Nowadays, there is a growing focus on health care. People are pursuing a

healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet is one of the most important parts of it. As

the saying goes, bread is the staff of life, eating healthily and deliciously is

the goal we pursue. From my point of view, in order to build healthy eating

habits, we should eat more vegetables and less fat and sugar. Vegetable is the

best source of s vitamin, because vegetables are rich in vitamins. Among them,

vitamin C and vitamin A are the most important. Too much fat and sugar can lead

to obesity, which is harmful to health. Besides, eating more fruits and drinking

Nowadays university graduates have different job outlooks. For most of them, to find a job with satisfactory pay is their most important wish while majority want to be self – employed. However, a certain number of graduates are not in a hurry to hunt for jobs. They are just waiting for better chances. Toward this point of view, some experts warn that it is not wise to be just waiting. 源，水之本也。文化是一个国家、一个民族的灵魂，而文物则是文化奠基和传承的最好载体，中华文明能绵延至今，是先民们在顺应自然、参悟天地之间，将自己对自然的所思所想凝结成一件件器物，又经无数代人的努力，得以流传至今。中华文化之“源”，不是单一的，是多源头的，有史前红山人的“玉龙”，是中华龙文化文明的源泉之一;有新石器时代良渚文化的“玉琮”，良渚人以玉为配饰，以显示尊贵和财富，而如今的中国人，也对玉情有独钟;而到了商周时期，商人于龟甲刻辞，不仅为后人研究商代的社会历史文化和语言文字提供了珍贵资料，同时也能让后人一睹早期汉字的风采;而秦始皇时期，统一文字、货币、度量衡，废分封、行郡县，建立中央集权、创建三公九卿，为后世建立大一统国家打下了坚实基础;汉朝罢黜百家、独尊儒术，使儒家学说成为中国封建正统思想，一直延续了两千多年，对后世中国政治、经济、文化产生了深远的影响。而正是这些“源”，才造就了如此璀璨绵长的中华文明，为中华文明之河奔流千载、绵延万方提供不竭动力。

流，集多源之水。现实和历史都表明，一个抛弃或背叛自己历史文化的民族，不仅不可能发展起来，而且很可能上演一幕幕历史悲剧。而中华民族就是一个善于将多样民族文化融合并传承的民族，在中华文明的历史长河中，各民族共同开疆扩土、共同书写历史、共同创造灿烂文化、共同培育伟大精神。我们有喜爱自然主义装饰的古滇族，有生活在甘、青、川的古老民族羌和氐，还有在大理国时代融合了佛教文化并尊“金翅鸟”为护卫神鸟的北方游牧民族。文明因交流而多彩，因互鉴而丰富。海上、陆上丝绸之路的畅通也为中华文明同外部文明的融合创造了良好条件，我们采用中东钴蓝釉料制作出青花瓷、用阿拉伯的“铜胎掐丝珐琅”工艺制作“香薰球”，用源于古印度的“本生故事”描绘莫高窟壁画《鹿王本生故事图》，同时我们又将我们瓷器、茶叶、丝绸等出口出去，在络绎不绝的交流中获得发展创新的契机与动力。

以中华文明之“汇”，感文化自信之包容。

汇，拢万流于一处，成百川之渊薮。我们今天所走的中国特色社会主义道路，是从中华民族5000多年悠久文明的传承中走出来的。求木之长者，必固其根本;欲流之远者，必浚其源泉’。中华优秀传统文化是中华民族的精神命脉，是涵养社会主义核心价值观的重要源泉，也是我们在世界文化激荡中站稳脚跟的坚实根基。”中华民族凭借着以和为贵、海纳百川的包容特质、天下一家的大国气度，汲百家之长，取万物之精华，将各族儿女紧密团结在一起，秉持着天下为公之胸怀，凝聚万众一心之伟力，共筑万里山河，共护江山万里。

去年夏天，蝉鸣聒躁，父母领着我至厦门游玩。行程过半，母亲提议去厦门边的小岛——鼓浪屿一日游。

由厦门鹭岛的渡轮码头乘游轮去鼓浪屿。游轮座无虚席，游客们迫切的神情似从眼眶中跃了出来，荡漾在暖热的海风中。解说员热情介召:鼓浪屿海浪击石，涛声如击鼓由此得名。

至岛上，人挤着人进大门，向右穿过排排高树踏在正路上，游人就像蒸发般散开，四周空旷。

环岛而行，路过几个不值得浪费时间的店铺便到了海边。道路与沙滩的界限似被橡皮抹去了，踩在细白的沙滩上，脚下松软一片。捧起被烈阳照得亮晶晶的砂子，观察细沙从指缝流走。浪花有节奏的拍打着沙滩，措不及防被海风拥了满怀，海风从蔚蓝海面出发，卷着咸味，扑向沙滩、绿树上。我感受风吹过发丝的清凉，冷冷的，退回几步又被阳光晒得燥热，道不明是冷是热。被风挑逗了，总觉得小岛真是可爱得紧。

