as time flies, lots of things have changed. Therefore, I am eager to discuss

what relation is the best between teachers and students.A teacher can treat a

student in two ways .One is strict, and the other is friendly. Most teachers

prefer the first way.To start with, we certainly have to admit that strictness

is very effective, especially to the naughty pupils.

As pupils we aren’t able to control ourselves well or fix our attention on

one thing for a long time. We do most things because they are interesting or we

feel like doing. We are always looking out of the window in class. Sometimes, we

get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a

must. It not only forces us to do the right thing, but also helps us develop a

good learning habit, which is of great importance during our whole life .In

other words, it is the first step to success.Still, everything has two sides.

Its weak points are very obvious. You see, there’re top students in a class,

where average students make up the majority. Then teachers’ orders or

suggestions are for the majority, not for top students. However, top students

always have their own study plans and prefer special homework, so orders usually

won’t take great effect on them.

Maybe you have thought out that teachers can give orders only to the

majority and set some freedom to top students. However, it’s impossible .For a

whole class, teachers couldn’t give order to part of the class, for the majority

would question why they needn’t do such work, but we need? It would be probable

that they think teachers treat them not equally, and will not obey teachers’

orders any more. This is a difficulty for teachers.It also has another

disadvantage——the communication problem .Since teachers are strict, we never

tell teachers our personal affairs or secrets. Mostly we just tell them to our

friends, but as students too, they couldn’t help to solve our problem, such as

puppy love, communication problems or study problems .Not being solved

completely, they always disturb us, influencing our daily life and study. I’m

sure that you think that making friends with teachers can solve the problem, and

you are eager to do so as well. But if we do so, new problems will come out .You

see, an adult couldnt control himself well at times, let alone us students.

However if teachers are our friends, I doubt whether their orders will take

effect any more .You see, have we ever treated our friends’ orders as orders? We

think they’re only jokes. This is another difficulty for teachers.Additionally,

our parents have the same problem. Yes, we need to be friends, but not complete

friends. We need to keep a certain distance, making us communicate well and

在我的班级客户像金东旭这样红领巾还有很多：聪明、漂亮的郭馨蔚，勤奋好学，样样都行，尤其是跳舞，经常拿大奖。还有一个无所不能的陈丁阁，不仅学习拔尖儿，还有很强的管理能力。把班级管理的井井有条;我的好朋友姜禹彤，别看她样子柔柔弱弱，却很有一股韧劲儿。每一次英语大赛，第一名就非她莫属……。

诗词文化及书画艺术乃中国传统优秀文化，其内涵丰富，意蕴厚重，千年的沉淀，铸就了中国诗词书画经典，积淀了中国传统文化的丰厚底蕴，是我国传统文化艺术宝库中一颗璀璨的明珠。中国古代的书画家在诗词文赋上都有自己的深度见解，“诗”“书”“画”三绝的很多，“四绝”(诗、书、画、印)也不少，所以其书画作品有画外之境。

秉承先贤遗风，弘扬传统文化。吟赏雅韵之妙，品味万物之灵。为了弘扬传统文化艺术的精髓，倡导“绘画要有意境，有诗情和神韵，更需画外功”的理念。由上海书画院和上海书画出版社、新闻晨报联合举办的海上风——“吟赏诗情·品味画意”以诗征画中国画展，现面向社会公开征稿。

三、作品征稿相关要求：

1、征稿范围：凡年满18岁本市及外省市书画家及具有专业水准的爱好者均可投稿。

2、作品要求：作品画心整体尺寸为：45cm×45cm斗方(包括以内)，45cm×98cm(横竖均可)，任选其一进行创作。

3、作品初评以照片形式收件，截止日期为2015年10月9日(以收件邮戳为准)，请使用挂号或快递，初评作品以10寸照片的形式，每人限以1件，照片背面请注明作者姓名、身份证号码、联系电话、地址、邮编、作品名称、作品尺寸、作品材质(纸本或绢本)、创作年份等信息，邮费由作者自行承担，初评作品照片一律不退。

四、入选及待遇：

1、本次展览对入选作品颁发证书、每位入选作者获赠画册2本。

2、本次展览将从参展入选作品中甄选优秀作品参加2016年“第五届全国九城艺术联展”。

3、本次展览由评委会从入选作品中评选一等奖1名(10000元)、二等奖2名(各8000元)、三等奖3名(各5000元)，获奖名单及作品在支持媒体中刊登。获奖者除颁发获奖证书外，并附收藏证书，作品将由上海书画院作为艺术文献永久收藏。

“海上风”组委会

中华文明五千年，而对人类产生重大影响的莫过于唐诗和宋词，它那短小精悍而又工整流畅的字句却蕴藏着丰富的情感、哲理和生活情趣，让人读后时而为作者的才华而拍案叫绝，时而为作者的悲惨遭遇而恸哭流涕，时而为作者豁达的胸襟所感动而无比欢畅。

