我国是一个有着960万平方公里的大国。其中包括了许多岛屿，像例如：曾母暗沙群岛、西沙群岛、南沙群岛等；还有许多城市也是非常吸引人的。每逢节假日，更是有一大批的人去那儿旅游。然而，在我心目中最有魅力的，最吸引人的就是我现在所生活的城市—上海。

上海，是一个海纳百川的大城市，上海如今也已变得日新月异了。以前，在哪里看见一个外国人，那都是一件很稀奇的事情。可自从2010年5月1日世博会成功地在上海举办后，更加是吸引了一大批来自不同国家的人来到这里。这世博会的成功举办，可是把上海的魅力之处，散发得淋漓尽致！

上海现在除了世博园区上海很多值得人们去参观，游玩的地方。例如：东方明珠电视塔。金茂大厦、城隍庙。豫园等：这些地方都是那些首次来到上海的人应该去的。因为这些地方真的是很吸引人，就连我们这种上海本地人，每逢节假日，都会选择去这些地方游玩。就在最近，我看了一部007最新的电影，里面就有长达约15分钟关于上海的场景。看到这一画面。我顿时惊呆了，作为一个在上海生活16的我，竟然不知道上海的夜色，是那么的美！看！就连国外知名导演都被上海的夜景所深深吸引，把它融入到电影之中，这不就是上海的魅力所在吗？

现如今，上海四通八达的公共交通设施也已经变得多种多样了。公交车、地铁、出租车、高铁等。而且，地铁12，13号线也在陆续地建设当中。另外，随着新交规的出炉，也更好地完善了以前上海从未实行过的交通管理制度。这样一来，不仅为市民的出行带来很多的方便，而且也减少了交通事故的发生，让市民们更放心地出行。

上海之所以会有那么大的魅力，吸引到了那么多的人来到上海，甚至定居。最关键的一点就是：上海的经济快速发展。自从世博会成功召开后，更是带动了上海的经济发展，让上海变成了一个国际化的大都市。就因为这点，吸引了一大批人来到上海工作、创业，作出他们为这座城市的贡献。

上海的魅力之处不仅如此。这座城市常常会充满着爱、幸福、正能量的氛围。

每一年上海都会举办“蓝天下的至爱”大型慈善活动。电视机里所出现的每一个感动的故事、每一个人的善举，都深深感动着每一个人的心，当然也包括我。就是这样的一个充满爱的城市，怎么会吸引不了人们，来到这里呢？所以，我们更加要爱护这座城市，少开车，节能减排，保护环境，保护这个我们所深深爱着的城市

美丽中国，魅力上海。这句话是我们每一个上海人，每一个中国人，所应该深深记住的一句话。这样，我们将来才能为我们所热爱的城市，国家，做出我们做为一个上海人，中国人，所应该做出的贡献！！

More and more college students, in recent years, are finding it difficult

to find jobs. This may sound strange since college students used to be the "most

favored" people in society. They have received a higher education, hence they

are more intelligent, knowledgeable than their counterparts who failed to attend

college. But chances are that some of them can hardly find jobs after graduating

from colleges.

There are two reasons that account for this strange phenomenon. One is that

some college students cannot come to terms with themselves and with the world

around them. They pursue too high goals and are too particular about such

factors as working conditions, salary, and so on. Therefore, they are reluctant

to accept the job when they are offered to them. Another reason is that the

majors some students pursue do not match with the demands of the job market. As

a result, they canonly sit and miss opportunities.

To solve this problem, I think college students should know their own

strengths and weaknesses and have the right attitude towards themselves and the

job vacancies. In addition, they should not attach too much importance to

material aspects of the job. They should put priority to their future

development and their contributions to society in stead. Furthermore, they

should think of receiving some further training to meet the demands of

society.

因为家里的人工作忙不能带我去北京登长城，但我长大了一定要登上去。

Since I was very small, my parents sent me to learn painting. They thought

I could understand art and mastered one skill. This experience brings me the

sense of art. I have my own understanding of it.

On the one hand, art is an important way to express peoples opinion. When

we see the pictures, the difference between classical and ordinary paintings

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,

which are admitted by the public, so the value of arts can be seen. Some famous

artists expressed their unique opinion and gives arts great meaning.

