winter holiday. In winter holiday, I don’t have to get up early every morning.

My sister was fond of traveling. Ever since graduating, she had been

determined to organize a trip to an old temple. Since transporting fare was

expensive, she decided to use a bicycle to cycle there not caring about the

disadvantages. Her stubborn attitude was always her shortcoming. Once she made

up her mind to do something, no one could persuade her to change her mind.

Finally, we gave in as usual though we preferred to take a train. After we

prepared everything, including the schedule, reliable weather forecast and the

The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago. It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof. In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of waiting outside of his door for hours. However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. If the most beautiful season of the year is spring, for me, the most

interesting festival of the year is the new years Eve! On that day, we should

not only eat family reunion dinner, but also staying-up late on new years

eve.

fireworks are riotous with colour dark sky dancers.

At 11:50, we cant wait to just wrapped dumplings into the boiling water,

mom and dad put a cover on the pot, cook for a while, 12 oclock, finally boil

the dumplings, grandma and grandpa a sung, I smell from afar dumplings

fragrance, went straight to the kitchen, when the taste delicious dumplings,

happy in the heart.

One year spent similar, each year is different, when the new years Eve, it

means spring is coming, the new year has begun!

In our daily life, we can learn something from some cases. However, from my

point of view, I think that it is essential for us to know ourselves in a right

way. People who have a full awareness of the importance to improve themselves

will discover themselves continuously. Therefore, we can say that if we want to

change ourselves, we must bravely reveal ourselves.

Every coin has two sides, and we are no exception. When we experience some

situations, we will find that there are many advantages of us. Thus, we can have

a huge sense of satisfaction. We may have a little pride, because we are happy

that we can make good use of our advantages to solve more difficult problems in

the future. However, at the same time, we also can realize that there are still

some disadvantages of us. These disadvantages will bring us different

influences. I’d like to point out that people who can bravely accept and remove

their disadvantages will gain a bright future. On the contrary, people who

choose escape or ignorance their disadvantages will indulge themselves, and they

no further progress.

Don’t indulge yourself. If we indulge ourselves, we will meet more terrible

suffering in our later life. I know that when we find our weakness, we may say

that I will never do that again, and regret doing so meaningless thing. I am

such a fool. But when we meet similar situations next time, we will still tell

ourselves that it doesn’t matter that I do it again. Then we will indulge

ourselves to expand our disadvantages. It shows that some people who have no own

principle will fail to realize their promises. When we can overcome our

laziness, we will understand that solving some problems may be not so difficult.

Therefore, we should try our best to control ourselves to pursue higher

development.

There are no any excuses to indulge yourself. We should tell ourselves that

we are capable to overcome our weakness, though it needs much time. However, if

we succeed once, then we will be successful again. Last, we don’t indulge

ourselves. We will become more complete.

Everyone can take actions to improve themselves. Don’t indulge yourself. If

you succeed, you will acquire a huge wealth, and your life will become more

brilliant.

“再见!”这句话，在我们生活中太普通了，我们每个人每天几乎都要说。但是这次我离开妈妈到中国来时向妈妈他们说的“再见，”却有说不出的滋味儿。

我从小就没离开过家，更没有离开过父母。这次到中国，是我第一次出远门。我想了很多:我一个人能生活吗?要是病了，会不会有人来帮我呢?要是想妈妈、想弟弟怎么办呢?中国的饭菜好吃吗?那儿的天气冷不冷，我受得了吗?要带些什么衣服?……妈妈和弟弟这几天也跟我一起忙。

终于到了离别的时刻，我家里好像出了大喜事。亲戚和朋友们都来为我祝福，祝我一路平安、留学生活愉快。但我似笑非笑，心里有说不出的感觉。虽然心里高兴，但第一次要离开亲人和朋友，真舍不得呀!我暗暗告诫自己绝不能在朋友面前流眼泪，但这并不容易。时钟一分一分地夺走了我和家里人在一起的时间.我恨不能让钟停下来。

我走后，妈妈和弟弟过得好吗?要是我不在，弟弟习惯吗?天天来我房间找麻烦的弟弟，我走后，谁来帮他呢?我怀着这许许多多的心事上了飞机。我记得最清楚，妈妈一双明亮的眼睛直盯盯地看着我离去。弟弟大声喊着:“姐姐!姐姐!你别走啊!”亲戚朋友们不停地向我招手道别。

飞机慢慢地起飞了。我感到心被捏紧了，不禁喊了一声:“妈妈再见!弟弟再见，祝你们健康!”飞机飞到了高空，我心里默默地说:“再见，妈妈!再见，亲戚朋友们!再见，我的祖国——美丽的小岛毛里求斯!再见……”泪水顺着脸流了下来，我急忙拿出手帕擦干净。想起了妈妈那充满希望和鼓励的眼睛又增加了我独立生活的信心和勇气。

Friend plays important role in our lives. Everyone needs his or her own

friends. Some people make friends easily but some do not. And “friend” means

differently to people. Some people think friends should stay together all the

time, but some others think that share and support is the real meaning of

friend. From my point of view, friend is the person who will always be with you

no matter what happens. It’s the person who can share your happiness as well as

sorrows.

Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to

penetrate everything and everybody, its hard to get through a day without

hearing or reading something about stress. Some doctors refer to stress as some

kind of new plague天灾, 灾害, 祸患. However, numerous surveys confirm that the problem

has progressively risen since the 1980s. Why all the disorder? After all, stress

has been around since Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, Stress is an

unavoidable consequence of life. Without stress, there would be no life.

However, just as distress can caw disease, there are good stresses that balance

this, and promote wellness.

I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we have had about whether an entrance fee should be charged for parks. 60% of us schoolmates think that an entrance fee do not meet people’s expectations, for a park is considered to be a place where the public can have a good time when they are not busy either at home or at work. If an entrance fee must be paid by the visitors for a park, it will be necessary to build a gate and surrounding walls. In the end a city will take on a bad look. 40% of us schoolmates think that an entrance fee can be accepted, but it must not be too expensive. The money from ticket selling can be used for paying the gardeners in the park and buying some other kinds of flowers and trees.

With regard to myself, I think an entrance fee is useful, for it can be used to protect a park. Do we share the same opinion, dear editor?
