2017年1月27日至2017年2月2日调休，放假7日。

1月27日(星期五，农历除夕)、1月28日(星期六，农历正月初一)、1月29日(星期日，农历正月初二)为法定节假日

2月3日(星期五)、2月4(星期六)日照常上班。

《劳动法》第四十四条规定， 有下列情形之一的，用人单位应当按照下列标准支付高于劳动者正常工作时间工资的工资报酬：

(一)安排劳动者延长工作时间的，支付不低于工资的百分之一百五十的工资报酬;

(二)休息日安排劳动者工作又不能安排补休的，支付不低于工资的百分之二百的工资报酬;

(三)法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于工资的百分之三百的工资报酬。因此，对于实行标准工时制的劳动者，如果在“春节”等法定节假日加班，加班费应当以不低于日工资基数的3倍支付加班工资，而在法定假日其他休息天加班应当以公休日加班的标准给予双倍支付工资。

日工资基数的计算方法为：月工资除以一个月计薪的天数，节假日调整后的月计薪天数一般为21.75天。以一个约定月薪为6000元的职工为例，他的日加班基数就是6000元除以21.75天即275.86元;如果企业安排他在法定假日加班，则应支付其不低于275.86元的3倍即827.58元的加班工资。

法定假日以外的休息天加班，单位首先应安排补休，否则须支付两倍的日工资基数。此外，对于经过劳动保障部门批准，可以在明确工作量的前提下自主安排工作、休息时间的“不定时工作制”岗位，用人单位可以不支付加班工资。春节长假即将到来，如果劳动者选择坚守岗位，加班工资该怎么算?

春节七天假中，初一、初二、初三为春节法定节假日，根据相关法规，用人单位在此期间安排劳动者加班的，应按照不低于劳动者本人日或小时工资的300%另行支付加班工资。其他的四天为调休放假，用人单位安排劳动者加班的，可以选择给劳动者安排补休而不支付加班工资，如果不给补休，则应当按照不低于劳动者本人日或小时工资的200%支付加班工资。

计算加班工资时，日工资按平均每月计薪天数21.75天折算，小时工资则在日工资的基础上再除以8小时。在确定加班工资的计算基数时，劳动合同对工资有明确约定的，按不低于劳动者所在岗位相对应的工资标准确定。劳动合同对工资没有明确约定的，按集体合同约定执行。用人单位与劳动者无任何约定的，按劳动者本人所在岗位正常出勤月工资收入的70%确定。此外，由于今年除夕并非法定节假日，当天加班不享受加班费。

2016年4月15日是《国家安全法》颁布实施以来的首个全民国家安全教育日。按照中、省、市、县相关会议及文件要求，现对我县教体系统开展首个“全民国家安全教育日”活动的有关事项通知如下。

一、指导思想

在首个“全民国家安全教育日”期间，要系统宣传总体国家安全观战略思想内容，彰显总体国家安全观对维护国家安全的重要指导意义，加大对《国家安全法》、《反间谍法》、《反恐怖主义法》等相关法律法规的普法宣传力度，在全县教体系统普及提升全民国家安全意识。

二、组织领导

各校(园)要高度重视首个“全民国家安全教育日”活动，强化领导，明确责任，切实做到主要领导亲自抓，分管领导具体抓，制定切实可行的活动方案，确保该活动取得实效。

三、活动要求

(一)开展普法知识宣讲活动。各校(园)要在首个“全民国家安全教育日”期间，进行普法知识宣传教育。通过教职工大会，学校周会，主题班会等时间节点组织学法活动，将《国家安全法》《反间谍法》《反恐怖主义法》等相关法律法规作为普法教育的重点内容。

(二)开展宣传教育活动。各校(园)要立足本校实际，以主题班会、专题讲座、知识竞赛、作文比赛等为载体，有针对性地开展一次“全民国家安全”主题教育。有条件的学校可以把该活动拓展为“全民国家安全教育周”“全民国家安全教育月”，实现教育常态化。

(三)开展全民国家安全体验活动。各校(园)可根据学校实际，组织师生观看国防影片，到红色基地缅怀先烈，开展反恐防暴应急演练等活动，提升维护国家安全的意识和能力。

(四)开展社会宣传活动。各校(园)要在校园内外通过悬挂横幅、标语、电子显示屏、发宣传单、播放广播、视频等不同形式加强“全民国家安全教育日”的社会宣传，同时要邀请新闻媒体对学校开展情况进行全方位的报道，提高社会影响力。

四、有关要求

各校(园)要完善工作措施，及时总结活动经验，并做好信息上报工作。2016年4月20日前，请各校(园)将活动情况总结以电子文档形式报县教体局安全办