On the other hand, art is not only from works, but also from life. For

example, my mother cooks the delicious food. Everybody speaks highly of her. So

her food brings people great happiness, which makes the food an art for me.

Whats more, my friends is good at communicating. The way she talks can convince

lead to happiness contain some pain.

Computer is increasingly popular in people’s daily life. The number of

computer in every family is more than TV set. Some people think it is so great

that they all regard it as a gift from the heaven. However, some people consider

correct, but if we can use computer in a proper way, its advantages are superior

When we are little, we are eager to grow up, so that we can break free of

parental discipline even leave them far. Since we were a little child, we have

are our growing pains. Besides, study, friendship, sometimes campus romance may

历史上还有一个关于长城的故事，那就是《孟姜女哭长城》，这个故事主要讲了：有位女子，也就是孟姜女，她有位喜欢的人叫范喜良，他被带去修建长城，没过多久在修长城的时候死掉了，孟姜女听了这个故事，就去长城边找他，太伤心就一直在哭，正好这时长城倒了，就有人说是孟姜女哭倒了长城。这就是孟姜女哭长城的故事，但由此也可以看出，修筑长城其实用了很多的人力物力。

这就是我眼中的万里长城，雄伟壮观又充满劳动智慧。

记忆中的年味：大年三十的流动电影

1974年，公社在上级组织的支持下组建了流动电影放映队。刚从学校毕业的我，怀着对电影事业的热爱，义不容辞地参加了放映队。我们小组一共三人，其他两名同志分别是姚广亚、陈志强。我和姚广亚同志负责影片放映，陈志强同志负责“跑片”工作。跑片，看其字面意思，难以理解，其实就是负责将本场放映好的电影胶片送到公社其他大队给另外的放映队用，然后将他们播放过的拿回来播放。

那时娱乐活动很少，村民们一连好几个月也看不上一场电影。1980年除夕夜，寒风凛冽，根据上级要求我们在盘头中学操场上给乡亲们放映了一部《美猴王》，欢庆春节，给乡亲们带去愉悦。消息真可谓是传得比电报还快，十里八村的都跑过来看。吃完年夜饭的乡亲们三五成群地走过去，坐在小凳子上，说着聊着。随着电影的放映，一束光投射在幕布上，电影开演了，人们渐渐安静下来，进入光影里的奇妙世界。

因为天气原因，我们在路上耽搁了，恶劣的天气并没有阻挡乡亲们观影的热情，操场上站满了人，房顶、树上都是人，骑自行车的就站在自行车上，小孩就骑在大人脖子上，银幕就挂在树上。当时时间紧急，因为昨天电影结束的时候，天太晚了，没有及时做好第二天的准备，就赶急赶忙地装车回家了。那天放映之前没来得及检查，放出来才知道是结尾，结果当场哄堂大笑，因为变成倒放了，这算是我工作中少有的失误。姚广亚手疾眼快，没有慌乱，立即卸下胶片，手动倒片，乡亲们也焦急地等待着，大概3至5分钟以后，便重新放映了。16毫米的放映机架在人群中间，坐在放映机射出光柱前边的一个小孩，用手捂在一起作各种姿势投影在银幕上，像各种小动物，男女老少，很多人都会玩并乐于玩这种把戏。为了图人少，不少人当时直接跑到银幕背面去看电影，那儿看到的图像左右是反过来的，但不影响观赏。

电影还未结束，天空中就飘起了小雪，但大家的热情非常高，并没有提前离场。乡亲们摩拳擦掌，不停地跺脚，只为驱赶寒意。电影结束后，乡亲们喜笑颜开。空中爆竹声连绵不绝，寓示着掸尘去灰迎新年。当所有乡亲们离场后，雪越下越大，我们来不及休息，赶集赶忙收拾设备，生怕设备由于天气原因受损。所有设备收拾完毕后，两人头发上已经满是冰碴。稍微修整过后，我们骑上车就走，家里人还等着回家吃年夜饭呢。农村的路坑坑洼洼，还没有路灯，姚广亚骑车，我坐在车上打着手电，顺着路边，前往回家的路。回到家后，已是半夜。尽管很辛苦，但是我们并不后悔，想到乡亲们对电影的期待，在那样一个特殊的节日里给乡亲们带来了快乐，付出多少都是值得的。

