买一箱芒果，居然被整箱水果的三分之一的包装纸“揩油”，消费者不满，经营者却不屑。两个群体的不同表情和感受，却反映出市场两端不同主体的利益诉求该怎样正确表达，进而追问，“一半水果一半箱”的虚假之举，在市场发展的当下该如何破解?

一箱水果的重量，包括包装箱和水果本身的重量。倘若水果重量不变，还想多卖钱，最省事的途径，就是在包装上做手脚。多加些包装纸，把包装盒做大，这样，包装盒越大，或包装纸越多，整箱水果重量就多出来了，消费者就得按照水果本身的价钱掏腰包。

然而，事情或许并没有这样简单。倘若一两个经营者如此也就罢了。25斤水果9斤包装纸是普遍现象，一半水果一半箱也不稀奇，这或许更能反映出以虚假得利者众的事实，背后则是违法者难受惩处的事实，以至于成为一种行业的潜规则。这个潜规则，就围绕着卖家少付出、多收益展开。

缺斤短两不是一天两天的问题，暴露不讲诚信、违背市场经济的积弊。一箱被过分装了包装纸的水果，看似对消费者的影响小之又小，但推而广之，一个行业如此，还能希望有讲诚信的水果销售业吗?再推而广之，还能期待一个讲诚信的卖方市场吗?

市场经济向来视平等交易为圭臬，缺乏这个基础，缺斤短两的短视行为，终究会害了水果销售业。然而，我们不能等到水果销售业到了无人问津的时候再伸出援手。这些年来，假奶粉、名牌，还不足够唤起虚假交易对市场不信任的痛楚吗?

对一半水果一半箱的不诚信行为，还是需要从根子上祛除不当利益的欲望。实现这个愿望，只有两条再平常不过的路径，一个是不断深化的市场意识，用市场意识束缚不羁的欲望，另一个则是有法必依的法治秩序，让违法者感受到缺斤短两的痛才行。
