为了健康饮食，我通常避免吃高脂肪食物，如薯条或饼干。我也吃很少的肉。我吃很多蔬菜和新鲜的水果，富含维生素。每天锻炼有助于我们强健体魄。经常锻炼是保持健康的重要组成部分，而且我认为朋友是健康的重要组成部分。许多研究表明，社会接触广泛的人比不喜欢的人生病少。当我和朋友在一起的时候，我总是感觉比独自一人好。当我和朋友在一起的时候，我总是笑。笑也是健康的重要组成部分。我喜欢和我的朋友一起笑。

A boy went to a shop and bought a pencil and other things. When he was going to pay the bill, he took out his wallet and found he had not enough money to pay. He felt awkward. At that moment, an old man who was in charge of the shop smiled and said to the boy that he could give the rest of the money next time. The boy was so shocked, as the old man trusted him so much. When the boy went home, he remembered it all the time. So the next morning, when he passed the shop, he gave the money without hesitation. Integrity is priceless and decides who we are.

孔子认为，君子有所为，有所不为，有所不为而后可以有为。在新的时代条件下，探索究竟是可为重要，还是有为重要，比可为和有为本身，更重要。

可为，意味着可以为。要有一颗敬畏之心。自由不是随心所欲，无论在任何时候，它都是有限制的，只有当规则能把自由约束在一定程度时，这个范围内才是我们可为的地方。只有在可为的基础上，才能有所作为，失去了可为的根基，无论多么有为，都只能是建立在浮云之上的。

忆昔日，秦二世赐死扶苏和蒙恬，不分忠奸，最终将秦帝国亲手毁在了自己的手里;反观唐太宗李世民，在登上权力巅峰后，没有对自己过去的仇敌魏征下手，创造了贞观之治，开启了唐朝的盛世，随后在武则天政启开元，唐玄宗李隆基开元盛世的多次努力下，终于将唐朝推上了比肩汉朝的盛世，成为农业文明的巅峰，使国富民强，万国来朝。试问，如果不是李世民选择了可为，放下了怨恨，唐朝要进入盛世，即使不说是不可能，是不是也要经历一番波折呢?

在可为的基础上，我们同样要开始建构大厦，做到人有所为。

人生既漫长，又短暂。在这条人生跑道上，只有用力跑，才能算是不辱使命，有所作为。道理我们都懂得，那么我们要如何才能有所作为呢?答案很简单，就是要抓住时机，不忘初心，牢记使命，坚定信念，相信自己一定可以成功。要相信自己有成功的可能性，然后再去创造机会，最终赢得成功。也许你起跑线比别人低，也许你不懂得社会运行的规则，也许你只是一个出身寒门的学子，这一切都没有关系，因为在这一条跑道上，每个人几乎每天都会有翻盘的机会，只是他们忽略了罢了。那些叫苦叫累的人，除了少部分在努力奔跑真的有点累以外，剩下的就是自己不想跑，却骗别人说前面没有路了。

所以，我们要明辨是非，对那些有上进心的、但是却力不从心的人给予必要的协助。当然，越是向前跑，我们会发现能够并肩同行的朋友、对手越来越少了，面对这种情况，不必恐慌，不必悲观，因为成功的路上从来都是宽敞的，而且越是往前走，你就越是会感觉道路的宽敞，在这条路上，如果你能够坚持到终点，哪怕你是走过去，你都远远甩别人九条街了。和你一起到的人无非就三种，一种是靠自己的努力拼命奔跑，或者寻找机会坐上便利车上来的;一种是先天就坐在飞机上的，另一种就是虽然不是很用力，虽然找不到机会，但是硬扛着走到了最后，也成功。这三种人，没有好坏之分，因为你们取得的成就是相同的，都是“有为”之人!

相反，如果我们在可为的时候选择了不为，我们就会走向失败。逆水行舟的，不仅仅是学习而已，生活也是如此，以至于人生、国运也是如此。翻开历史的书，清政府选择而闭关锁国，没有在该参与世界的时候主动融入，反而闭关锁国，最终英帝国的大炮轰开了腐朽的清政府的大门，才发现清朝已经远远落后于其他国家，但这个时候只能被迫融入，失去了主动权——在短短的时间内，清朝从一个庞大的帝国变成一个任列强宰割的弱国，这都是因为在可为的时候选择有为的原因啊!因此，我们不仅要在可为的基础上选择有为，还要不断创造可为的机会啊!

可为与有为，代表的是人生的失败与成功，国家的富强与穷弱。

可为可以是轰轰烈烈，也可以是平平淡淡。

雷锋自然不用多说，是全国人民学习的榜样，他虽然没有做出惊天动地之事，却坚守在平凡的岗位之上，在平凡中迸发出不平凡的伟大!

雷锋的身世非常可怜，在他年仅七岁的时候就失去了父母、哥哥和弟弟，成为了一个孤儿。幸好而后被亲戚拉扯长大。正因为他从小在苦难中长大，也知道苦难中的人民是多么的不容易，这也为他日后的所作所为奠定了基础。

在学生时代，雷锋也非常努力，小学毕业后就有了一个铁饭碗，在县委当公务员，之后便选择参军入伍。

有一次，雷锋遇到一位女士，她的车票和钱都不小心丢了，他就用自己的钱给这位女士买了回家的火车票。

还有一次雷锋车站的地下通道空间遇见一位行动不便的老婆婆，他二话不说，就将这位老婆婆背到了目的地，将她送上车了，并且还将自己买的面包送给老婆婆吃。

雷锋在当驾驶员的期间，不仅工作非常认真，而且非常热爱学习，他只要在车停着的期间，就会在驾驶室看书。

可是意外总是让人意想不到，雷锋在一次指挥倒车的时候，车子不小心撞到了电线杆，这根电线杆恰好砸到了雷锋，而后抢救无效死亡。

雷锋的所作所为是代表着无私奉献的伟大精神，是每一个人学习的楷模。

焦裕禄是兰考县的县委书记，当时兰考县的自然条件非常恶劣，经常发生盐碱、风沙、内涝，可就是面对这样恶劣的自然条件，焦裕禄和全县的人民共同艰苦奋斗。

可是，命运却和他开了一个天大的玩笑，在关键时刻焦裕禄患上了肝癌，病痛折磨的他生不如死，可即使如此，他每天还是坚持工作，最后不幸病逝。

钱学森想必大家都非常熟悉，是我国著名的科学家，是“两弹一星”获得者。

钱学森从小的学习成绩就非常优异，大学在当时著名的交通大学就读，毕业后去往了麻省理工学院继续进修，在28岁的时候就成为了世界上非常著名的空气动力学家。

后来钱学森遭到了拘留，可即使如此，也不能改变他回国的决心，回国后为我国做出了非常巨大的贡献，被誉为“中国导弹之父”和“中国航天之父”。

雷锋、焦裕禄、钱学森都是一个时代的代名词，更象征着一种民族精神，就是在这样千千万万的人的努力之下，祖国才会越来越繁荣昌盛!