80年代中期，随着电视的逐渐普及，条件允许的家庭也买上了电视机。除夕夜的流动电影放映队逐渐销声匿迹，逐渐取而代之的是每家每户守在电视机前吃着年夜饭阖家团圆、其乐融融的场景。随着时间的推移，当时的年味渐行渐远，但记忆永远不会磨灭，令我难以忘怀!

The main function of public libraries is to provide books for people to

read.In a library,there are books on different subjects,such as Chinese

history,fine art,science,English literature,and so on.There are also works fo

fiction.

The public libraries are crowded with people on weekdays as well as Sundays

because many people,especially students who want to consult reference books for

their school work,know that they could at least learn something there.

Besides reading in the library,we can also borrow books with library

cards.But books on loan had to be returned within a couple of weeks.As far as I

know the number of people who borrow books from public libraries is increasing

year after year.

而更为难能可贵的是老英雄张富清同志在从部队转业到地方后，他兢兢业业的坚守着平凡的工作岗位，艰苦奋斗、无私奉献。作为战功赫赫的战争英雄，张老没有利用光辉的过去为自己、为子女、为家人谋取过一分名与利，张老夫妻二人仍住在80平米的单位分房中，在此次退伍军人信息采集之前，张老的家人甚至只知道“他曾当过兵”。许是见过太多的反腐信息报道，对张富清同志这样的党性，这样的坚守，我们心生敬意。

I am a student from Xinhua Middle School in Chongqing，China. Informed that

有人喜欢中秋节，有人喜欢春节，而我喜欢端午节。因为端午节可以吃粽子，还可以自己包粽子呢!

早上，妈妈和我们收好东西了，就去坐车回老家。一路上我边看风景边吃东西，不一会儿就到了老家!

我们走过桥就到了，我快速跑到家门口“咚咚咚”地敲起了门，没有反应?我又“咚咚咚”地敲起来。妈妈说：“没有人就别敲了!”妈妈打了个电话给奶奶了，听奶奶在电话那边说道：“一下就回来了，在那里等我一下!”我们就在外面玩一下，过了大概20分钟奶奶就来了。奶奶把门打开，就在聊了起来。光阴似箭，日月如梭。时间过得好快，转眼就到了晚上。我灵机一动，说道：“妈妈，要不要包粽子呀?”“你问奶奶吧!”妈妈回答道。“奶奶，要不要包粽子呀?”我又跑向奶奶那里。“一定要包，我都把东西都准备好了!”奶奶坚定地说道。

到了晚上6点，奶奶把糯米捧上来了，还有粽叶也拿了出来。我先观察一下奶奶是怎么包的，观看完一个粽子的产生过程，觉得并不是很难。我也拿了两片粽叶放在手上，两边向中间一折，再用小杯子舀了一杯的糯米放在粽叶上，再把剩下的粽叶盖上来。最后用不要的粽叶，撕下一条线型状在我包好的粽子上捆上几圈就包好了。欣赏着自己包的第一个粽子，别提我有多开心了。我自己一个个地包，包的一个比一个好，奶奶夸我做得好。过了一会，糯米用完了，粽叶也正好用完了。

奶奶要开始煮粽子了，粽子在大锅里“洗澡”，过了20分钟我们就开始吃了。我先尝了一口，味道好极了。感觉像走进了粽子乐园，我一下子吃了3个粽子。

一饭千金

韩信小时家中贫寒，父母双亡。他虽然用功读书、拼命习武，然而，挣钱的本事却一个也不会。迫不得已，他只好到别人家吃“白食”。为此常遭别人冷眼。韩信咽不下这口气，就来到淮水边垂钓，用鱼换饭吃，经常饥一顿饱一顿。淮水边上有个老奶奶为人家漂洗纱絮，人称“漂母”。她见韩信挨饿挺可怜，就把自己带的饭分一半给他吃。天天如此，从未间断，韩信发誓要报答漂母之恩。韩信被封为“淮阴侯”后对漂母分食之恩始终没忘，派人四处寻找，最后以千金相赠。这就是“一饭千金

