My life is influenced by many people. But who is the most influential one? My answer is certainly to be “Ms He”.

In my family, there are only three people, my parents and I. because of my

我是一个容易受他人影响的人，期中考试成绩发挥失常，看着难堪的成绩，老师和同学对我感到失望。曾经，我被人们一直赞扬，如今他们失望的神色和言语影响到我，让我陷入了自我怀疑，幸亏那次秋游让我释怀。

我跟着规划好路线的同学玩了一个高空项目。我们穿好安全服，带上安全帽，一起上楼，扣好绳索，拉着绳索往前走。正当我准备踏上独木桥时，同行的同学转身就回到了安全平台上。我被吓了一跳，不由地害怕起来，走上去一步看到脚下湍急的水流又退了回来。那位同学在工作人员的帮助下解开绳索放弃了这次挑战。虽然她被工作人员说成了懦夫，但这丝毫没有激发她的斗志。我鼓起勇气，大跨一步，但她却在后面嘲笑我说：“你的腿抖得厉害，放弃算了。”我受到她言语的影响，退了回来，想同她一起回去不玩了。

那刻，我内心饱受煎熬，想到考试失利后老师和同学对我的失望，想到自己因此被称为懦夫，我该怎么办?心中的不甘和好强之心成为我前进与不放弃的动力。“我不想再让别人说懦夫，我要用自己的力量证明自己。”我心中怒吼着。我挣扎了5分钟后大步向前走出去，我眼中冒着火花，我已听不到同伴的叫声和脚下湍息的水流声，我一路向前，没有停下来。

终于到达终点，望着那被绳索勒红的手掌，我向着远处的山峰大笑起来，眼角有些湿润，但我知道那是喜悦的泪水。那勒红的手掌象征我的胜利和成长。回头瞥了一眼那个同学白皙的手掌，我心想：她估计这辈子也无法体会到我今天这种快乐吧!

我战胜了曾经的自己。现在，我已经不再惧怕他人的流言蜚语了，我选择相信自己，我成长了。

今后的漫漫人生路，我将坚定不移地走下去。
