三是管住“事”，统筹协调。社区协调辖区物业单位，对小区单元门、电梯间、公园设施设备等公共区域，垃圾桶、绿地、自行车库等重点区域，每日定时定点消毒并张贴消毒告示。社区配合卫生服务中心做好居家隔离观察人员的服务保障工作，由专人负责联系，每日对其身体情况进行回访并记录在册，提示其落实好居家隔离观察要求，帮其采购生活必须品，确保日常生活不受影响，同时协调物业对其居住外围环境进行重点消毒。
