With the improvement of living conditions, more and more people can live

longer. However, many old people always suffer from loneliness, which is one of

the major problems in today’s society. To make the old people live better, some

good advice must be followed. Firstly, the young should spare more time to talk

and communicate with their parents, so as to relieve their loneliness. Secondly,

the old ought to understand the work pressure and family burden of the young.

Furthermore, the society are supposed to organize more activities for the old,

I am in primary school now, and I like my campus so much. The first time I

walk in the school, I am attracted by its beautiful scenery. There are so many

green trees and colorful flowers around. The environment here is so lively. So

many students do the sports in the playground. The comfortable environment makes

me study in good mood.

The cold air has come for a while, I stayed at my house all the time, as

there was nothing for me go do, I watched the movies. When I saw the beach and

sun finally comes out, I decide to go out for a walk and take in the fresh air.

世上难事千千万，能骑自行车是好汉。骑自行车也许对我来说是世界上最难的事情吧!

初学自行车

还记得我5岁那年，爸爸总说：“都这么大了，还骑两边有助轮的自行车，太丢脸了!”我想了想，觉得也是挺丢脸的，所以我告诉爸爸，自己要学双轮自行车。

把轮子拆除后，我就开始学习了!

首先，我骑了上去，脚都没有开始蹬，就摔了下来。我反复尝试，终于能往前走一走了。我打算多练几次，可是总因为掌握不了平衡而摔下来。可是也因此，把自己摔出了血，我很沮丧，可我又那么向往和爸爸一起去深圳湾骑车!

第二天，我继续和爸爸练习。这次爸爸扶着自行车让我往前骑，这个办法真好!经过多次尝试，我惊喜地发现，我可以自己慢慢往前骑几十米，而且不会摔倒。可随之而来的新问题告诉我要继续练习。

对于我来说还不会转弯，但我想这应该不是什么大问题。我骑上车，慢悠悠地往前骑，然后打方向，车轮跟着往另一个方向转去，我成功转了一个弯。这让我信心倍增，开心地哼起了小曲。

在我多次练习后，终于，车速越来越快，还可以从容地转弯。只是偶尔会在转弯时没控制好平衡而摔倒。可这依然拦不住我快乐的心情，我感觉有一束花在我的心中绽放!

过了几天后，爸爸又让我出去练习。这次，我骑得很快了，也开始练习车子侧着转弯。我就像风一样骑着，风打在我脸上发出呼呼的声音。此时此刻我感受到无比的快乐，相信不久的将来，我会更熟练。

一个月后的某天。夜晚，我和爸爸来到了深圳湾公园，骑着心爱的自行车，听着虫儿的歌唱，感受海风的嬉戏……

There is nothing complicated about eating a proper diet. For good health,

eat a variety of foods. Do not eat the same foods day after day! Foods should be

selected everyday from each of basic four. They are the four groups of food

essential to proper nutrition: the milk group, meat group, vegetable-fruit

group, and bread- cereal group, Your body will then be supplied with all the

nutrients it requires; they are water, minerals, carbohydrate, fats and oils,

proteins, and vitamins. A persons diet is determined by his attitudes, likes

and dislikes. If you eat foods from each of the basic four groups each day, you

will have a balanced diet.

Since we went to school, we have been educated to be polite, no matter to

the young or old people. People follow the manner rules and have a nice

communication between each other, but some people ignore the rules and they

treat their rude behaviors as something cool. Today, people advocate the

individuality, so the young generation wants to do something different and catch

peoples attention. For example, they dont care other peoples feeling and

criticize others as they like, or just interrupt when other people is talking,

they just show what they want to say and they believe they are special and cool.

This is very rude behavior that they dont respect others and have the wrong

idea about individuality. We can do something special on the base of respect

others and follow the rules, or we are just the rude people.

这是书中最让我感动的一幕：十二月里天气越来越冷，楼道里也很冷，但是我每天都把板凳从自习室里搬出来，坐在楼道的走廊里，把电脑架腿上，一边计时连口语题，一边给自己录音。说一道录一道，录完以后认真听，不满意了就重录，每道题都是录到自己完全满意的地步才继续下一题。当时我一直在矫正牙齿，满嘴上下都戴着布满细铁丝的牙套。由于练口语的缘故，嘴唇和舌头总是被无数次划破，一被冷风吹就特别疼，吃饭的时候也很困难，经常饿肚子。

那晚考试后，可能是因为病好得不彻底，回家很快又感到不适，一量体温果然又发烧了，只好再次请了假。

时间不知不觉中流去，转眼一周又过去了。周六有补习班。那天，到了写作文时，不知为何，脑里一片空白，想写的东西写不出来，最后，写的也是一塌糊涂。

回家路上，我手里攥着作文，心里揣摩着近段时间发生的事情，开始反思这一切。一阵冷风吹过，大片大片树叶纷纷落下，发出“沙沙沙沙”的响声。我走着走着，仿佛明白了什么，人生就是一场缝缝补补。你曾欠下的，终有一天会让你补回去。倘若现在不努力，将来总有为难时，到那时，你需要补救的东西就多的多了。又为何不趁着美好的年华，补上自己的努力与付出呢?

学习，是人不可缺少的东西，不管你在哪，都会学习到一些东西，从书本上，可以拓展眼线，学习到自己不懂的很多知识。从人与人交往过程中学校怎么为人处事。从家人那学到关爱，从朋友那学到互帮互助。还有好多好多是我们学到的。

今天我要讲的是学习的乐趣，对于学习这件事，你如果没学进去，就会觉得很难很枯燥，但你一旦只要学进去了，你会感觉浑身被打通了，学完之后都会觉得自己很开心，那种把自己不会的弄懂，就感觉自己又多学了一点知识在脑海中的感觉真的很棒。

临近期末了，我是在前天才有有了真正学进东西，那种读书的感觉，前天的背书和昨天的默默写写还教同座，那种感觉真的很棒。
