(二)注释详尽鲁迅先生自己说过：“我的文章，未有阅历的人实在不见得看得懂。”新版本全集对作品涉及的人物、社团、历史事件、书刊、典故、名物、引文引语出处，特殊的风俗现象都作了注释，共计23400条，187万字。这对更好地理解鲁迅的作品，扩大读者的知识面，大有帮助。

(三)校勘精确新版校勘认真、细致。鲁迅作品虽校勘多次，这一次的校改仍有一千余处。如鲁迅在“三一八惨案”发生后发表的《死地》一文中一段话，自《华盖集续编》初版起就作：“……几个论客，以为学生们本不应该自蹈死地。那就是中国人真将死无葬身之所。”新版本根据最初发表的报纸是：“……几个论客，以为学生们本不应该当自蹈死地、前去送死。倘若以为徒手请愿是送死，本国政府门前是死地，那就是中国人真将死无葬身之所。”加横线的句子自初版起就脱漏了。现在新版补了上去，显然句子更连贯，更完整，也更有力量。这样校改是很重要的，对于作品原意的理解有很大的帮助。

我来江西抚州，今年24岁，是黑龙江八一农垦大学计算机科学与技术专业本科的应届毕业生。品学兼优，刻苦耐劳，乐观开朗，喜欢各种体育运动和结交各类朋友;有良好的团队合作能力及一定的商务知识;有丰富的社会实践经验、销售经验及各种创业、兼职经验;有良好的创造力、学习力、应变能力及组织能力;有丰富的参加和组织大会、大赛的经验等 除了学习之外，我还积极参加各种社会实践活动。我曾担原校RDT英语协会的副会长，参加和组织过多次社团和院校的活动：如大庆市青年志愿者活动，社团英语角活动等。组织这些活动以及和活动中和成员的相处让我学到了很多东西，对培养自己的能力和人际关系的处理有很大的好处，为我更快的走向社会提供了良好的平台。同时我还是个非常自强自立之人。

此外，计算机和篮球是我业余最大的爱好，我计算机过了国家2级，除熟悉日常电脑操作和维护外，还自学了PHP程序设计等，并自己设计了个人主页。我是班级的篮球队主力，我觉的篮球不仅可以强身健体还可以培养一个人的团队精神。

回顾自己大学四年的工作学习生活，感触很深，但觉的收获还是颇丰的。掌握了专业知识，培养了自己各方面的能力，这些对今后的工作都将产生重要的帮助。除此之外，也看到我的一些缺点，如有时候做事情比较急于求成，在工作中实际经验不足等等。但“金无足赤，人无完人”每个人都不可避免的存在他的缺点，有缺点并不可怕，关键的是如何看待自己的缺点，只有正视它的存在，通过不断的努力学习才能改正自己的缺点。今后我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，刻苦学习，发扬优点，改正缺点，开拓前进。

这次我选择这个职位除了专业对口以外，我觉的我也十分喜欢这个职位，相信它能让我充分实现我的社会理想和体现自身的价值。我认为我有能力也有信心做好这份工作希望大家能够认可我,给我这个机会!
