奶奶打击腰鼓的节目。

每年农历的第一天，就是新春，可它是怎么来的呢？

传说很久很久以前，有一个叫“年”的怪物，每到农历的第一天，它就会下山把山下人们的猪、羊、牛这些动物统统吃掉，有时会吃几个人。而且人们为了躲避“年”还要逃到一座山上去呢！有一次一位老爷爷来到人们住的地方，说他能打败“年”，人们叫他多加小心，然后就爬到山上去了。

老爷爷睡了一觉后，“年”就来了，但老爷爷并不害怕，而是穿了一套红衣，在离房子有点远的地方放了几个饭团，然后用竹子燃起了火。“年”看到饭团后很好奇，就拿了个尝，可是饭团太黏，把“年”的嘴巴都粘上了，“年”只能垂头丧气地回去了。它突然听到烧竹子的声音，因为它非常害怕那声音，就大惊失色的逃跑了。

在民俗文化村里有很多民间传统的手艺，如：剪纸、泥人、扎花……但我最喜欢的就是糖画了!

糖画是用糖来作画，艺人们把糖稀倒在大理石板上，倒出一些栩栩如生的人物、动物。

俗话说百闻不如一见，我来到民俗文化村，准备亲眼看看制作糖画的过程。刚刚踏进民俗文化村的大门，就看见一群孩子围坐在一张桌旁，我也赶忙跑到那里去看看。只见一个身穿长袍的伯伯端坐在桌旁，手里拿着一个盛满糖稀的勺子，正在作画呢!

我兴奋不已，只见他双手熟练地倒着，好似胸有成竹，作画时没有参照，全凭自己独特的想象。他的手腕灵活自如，操纵着糖稀有秩序地落在石板上，我在一旁紧紧握着拳头，也深深地为艺人捏了一把汗，但艺人却丝毫不紧张，还谈笑自如。

糖稀渐渐倒完了，艺人的手也渐渐慢下来了，作画完毕时，我被震惊了，一个栩栩如生的张飞映入眼帘：他手握一把兵器，两眼怒视前方，咬紧牙关，蓄势待发，这个人物好像穿越到现实生活中，让我更加佩服他了。我思绪万千，突然听见孩子们的大叫声，这才回过神来。只见一个孩子高举着张飞的糖画，乐滋滋的，周围的孩子们也一拥而上，抢着细看这栩栩如生的人物。

糖画艺人不仅善于塑造人物，小动物们在他们的手中也是活灵活现呢!我忍不住也买了一个糖画———一只可爱的小公鸡。我发现糖画在阳光的照射下格外晶莹剔透，像玉石一般极具穿透力。我忍不住把嘴巴轻轻凑上去，用舌尖小心翼翼地舔了一下，顿时感觉舌尖上的每一个细胞都跳动起来，那麦芽糖的味道久久在嘴里回荡。

糖画给了我快乐，每当想起它，我都会忍不住流下口水，我会一直记住那幸福的味道!

“王师北定中原日，家祭无忘告乃翁”。一生坎坷流离的陆游心里，诗心是对国家的热忱，在弥留之际,他最大的遗憾是未能看到国家统一。家国山河的一草一木都深深地写进了他的诗词之中，融入到他的生命之近代中国，面临西方列强的欺压临蓐，国人诗心依旧不死，秋瑾的长歌还在徘徊，谭嗣同昆仑肝胆在长啸，诗心便是一腔赤忱的爱国之心。如今，生活在和平年代的我们，虽不用抛头颅，洒热血，但是依旧不能忘记一个中国人应有的爱国之心。今日抵制萨德，乐天的兴旺不再，是爱国的诗心在当代的继承和弘扬，也是“以国家之务为己任”的另一种体现。

“衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴”。柳永的一颗诗心是多情的蝶恋花。古人为追求心上人而辗转反侧难以入眠，到如今年轻人的“女神，留个微信”，对于爱情的美好向往，古今人共有之。一直觉得拥有一颗诗心的人，在感情路途一定不会走的太过艰难，纵使经历过“落日斜，秋风冷。今夜故人来不来，教人立尽梧桐影”的落寞，但也一定会以诗词的独有的底蕴内涵以及个人的诗心体会，去排解忧愁。“十年生死两茫茫，不思量，自难忘”，苏东坡与亡妻十年生死相隔，纵使无法体会哽咽无语和泪流千行的痛楚，但却让我更加珍惜现有的生活。一见钟情的转辗反侧到平凡生活的柴米油盐，红玫瑰也是白玫瑰，再读柳永东坡自己的内心也就多了份纯粹与平和。

年轻时曾一度执迷于诗词工巧，而经历时间的洗礼方才渐渐醒悟，诗心也越来越向往恬淡从容的山水诗词，流水让人向善、忍让，高山教会人包容，远见。“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”，语言清丽，字字洗涤人心。如今窗外高楼林立，车水马龙，消失的是大漠孤烟、小桥流水，但不灭的是一颗恬淡的诗心。当我们衷感叹红于二月花的枫林，如银河下落的飞流瀑布，淡妆浓抹总适宜的西湖之时，折服于大自然的鬼斧神工之时，可以内心深处得到诗词的滋养，而不是在发愣片刻后大脑空白大喊一句“真美啊……”

人生的历练也使我渐渐明白：诗心即人心，这也是中华传统文化能够历久不衰的真正缘由，写尽人世悲欢，道尽家国情怀，在这忙忙碌碌的生活中给予你我精神的和平与宁静。如今的我，报效家国的激昂陈词不减，家国故土的深沉留恋更添。在车马喧嚣的忙碌生活之后，不忘一杯清茶，一本诗词，细细品味在午后的落日黄昏。

真正的诗心，即是人心，诗心不死的你我始终坚守着生活的初心，都痴恋着诗意的栖息。

在有一年中，一对年老的夫妻在“感动中国”的颁奖仪式上得了奖，他们是香港树仁大学的校长钟期荣和校监胡鸿烈。记得胡鸿烈说过一句话：“我们发现香港的字典里没有仁字，所以决定把学校取名为树仁。”这位普通老人质朴的语言，带给我们的不仅仅是感动，更是一种极力维护中国传统文化的崇高精神。

在物质文明高速发展的今天，已经很难听到一种对中国传统文化高度认真、负责的声音，而且在现在，这种认真被当作一种古板。是的，现在我们特制生活虽然丰富了，但精神生活却渐渐的空虚。一些传统文化正在远离我们，春节时要贴的对联受到冷落，京剧、川剧、戏剧很少有人去学，《四书》、《五经》、《红楼梦》、《西游记》《三国演义》《水浒传》等古代典籍，很少有人埋头苦读了，这些原本属于我们的精典，现在却只能趟在遗忘的角落里。到世界各地去看一看，一片片具有历史特色的街区被铲除，一个个青瓦粉墙的古村古镇在消失，代之而起的是高高矮矮，形状差不多的洋式楼群，什么“西班牙城堡”“罗马花园”、“巴黎广场”、“美国小镇”等等，让人们眼花缭乱，扼腕叹息!我们常常说崇洋媚外的现象，实际上是对中国传统文化自轻自贱，民族自尊心，自信心的丧失，真是可悲啊!

不是说外来文化不好，而是说中国传统文化的传承危要旦夕，在战争年代的中国，传统文化没有出现断层。而在和平年代的今天，传统文化却渐渐暗淡了它的色彩。这的确是一种悲哀啊!然而，幸好还有像胡鸿烈夫妇的人在为捍卫中国的传统文化而努力，他们大概也可以被称作“中国的脊梁”吧。

要继承和发扬中国的传统文化，这是钟期荣夫妇传递给我们的信念。尽管在中国文化受到了西方文化的巨大冲击，但无疑，钟期荣夫妇用他们的影响下，会有越来越多的中国人站到文化维护者的行列中，使中国的传统观念文化精神代代相传。