买了收集印章的本子，每个店铺都有独一无二的样式，由此开启了集印章的“任务”。尝遍鼓浪屿精致小吃，喝了各家独酿的果茶，拉着父母穿过数条街，不知疲倦。红色的印章也在本子上多起来。看见一家“贝壳馆”，爬在玻璃上观察各式各样的贝壳。有些反射了阳光，辐射感迷人眼，心里总惦记这里印章得有多漂亮啊!参观结束，工作人员告知印章没墨。脸上的笑意飞走了，耷拉着脑袋离开。

“涛声如击鼓”击的正是日光岩，它是鼓浪屿的最高峰，也只有92.68米。可见鼓浪屿小巧精致，当之无愧。山下绿意正浓，向上望足见山势之挺拔。沐浴着阳光的照拂，登上步步石梯，沿着修理整齐的小路登近岩顶。路陡然变窄起来，窄得只够一人走过，两边架起抚手。“消失”的游客在此会聚，一个挤着一个攀上了岩顶。岩顶不大，光秃秃的。没有植被遮挡，烈日尽情在我身上洒落光辉，风早已吹不走热浪，留下的都是夏的气息。站在岩顶，足已纵观小岛全貌，海水紧紧裹住小岛，沙滩圈住小岛的绿意。葱茏的绿，整齐的房屋，细细的白，纯净的蓝，交错构成小岛全貌，充满了夏天的味道。

又坐渡轮返回，远离令人留恋的小岛，吹着海风。心中早已有台相机，拍下鼓浪屿的景色。

敦煌莫高窟具有洞窟735个，壁画4.5万平方米，泥质彩塑2415尊。为世界现存规模最大，内容最丰富的佛教艺术地。坐落于河西西端的敦煌，建于秦天王苻坚时期，经历了北，隋，唐，西夏，元朝等历代的扩大兴建，规模宏大。与山西大同云石窟，河南洛阳石窟，甘肃水麦积山石窟，合称中国四大石窟。

占地面积约是108个篮球场那么大，平均海拔约1334米。

内附有壁画，其中音乐主题的洞窟就有200多个，绘有多种乐器，绘有不同类型的乐队共500组，各类乐器40余种，共4500多件。壁画中也会有人物画，山水画，装饰画等多种图案，这些图案都展现了，近千年来中国古代音乐史发展变化，提供了珍贵的财物。其中一些洞窟，存了中国宋代以前即10世纪内容丰富的壁画，有些壁画都是世界各国博物馆藏品从未见过的。

1961年莫高窟被中华人民共和国国务院公布为第一批全国重点文物保护单位之一，1987年莫高窟被列为世界级文化遗产。

在敦煌莫高窟中较为著名的为莫高窟第96窟——九层楼。窟外的红色木构窟檐高达45米，靠山崖而建。从远处看，就像是一座雄伟的九层楼阁，俗称九层楼，他是莫高窟最大的建筑物，也是莫高窟的标志性建筑。第96窟那有一尊巨型弥勒佛像，高35.5米，是敦煌石窟中最大的佛像。在唐朝时称为“北大像”。

陈独秀生命里的那对悲情姐妹花

1897年8月，在安徽怀宁，一场门当户对的盛大婚礼正在举行，宾朋欢呼中，18岁的陈独秀和时任安徽统帅部副将高登科的女儿高大众三拜九叩成亲了。俗话说，女大三抱金砖，作为将门闺秀的高大众恰好比陈独秀大三岁，无论家世和相貌都无可挑剔，而少年得志的陈独秀也前程似锦。这是一段被格外看好的婚姻。

最初，年少夫妻倒也说得上琴瑟和鸣。十年间，高大众为高家添了三男两女。可随着时间的推移，他们的差距也越来越大。婚后，受近代西方思想文化的影响，在杭州求学的陈独秀进行反清宣传活动，因受通缉，最后逃亡日本。回国后，陈独秀就成了高大众眼中的“怪咖”，而在陈独秀眼里，妻子高大众也成了彻头彻尾的“古董”。自从母亲去世后，陈独秀就很少回家，为了自己的人生理想，他几乎放弃了平常人世的天伦之乐。聚少离多，再加上个性和才情的天渊之别，夫妻之间越发人疏情薄。

