我们这个地方元宵都会做两件事，第一，就是去娘婆庙烧香，目的是为了祈求保佑，希望来年事事顺利、心想事情、家人健康平安。第二件事呢!就是去偷青!今年的元宵，我两件事都不落下，朋友们说要开元宵晚会!首先我们先去田地里摘菜，这就是所谓的偷青、可想而知偷青中的青就是青菜了，无论是摘哪块田地的菜，我们都会放二毛、五毛的!人们摘的菜通常都少不了葱、蒜，它们的寓意是吃了聪明会算数!田地里有好多人，有些田主也在，他们不在家里和家人一起共享元宵之乐是担心我们摘到洒了农药的菜啊!我们摘了满满两大袋的菜，回到家里，接下来应该是把这些菜做成美味可口的佳肴了，可是我们这些女生都会做菜，最终我们打破了女入得厨房、男进不得厨房的常规，把这艰巨的任务交给了“猪脚”同志。我把今天下午准备的肉切好，“猪脚”说：“这肉怎么那么肥，还有这鸭肉怎么有股酸味”。这时我不禁想起了今天下午我和朋友去买菜的事，因为从没买过菜，来到市场，有一个肉店的老板拿着一块肉到我们面前说：“小妹买这块肉吧”。我不禁笑起来!朋友看到这肥肉果断的说了不要，朋友可不像我从没买过菜，不过在我不耐烦的催促下她买了这块肉肥肉。肉不好，也影响不了大厨“猪脚”的厨艺，菜还是一样的美味可口，大家都喝起啤酒，我从来没有喝过，原来是那么的苦啊!厨艺好并不代表牌技高，“猪脚”同志大输啊!输钱固然是不高兴，再加上猪脚的话多，整个晚会有了他才有了欢乐，郁闷才离我们而去。鸡叫了，大家也便各回各家了。

我的压力是补习回家后功课写不完，常常忙到三更半夜;爸爸的压力是会计工作做不完;妈妈的压力是因为他身为职业妇女，一只蜡烛两头烧，担心家庭跟工作没办法兼顾好，而姐姐的压力是近视的度数增加的非常快，很难控制。

压力不一定都是坏的，也有一些是好的。以我们班上的规定为例：不用功的学生没改完作业就不能下课，因为这个压力，让这些人伤透了脑筋，最后他们终于决定把作业改完，也获得真正的学习，不再找借口偷懒。所以压力常常会督促着我们勇往直前。

大大小小的压力存在我们的生活当中，我们应该适当的调适心情，把压力化为助力，这样才能让生活变得多采多姿。

去年3月日本地震海啸引发福岛第一核电站核泄漏事故后，在中国卷起一股抢盐风潮，超市、商场、批发市场食盐被抢购一空。

如此壮观的景象，在今天看来真是一场让人哭笑不得的闹剧。为何在受灾的日本，盐市风平浪静，而在几万之里以外的中国却卷起购盐旋风？

我想有一点是不可否认的，那就是我们不淡定了，我们缺乏一种风急心缓的品质。

所谓“风急心缓”，即在狂风暴雨之中依然保持内心的宁静与平缓。

事实告诉我们，少了它，我们只能闹笑话；有了它，我们才可称作“有素质”、“有品格”、“有修养”。

风急心缓者方能成大事，力挽狂澜。人民解放战争时期的毛泽东，面对******军队倾尽全力围剿延安之势，一不急，二不怯，让部分中央机关转移至西柏坡，而自己化装化名，率部分部队留在延安山区陪******军队玩“捉迷藏“，为大部队的部署、调整争取时间。据说在最危急的时候，毛泽东所在的解放军部队躲于坡后，人马皆用布封嘴，凝气屏息，而******精锐部队从跟前，双方相距不过百余米，竟没有察觉！试想，要是有任何一名战士因紧张慌乱发出一点动静，那么新中国的缔造者也许便不复存在了；要是毛泽东在大军压境之际，内心一急，冲动应战或是仓促而逃，那么中国人民也许至今还要受“三座大山”的压迫吧。

风急心缓者才有真境界，精神充实。一个内心虚空，没有心境的人，必定缺乏安全感；一个缺乏安全感的人必定畏此惧彼，患得患失。这样，当他听说“核污染”的时候，也就会不顾一切地在“核污染”影响到来之前买盐囤盐，以绝后患。而当我们真正说到“风急心缓”四字的时候，恐怕都会想到“老庄之道”或者陶渊明一类的隐士吧？不错的，隐士的心应是平静的，超脱世俗的，我绝不信他们来到今日也会跟风抢盐。然而他们的居住环境是出世的，他们面临的风雨或许比不上俗人那样的急吧。所以我认为风急心缓者更适用于那些俗世间的隐士，所谓“大隐隐于市”，说的就是这种境界吧。

“风急心缓”四字并非新词，自古便有人拥有它，并遵行它。对于今天的我们而言，风急心缓是需要向古人学习的。当然，更不可缺的是，我们必须让它在现实得以生长，而不仅仅是一颗“古风”的种子。

由于妈妈的脚扭伤了，我每天给妈妈做好吃的，还每天晚上给妈妈洗脚。我要做一个孝顺妈妈的好孩子。

在元宵节这一天全家人都聚在一起吃元宵、看花灯、放烟花、看元宵晚会……

在元宵节这一天吃元宵是中国的传统，代表全家人团团圆圆，全家人聚在一起吃元宵，那气氛是热闹而欢乐的。看，奶奶的脸上堆满了笑容，无比开心;爸爸和老叔推杯换盏，喝的兴致正浓;小妹高兴地不知所措;妈妈和老婶也忘记了做饭的疲劳，沉浸在了欢乐之中;我也望着一家人那兴奋、欢乐的表情，我也笑了。

在元宵节的夜晚，人们吃完饭，纷纷都出来看花灯、放烟花、炮竹、一起赏月，在大街上人非常的多，人上人海的。在大街小巷上，满是花灯，各种各样的灯聚在一起五彩缤纷的。在看灯是，又有许多人在前照相，留下了纪念，把一盏盏花灯耳朵特点留在了自己的照片中。

再仰天一看，天上满是烟花，各式各样、五彩缤纷的，有五颜六色合在一起的，还有紫色的、蓝色的、黄色的、红色的、绿色的……多种多样的烟花，有些人出来再远处看烟花是非常漂亮、美丽的，如果在近处看烟花又会有你不一样的景象，是非常壮观的，非常完美的。还有一些在放烟花的，“轰隆”一声一个五彩缤纷的烟花飞上了天空，“扑通”一下开了花，好像一朵花迅速地盛开，又迅速地凋谢一般。在大街上，还有许多商贩在卖东西，有卖烟花、爆竹的;有卖糖葫芦、烧烤的;还有卖各种款式灯笼的，琳琅满目令人目不暇接。人们都聚在一起，脸上都绽放着笑容。

看完灯之后，人们都回家了。在家里看元宵晚会，全家人坐在一起看晚会，一家人子啊一起讨论着哪个节目好，哪个节目不好，还在一起聊天，有愉快地不愉快地，全都说出来，其乐融融。

元宵节之夜是那么地美好，那么地愉快，那么地其乐融融，全家人在一起团团圆圆地都快乐啊!