诗词，就是这样引人入胜，就是这样让我情不自禁地喜欢上了它。

诗词给了我一片怡人舒心的风景。我时而陶醉于“清水出芙蓉，天然去雕饰”的纯净无瑕，时而陶醉于“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”的悠然算得，时而忘情于“漠漠水田飞白鹭”，时而又感动于“争渡，争渡，惊起一滩鸥鹭”的生活情趣之高雅。在这片纯洁、没有任何瑕疵的土地上，没有商人之间的勾心斗角，只有朋友之间的把酒言欢；没有官场的人心险恶，只有隐居山林的平凡生活。

在诗词的天空中，我们可以自由的飞翔，心情地欢唱，感受这片乐土带给我的和平宁静安详。

诗词给了我奔放豪迈的情怀和自信向上的态度。或许我一时吟唱“行路难，行路难”感叹世事的不平和生活的不幸，但我决不会失去继续生活的信心，我自信“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”，我自信“天生我材必有用，千金难买还复来”的生活信条，所以我时常惊异于李白那小小的身躯安能藏下那么多能量来抗争世道的不公，发出“安能摧眉折腰事权贵，使我不得开心颜”的慨叹；我又时常感慨于失意的东坡，这个才华横溢而又不得重用的词人却时常发出“大江东去浪淘尽”“寄蜉蝣于天地，渺沧海之一粟”“竹杖芒鞋轻胜马，谁怕？一蓑烟雨任平生”的豪言来抒发自己的志向。

我感叹于杜甫诗的悲天悯人、忧国忧民，李贺诗的诡异多变，李清照词的柔婉中不失豪放，辛弃疾词的豪迈奔放，陆游诗词的深切的报国情感……

这一切的一切，让我如痴如醉。用最小的篇幅抒发最强烈的情感，即使现代最高明的微型小说亦不能比。短小的诗词，让得到了坚忍顽强和自信积极向上的生活态度，让我得到了其中的大智慧、大道理，让我淡定从容的对待事务，让我不再忧郁，不现彷徨。

伟大的诗词，因为有你，天空不现阴暗。当乌云褪尽的时候，蓝天上灿烂的阳光会照亮大地，青草会更加鲜亮，花朵会蓬勃绽放，而我对人生路上的方向更加坚定。

暑假我参观了位于陕西临潼的世界第八大奇迹——秦始皇陵兵马俑。

我们随着参观的人群走进了皇陵大门，啊，这个博物馆好大呀!与很多间展厅。其中一座规模宏大的圆顶建筑最引人注目。我迫不及待地拉着妈妈走了进去，立刻被眼前的景象惊呆了，象一个足球场那么大的坑里站满了排的、整整齐齐的泥塑“武士”，一个一个跟真人一般大小，仿佛是一群生龙活虎的士兵，正站在那里列队操练。你看他们穿战袍，套铠甲，蹬战靴，有的象拿着长矛，有的象拿着利剑，有的象持着盾牌。我仔细看着这些“武士”，发现他们每个人的姿势、发型和表情全都不一样。有的圆睁双目，有的紧闭双唇，神态严肃，栩栩如生，好像是在等候与敌人决战。还有很多弓箭手，一手拉弓，一手搭箭，就等敌人一到他们万箭齐发。坑内还有很多骑士，他们牵着马，挎着刀，正准备上马出征。侧耳倾听，仿佛听到了金戈铁马的厮杀声……此时，我有一种说不出的激动，不由惊叹道：“太神奇了”。

听了讲解员的介绍，我知道“兵马俑”是古代君王——秦始皇的殉葬品。由工匠们用陶土做成战车、战马、士兵连同帝王一同埋入地下陪葬。经过几千年后，被人们发现。但是并没有我们现在看到的这么完整，而是由一片片破碎的瓦片精心修复后，才将一个个栩栩如生的兵马俑呈现在世人面前，向后人展示了秦帝国的强大和统一六国的雄心。

参观了“兵马俑”这一世界奇观后，我为我们中华民族的灿烂文明感到骄傲。

This is the second time for mr. brown to visit jinan. during his stay in

shandong, he will visit several schools. net week mr. brown will visit some

places. first, he will take a train to taian to climb mount tai. then he will go

to qufu by bus to visit the temple of confucius. after that, he will return to

jinan by bus. then he will fly to qingdao for a visit. there he will stay for

some days and give a talk on american english. at last he will take a plane to

go back to america from qingdao.

mr. brown comes to shandong for a visit to several schools. he is in jinan

now. this is the second time for him to come here. net week he will visit some

places. first, he wants to go to taian by train to climb mount tai. then he will

visit the temple of confucius in qufu. after he returns to jinan by bus, he will

fly to qingdao to stay there for some days. there he will give a talk on

american english. after the talk, he will fly back to america and end his visit

to china.
