一、加强领导，落实责任

元月17日，召开了全县中小学幼儿园安全工作会议，与各学校签订《2013年度博爱县中小学幼儿园安全工作目标管理责任书》，校车所属幼儿园向教育局递交《2013年度博爱县校车安全管理目标责任保证书》，并督促各学校与不同层面的教师、学生、家长层层签订责任书。先后召开食品、校车、防溺水、冬季安全等校长安全专题动员、反馈、总结会议，进一步加强组织领导，专题部署学校安全工作，保证学校安全工作稳步推进。

二、全面排查，消除隐患
