Every Chinese, who experienced 1980s, will remember forever the day November 6th 1981 when the China National Womens Volleyball Team defeated the Japan National Team (the so-called "Toyo Women Magic") with 3 to 2 at the 3rd World Womens Volleyball Cup in Osaka Japan. In the last several decades, our earth has been extremely polluted, such as

air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and so on. In recent years, the

英媒称，美国联邦储备局12月16日宣布将联邦基金利率提高25个基点，联邦基金目标利率将维持在0.25%至0.50%之间，这标志着美国自2006年6月来正式开启加息周期，同时表示将以渐进节奏加息，符合市场预期。

美联储主席耶伦召开联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)，宣布了加息的决定。

自2008年以来，美联储一直保持联邦基金利率即银行的隔夜拆借利率接近于零。

美联储此次升息将有两大目标，一是增加投资、创造就业，二是控制通膨率。

随着美国就业数据强劲，失业率降至5%，市场已接近完全就业;耶伦日前在国会作证时也表示，她有信心通膨率将达到2%目标。

美联储预期，美国劳工巿场今年大幅改善，并有信心通胀率会在中期升至2%的目标。但联储局预料，利率只会渐进上调，未来一段时间会继续低于预期，确实的利率走向会取决于将来的经济数据。

摩根大通预期美联储在明年将继续进行4次加息，主要受供应面推动，例如失业率和劳 动力参与率的下降，将推动薪资增长和通货膨胀。

更高的基准利率有利于美元走强，因为全球其它央行更愿意提供额外的经济刺激。

为了支持不断下滑的中国经济增长，中国央行在今年8月份采取措施贬值人民币汇率。

大和证券经济学家赖志文认为，鉴于中国又是降息又是放松银根，美国加息将给交易商带来诱人的机会做空人民币和做多美元。

赖志文说：“人民币贬值现在已是市场共识。因为预见到未来的贬值，很多企业和有钱人将资金转移出中国。”

分析人士称，从中国最近在放宽货币监管方面的进展来看，它会允许货币保持一定程度的灵活性，但当局可能会出面阻止人民币过快、过多地贬值。

雅克利娜·荣表示，人民币对美元“轻微贬值”至多3%是有可能的。

英国《金融时报》网站称，新兴市场国家央行和财政部的高级官员承认，美国自2006年以来首次正式提高利率的做法，可能导致本国货币相对于美元而言变得疲软，可能带来的影响之一是加剧资本外流。

中国央行下设的外汇管理局一位官员说，美联储加息会进一步加大人民币面临的贬值压力。这位官员还说，加息肯定会对中国跨境资本流动产生影响，不过这种影响不会太过显著。

“潮州是一座有着悠久历史的文化名城，潮汕文化是岭南文化的重要组成部分，是中华文化的重要支脉。潮绣、潮雕、潮塑、潮剧以及功夫茶、潮州菜等都是中华文化的瑰宝，弥足珍贵，实属难得。我们爱这个城市，就要呵护好她、建设好她。”文化是民族的基因，更是一种民族精神，我们要肩负好保护和传承民族文化的重任，让民族文化在岁月的长河中历久弥新，绽放出新的时代光芒。

文化是历史的见证，让我们在不断前行中勿忘“来时路”。文化不仅仅体现在经史子集当中，也体现在物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产当中。中华民族拥有五千多年连绵不断的文明历史，创造了博大精深的中华文化，留下了极其丰厚的文化遗产。透过这些文化遗产，我们可以寻觅到历史发展的踪迹，感受到社会发展的兴衰荣辱。鉴往知来，不忘初心，坚守中国传统文化是“不忘初心、方得始终”的根基所在。历史文化遗产不仅生动述说着过去，也深刻影响着当下和未来。作为社会主义的建设者和接班人，我们要记得起历史沧桑，看得见岁月留痕，留得住文化根脉。要在不断前行的路途中不忘初心、铭记历史，学习借鉴优秀发展经验，及时补足发展过程中的不足，将民族文化不断发扬光大。要珍惜和平、砥砺奋进、开拓创新，不断推动中华民族文化走向新的辉煌。