望梅止渴

有一年夏天，曹操率领部队去讨伐张绣，天气热得出奇，骄阳似火，天上一丝云彩也没有，部队在弯弯曲曲的山道上行走，两边密密的树木和被阳光晒得滚烫的山石，让人透不过气来。到了中午时分，士兵的衣服都湿透了，行军的速度也慢下来，有几个体弱的士兵竟晕倒在路边。

曹操看行军的速度越来越慢，担心贻误战机，心里很是着急。可是，眼下几万人马连水都喝不上，又怎么能加快速度呢?他立刻叫来向导，悄悄问他：“这附近可有水源?”向导摇摇头说：“泉水在山谷的那一边，要绕道过去还有很远的路程。”曹操想了一下说，“不行，时间来不及。”他看了看前边的树林，沉思了一会儿，对向导说：“你什么也别说，我来想办法。”他知道此刻即使下命令要求部队加快速度也无济于事。脑筋一转，办法来了，他一夹马肚子，快速赶到队伍前面，用马鞭指着前方说：“士兵们，我知道前面有一大片梅林，那里的梅子又大又好吃，我们快点赶路，绕过这个山丘就到梅林了!”士兵们一听，仿佛已经吃到嘴里，精神大振，步伐不由得加快了许多。

悬梁刺股

东汉时候，有个人名叫孙敬，是著名的政治家。他年轻时勤奋好学，经常关起门，独自一人不停地读书。每天从早到晚读书，常常是废寝忘食。读书时间长，劳累了，还不休息。时间久了，疲倦得直打瞌睡。他怕影响自己的读书学习，就想出了一个特别的办法。古时候，男子的头发很长。他就找一根绳子，一头牢牢的绑在房梁上。当他读书疲劳时打盹了，头一低，绳子就会牵住头发，这样会把头皮扯痛了，马上就清醒了，再继续读书学习。

这就时孙敬悬梁的故事。

战国时期，有一个人名叫苏秦，也是出名的政治家。在年轻时，由于学问不多不深，曾到好多地方做事，都不受重视。回家后，家人对他也很冷淡，瞧不起他。这对他的刺激很大。所以，他下定决心，发奋读书。他常常读书到深夜，很疲倦，常打盹，直想睡觉。他也想出了一个方法，准备一把锥子，一打瞌睡，就用锥子往自己的大腿上刺一下。这样，猛然间感到疼痛，使自己清醒起来，再坚持读书。这就使苏秦"刺股"的故事。

从孙敬和苏秦两个人读书的故事引申出"悬梁刺股

Since we were born as a little baby, we get help from others all the time.

Our parents raise us, our teachers teach us and our friends company us.

Therefore, it’s important for us to be grateful to those people who give us a

hand. Being grateful is a way to show them our appreciation and our love. No one

in the world is supposed to love us without any conditions. Moreover, Being

grateful to others and to what you get can lead you are ready to help others,

too. I think this is the most important impact on people that being grateful. If

we are all show our appreciation to others and then help others, we could build

a friendly and harmonious society.

With the spread of the consciousness of environmental protection, the word

“low-carbon” has been very popular in life. We can find it in many aspects, such

as low-carbon products, low-carbon consumption, and low-carbon travel and so on.

Generally speaking, more and more people are advocating “low-carbon”

lifestyle.

As implied in the name, “low-carbon” lifestyle is a kind of new pattern of

lifestyle which aims to lowering the carbon dioxide emission in living as much

as possible. For example, some office workers are not proud of driving private

cars from work to home any more but pride themselves on riding or taking public

transportation. In addition, they advocate recycling water and saving energy as

much as they can.

As college students, we also make some contribution in our daily life to

reduce the emission of the carbon dioxide. For example, switch off the light

when leaving and save water. In addition, we should use our knowledge and action

to arouse others’ concern about the importance of lowering emission of carbon

dioxide and lead them to lead a “low-carbon” life.
