春节是我们中国最传统的节日。过春节之前，人们都喜欢将自己屋子打扫得干干净净，并在门上贴起“福”字，再挂上一幅对联，准备好美味佳肴，以慰劳自己一年来的辛苦；每个大街小巷，都张灯结彩，到处是红灯笼，中国节，真是一片热闹的、喜气洋洋的景象。

七、防止煤气中毒

煤气中毒通常指的是一氧化碳中毒，一氧化碳无色无味，比空气轻，易于燃烧，燃烧时为蓝色火焰。空气中一氧化碳含量如果达到0.04%-0.06%时，就可使人中毒。

(一)常见的煤气中毒原因

1、在密闭居室中使用煤炉取暖、做饭，由于通风不良，供氧不充分，可产生大量一氧化碳积蓄在室内。包括门窗紧闭，又无通风措施，未安装或不正确安装风斗，致使煤气大量溢出。

2、城市居民使用管道煤气，如果管道漏气，开关不紧，均可使煤气大量溢出，造成中毒。

3、使用燃气热水器，通风不良，洗浴时间过长时，可能中毒。

(二)、煤气中毒的现场急救原则 :

1、应尽快让患者离开中毒环境，并立即打开门窗，流通空气。给予中毒者充分的氧气。

2、患者应安静休息，避免活动后加重心肺负担及增加氧的消耗量。

3、神智不清的中毒患者必须尽快抬出中毒环境，在最短的时间内，检查病人呼吸、脉搏、血压情况，根据这些情况进行紧急处理。

4、中毒者呼吸心跳停止，立即进行人工呼吸和心脏按压。

5、呼叫120急救服务，急救医生到现场救治病人。

八、防踩踏

去集市、商场、旅馆、体育场、影院、歌舞厅等人员密集场所，要注意防止发生踩踏事故，一般情况下不要到上述人员密集场所玩耍、闲逛。确需去一些人员密集场所，要注意以下几点：

1、举止文明，上下楼时靠右边走，中间留出紧急通道，可以快走，不要跑。人多的时候不拥挤、不起哄、不制造紧张气氛。

2、到达人员较多的公共场所要先弄清安全通道出口和安全通道出口以外的安全场地用于紧急避险。遇到人多时，尽量避免到拥挤的人群中，不得已时，尽量走在人流的边缘。

3、发觉拥挤的人群向自己行走的方向来时，应立即避到一旁，不要慌乱，不要跑，避免摔倒。

4、顺着人流走，且不可逆着人流前进，否则，很容易被人流推到。

5、假如陷入拥挤的人流时，一定要先站稳，身体不要倾斜失去重心，即使鞋子被踩掉，也不要弯腰捡鞋子或系鞋带。有可能的话，可尽快抓住坚固的可靠的东西慢慢走动或停住，待人群过去后在迅速离开现场。

6、若自己不幸被人群拥倒后，要设法靠近墙角，身体蜷成球状(双手抱紧颈部，头和双腿尽量弯向胸部);努力保持清醒，张大嘴呼吸。

7、在人群中走动时，遇到楼梯或台阶时，尽量抓住扶手，防止摔倒。

8、在拥挤的人群中，要时刻保持警惕，当发现有人情绪不对，或人群开始骚动时，就要做好准备保护自己和他人。

9、在人群骚动时，脚下要注意些，千万不能被绊倒，避免自己成为拥挤踩踏事件的诱因。

10、当发现前面有人突然摔倒了，马上要停下脚步，同时要大声呼救，告知后面的人不要向前靠近。

11、当发生踩踏事故时，要及时拨打120、110、119等求救电话，有能力的要立即展开现场救护。

九、不要去结冰的河(湖)里溜冰，防止发生溺水事故

春节期间，由于天气寒冷，河(湖)面结冰，但是，在我们所在地区，很多河(湖)面的冰层厚度不足以承受人体重量，在冰面上溜冰时，很容易引起冰层破裂，发生溺水事故。另一方面，由于没有受过专业指导，溜冰时很容易滑到，造成骨折等安全事故，给本来应当愉快渡过的春节蒙上阴影。

2016年4月15日是《国家安全法》颁布实施以来的首个全民国家安全教育日。按照中、省、市、县相关会议及文件要求，现对我县教体系统开展首个“全民国家安全教育日”活动的有关事项通知如下。

一、指导思想

三、活动要求

(一)开展普法知识宣讲活动。各校(园)要在首个“全民国家安全教育日”期间，进行普法知识宣传教育。通过教职工大会，学校周会，主题班会等时间节点组织学法活动，将《国家安全法》《反间谍法》《反恐怖主义法》等相关法律法规作为普法教育的重点内容。

(二)开展宣传教育活动。各校(园)要立足本校实际，以主题班会、专题讲座、知识竞赛、作文比赛等为载体，有针对性地开展一次“全民国家安全”主题教育。有条件的学校可以把该活动拓展为“全民国家安全教育周”“全民国家安全教育月”，实现教育常态化。