作为一个接受封建传统教育的妻子，高大众希望丈夫能安分守己，所以她对陈独秀的所作所为极为排斥，甚至加以阻拦。得不到理解和安慰的陈独秀，偶尔回来面对的也是无休止的唠叨和数落，这使得他更对这份包办的婚姻和旧式的妻子充满厌恶。于是，家庭失和，口舌之争在所难免。日复一日，家，再也不是让人栖息安生的场所，情，冷漠之后就成了禁锢自由的监牢。

就在他们的婚姻陷入僵局之际，一天，高家迎来了位意外之客——高大众同父异母的妹妹高君曼。高君曼本名小众，小姐姐10岁，从小接受新式教育，性格活泼，热情奔放。她在北京女子师范学校读书时，就对姐夫发表的作品尤其钟爱，带着仰慕和崇拜，她走进了陈独秀死水般的婚姻生活。

陈独秀原本对这些世俗的亲戚关系并不上心，但高君曼时尚的装扮、灿烂的笑容、新潮的思想和不凡的谈吐还是让他耳目一新。于是，高君曼借着各种机会与陈独秀单独接触，或促膝谈心，或小径漫步，在密集相处中，陈独秀被她新式女性的一切行为惊喜着。在高大众眼里，妹妹的到来也许能给这个家庭带来生机，她从不怀疑丈夫和妹妹的交往会出现任何问题。可感情是一把燎原的火，稍有风助，则不可遏制也难以浇熄。

一颗求教上进乃至产生爱慕的粉丝之心，一颗急于冲破藩篱寻找慰藉方向的自由之灵，在一来一往的碰撞中，探讨变成了约会，亲情转向了爱情，情感在一爱一慕中升华，日子在分分秒秒中难舍，等他们警觉到危险性时，彼此已泥足深陷，难以自拔。

面对接踵而至的风言风语和世俗家族的压力，思想前卫的高君曼毫不在意，而乐于打破束缚的陈独秀也不顾人言，非议反而让离经叛道的两个“忤逆者”抱得更紧。各种打压扼杀无效后，高调“自由恋爱”的他们被逐出家门。

1910年，怀着对爱情的向往，他们一同来到杭州，正式同居。彼时，陈独秀在杭州陆军小学任教，打扮入时的高君曼陪伴在侧，他们出访高朋，听琴作诗，“徜徉在湖山之间，相得甚欢”。

新欢良宵短，旧爱寂寞长。面对丈夫的背叛，妹妹的掠夺，在老家恪守妇道的高大众饱受锥心之痛但又无计可施，只能忍辱负重，如往常一样上孝公婆，下抚子女。她没有大吵大闹，更不想家丑外扬，只是整天悲郁哽咽，闭守房门。

1911年，武昌起义爆发，陈独秀被任命安徽省都督府秘书长，高君曼陪他重回安徽。很快，他们的女儿和儿子相继出生。1913年，二次革命失败后，陈独秀面对追捕不得不再一次逃离家乡。在辗转逃命的岁月里，高君曼不离不弃，饱经风霜，承担了全部家务和养育子女的重任。只是动荡的生活击垮了她的身体，她患上了肺结核，整日咳血不止。但她并不后悔，真正让她心寒齿冷的，则是陈独秀对家庭关系的偏执。

1915年，陈独秀在上海创办《新青年》，高大众所生的两个儿子前来谋生，作为姨母和继母，高君曼想把孩子们接到家中食宿，没料想陈独秀坚决不允，并骂她“妇人之仁”。见陈独秀如此不近人情，两人开始争吵，后来，竟然动了手。

因为长期生病，从1922年起，已转战北京的陈独秀开始对高君曼逐渐冷淡，并且外面盛传他另有红颜，心高气傲的高君曼怎受得了如此对待，心灰意冷之下于1925年带着儿女移居南京。自此离别，一南一北，他们再也没有相见。

1930年9月，高大众在老家走完此生的第55个春秋。高君曼带着两个孩子为姐姐奔丧，时光荏苒，二十多年过去了，但家族依旧对她鄙恨难泯。一年后，孤立无援的她旧病未愈又添新疾，最终病殒南京。

在陈独秀的一生里，一共有四段感情，高君曼离开后，他与一名女医生施芝英渐生情愫，并公开同居。晚年落魄之际，陪伴他走向生命终点的则是一位相差30岁的女士潘兰珍。1942年，陈独秀在重庆病逝，弥留之际他也许才终于明白夫妻间同甘共苦、永不言弃的意义。只是，面对陈独秀情感的过往，那一对风姿卓绝的高家姐妹花，虽然个性截然不同，但殒灭的悲惨命运又何其相似。