文化是交流的桥梁，让我们在交流互鉴中培育“中国心”。文明因交流而精彩，文明因互鉴而丰富。改革开放40多年来，我们国家从被动开放，走向主动全面开放，经济社会取得巨大进步，综合国力显著提升，人民群众实现从“贫穷”到“温饱”，由“温饱”到“总体小康”的巨大飞跃，科学技术突飞猛进，国防和军队建设取得重大成就，人民群众的幸福感、获得感、满足感显著提升。在深圳特区成立四十周年之际，我们看到深圳“因改革开放而生，因改革开放而强”，创造了举世瞩目的“深圳速度”“深圳效应”“深圳质量”。我们要继续坚持改革开放的基本国策，推动形成以国内大循环为主体，国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局，为经济发展赋予新活力，增添新动能。要在不断扩大的国际文化交流与合作中注重培育“中国心”、共筑中国梦，大力培育中国特色社会主义文化，让各国在文化交流互鉴中各美其美、美美与共，充分彰显社会主义文化自信。

何为书？以物质价值来看，它和纸张的价值是等同的，那为什么书籍被誉为“人类进步的阶梯”呢？书籍和纸张最大的区别便是那些文字。一本书真正的价值不是看它用的纸张的质量，而是看其记载的文字的好处。那文字有好处，这书便是好书，反之，文字无好处，那书便等同废纸。废纸是不能够陪伴一个人的，所以，能够伴一个人成长的，都是好书。

最令我感受至深的是一本家喻户晓的侦探小说《福尔摩斯探案集》。作者柯南·道尔被称为侦探悬疑小说的鼻祖。在他的笔下，一篇篇精彩绝伦的案件一个比一个触动人心，当然，福尔摩斯总能想出解决的办法，这一点必定要归功于他那冷静对待事物的方法。无论是再离奇，再不可思议，他都会比别人更先静下来，整理头绪，心里是十分平静的。在我们此刻的社会中，有几个人会这样认真对待思考问题？平静身心，也是我们要向大侦探福尔摩斯学习的。可是，福尔摩斯也不是没有失败过，他也有挫折，失败过四次，三次败于几个男人，一次败于一个女人，这也很明显的证明，这世界上没有人是东方不败，也没有人是常胜将军。可是在福尔摩斯最忧愁的时候，他不会像其他人一样借酒消愁，也不会自暴自弃，而是悠闲的拉着小提琴，来调节自我的心态，在音乐中找回原先的自我。这也是这个人物成功的一点，也让我在困难面前想到了他，不悲观，不退缩，平静地应对事实。

一本好书真的能让人感悟到很多很多，就像《福尔摩斯探案集》真的使我很受益，小到清茶淡水，大到人生哲理。好书是心灵的血脉，而读一本好书就是为身体换来全新的血液。此刻对我来说，书就是我生活的推进器，它给我启迪，给我目标，给我生活的动力，推进我向前。

读好书，好读书，读好书，这是我读书的目标。一本好书有它无限的魅力，能够吸引全球的目光。让好书陪伴你的成长，让好书陪伴我们的生活，启迪我们一生的智慧。

Nowadays, more and more middle-aged people are suffering from insomnia, as

life for the middle-aged is stressful indeed. For one thing, as they are the

backbones of their companies, they have plenty of things to do at work. And they

usually have to work overtime. For another, they have to take great

responsibilities at home, for their aged parents need to be supported and their

little children need to be brought up. Thats why they dont have enough time to

have a good rest.

To sleep well, some of them often take sleeping pills. I dont think its

good for them to do so, because the sleeping pills can only get rid of the sign

of insomnia, not the cause. And taking too much sleeping pills is bad for their

health.

Therefore, I suggest those middle-aged people should know how to relax

themselves and rest their brains. Taking a simple work after supper will be

beneficial for them. Besides, they can have a glass of milk before going to bed,

which can be helpful for their sleep.

Today is Saturday. Today is very strange, very special, because when I go

online today, an unexpectedly found a note, tonight at 8-9: to earth hour,

really depressed.

Then after I know detailed understanding of earth hour is what meaning,

which requires us out all the unnecessary lighting, achieve energy conservation

and emission reduction, global warming, improve the environment effect. Really

is a joke.

To improve the earth - our homes and not so easy. An hour out unwanted

light can achieve? Not that things are not so simple. Want to save our beautiful

home, must pay more attention to the ecological environment and save the earth

is not a moment to achieve.