时光荏苒，如白驹过隙，曾满树繁花，经年月镂刻磨画，如今却是枯藤枝桠。可那鲜花灵动的心却始终如一地跳动着，催促着人返璞归真，忆起那茶在水中婀娜曼妙的舞姿，体验茶文化

静谧的午后，在池塘边的桌椅上眯缝着眼，状若小憩，时而握起画笔在纸上勾勒皴擦，亦不知所云。年岁尚小的我，似乎庸碌至极无事可做，直到瞥见渔归的祖父。他是一个渔者，心思却极其细腻，时常摆弄出一副陈年的茶具，蕴着神秘的文化气息，兴致勃勃地与我交谈，时而迸出几句意味深长的文言语调，圆着腔嗓，让人摸不着头脑。可我依稀记得，他缓缓地放茶，沏茶，滤茶，闻茶，品茶，令我十分憧憬。他又道：“孩子，你要做个如茶般自由却执着美丽的人。”

中国传统文化——过春节

中国传统文化有很多，比如剪纸、过春节、放风筝等等。

今天，我就讲讲春节吧。

春节是小朋友们最喜爱的节日，也是最吉祥的日子，到了那时，广场上就会热闹非凡，我想知道为什么会这么热闹，于是就查了资料，我终于明白了：春节是中国最盛大、最热闹、最重要的古老的传统节日，也是中国人所独有的节日。我还找到了关于春节的小故事：古时候，有一种怪兽叫“年”，它头上长触角，凶猛异常，每次到春节的时候，就要到村里吃人，但是有一次来了一位老人，他说有办法赶走“年”，然后，他利用火、响声和红色赶走了“年”，从那以后，每到春节，人们就会放鞭炮，家家户户的门上都贴上对联，“年”再也不敢来了。

春节也有很多的风俗习惯，比如：腊月二十三：祭灶，差不多家家的灶间都设有灶王爷的神位;腊月二十四：扫尘，其用意是要把一切穷运、晦气都统统扫出门;腊月二十五：接玉皇，这一天起居、言语都要谨慎，争取好的表现，以博取玉皇欢心，降幅来年;腊月二十七，二十八：洗浴——洗掉不好的运气;腊月三十：除夕，贴门神、贴春联、守岁、放爆竹、吃年夜饭、给压岁钱、祭祖。

我的老家一到春节就会有各种各样的活动，比如有人在舞台上表演，也有人舞龙舞狮子等很多节目。

贴对联是一个重要的活动，先把对联涂上胶水，再贴在门上，左边一个，右边一个，上面还有一个横批，不管是被丢弃的房子正在住着的房子都要贴上对联，我老家的对联几乎都是我和爸爸贴的。

经过对春节的了解，我还知道好多的事情，以后我会带来更丰富、更好玩的事情与大家分享。

China is a unified nation consisting of many different ethnic groups.

Fifty-six different ethnic groups make up the great Chinese national family.

Because the Han people accounts for more than ninety percent of Chinas

population, the remaining fifty-five groups are generally referred to as "ethnic

minorities." Next to the majority Han, the Mongolian, Hui, Tibetan, and Uygur

peoples comprise the largest ethnic groups. Although Chinas ethnic minorities

do not account for a large portion of the population, they are distributed over

a vast area, residing in every corner of China.

Particularly since the implementation of Chinas opening and reform policy,

the central government has increased investment in minority areas and

accelerated their opening to the outside world. This has resulted in an upsurge

of economic development in these areas. Each of Chinas ethnic minority groups

possesses a distinctive culture. The Chinese government respects minority

customs, and works to preserve, study, and collate the cultural artifacts of

Chinas ethnic minority groups. The government vigorously supports the

development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers,

and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall

integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic

minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside

in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among

Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market

economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the

areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by

interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals

and interests creating a deep sense of solidarity, Chinas ethnic groups

resemble a great national family, together building Chinese civilization.
