我觉得，首先，应改变用成人的思维定势来评判孩子作文的观念。比方说，赞扬或是批评孩子的作文，我们总是习惯于套用评论成人文章的一些“作文规则”，从内容到形式，诸如主题是否突出，思想是否鲜明，结构是否完整等等，完全不顾我们的评判对象只是一些天真烂漫的儿童——他们正处于尝试着把自己眼中的世界描述出来的语言文字组织、表达的初级阶段。在这一阶段，他们常常会在笔下表现出某些不合“规范”的童趣盎然，甚至是令成人欣羡不已的奇思妙想。然而，不少家长、老师却根据通行的“作文规则”而无视这一点。尤为令人担忧的是，我们自己遵循的这一套僵硬呆板的作文教条，通过大人们（家长、老师乃至一些作文竞赛“评委”）的言传身教，正潜移默化地影响着孩子们的撰文思路，逐渐窒息他们本来童趣盎然的作文个性。女作家斯妤曾发表过一篇文章就很能说明问题。她在文中对儿子小学四年级时写的一篇题为“自述”的作文十分欣赏，因为儿子在其中流露出令成人自叹弗如的丰富想象力，她对儿子说这篇作文能得“优”。不料，写下如此浪漫、生动的“自述”的儿子却不以为然。他甚至不想拿它当暑假的作文交上去，而宁愿另写一篇。他头头是道地对母亲说，这样的作文主题不够突出，思想不够鲜明，结构不够完整……这样的作文不可能得高分。一个不过十岁左右的儿童，竟然如此谙熟符合成人思维定势的“作文规则”，这究竟是谁之过？

如今，中小学的作文训练形式，大都采用统一型的“命题作文”或者所谓的“按图作文”，即每次只有一个题目或一幅图示，学生别无其他选择。记得有一年寒假，有个从一年级起就有作文习作在报刊上发表、曾自诩从不怕写作文的孩子，竟然呆呆地面对规定完成的寒假作文题一筹莫展。原来，作文题目是：“七嘴八舌话创新”。我觉得，对于一个刚满9岁的儿童而言，如此论说文的题目显然并不合适，难怪他不知从何下笔。

我认为，中小学生的作文命题，应适当分些档次；小学中、高年级的作文命题，也应各有侧重：三四年级的作文，以“自说自话”、叙述与己有关的事物为主，一般命题的范围应宽泛些，如“我的……”、“我看到了……”、“我想当……”、“我学做……”，让孩子自己有“填空”的选择余地。高年级的作文，则以记叙、描述人物、事件、环境和活动等为主，命题的范围可相对集中些，如“我和我的亲人（父、母……）”、“我的老师印象记”、“我在同学们中间”、“记一次……（活动）”等，但仍应适当给学生保留一点选择的权利。有条件的话，甚至可以出两个以上的作文题，让学生任意选择其一。让学生由被动接受转为自主择题，有自由发挥的空间。

我以为，僵硬呆板的“作文教学”如不引起足够的重视和得到大力改进的话，我们将难以见到孩子们童趣盎然、生动活泼的作文佳作；说得再严重一点，甚至会窒息整个中华民族下一代的文学创造力。为了让每个孩子的写作才华能得到充分发挥，请尊重孩子的个性！

im outgoing and open-minded. in my spare time, i have broad interests. such as reading, surfing the internet, listening to music and even chatting with foreign friends online if possible. i like children very much. i think children are active, innocent and pure. with them, i feel very relaxed, plesant and younger. therefore, i learned a lot from my one year working experence.

teaching children english is very interested but it is also challeging. because children are always active, even sometimes very naughty. so teachers need a lot of patience to deal with children. the most important that i have learned from my one year teacing experence is that a teacher should have the kind of听the mind that always wants to go on learning. teaching is a job at which one will never be perfet. if i have the chance, i will try my best to be a good primary english teacher.

Datong is a city with a long history. As early as Palaeolithic age, there were ancient people living in this area. During the Warring States Period (476 BC - 221 BC), Datong region belonged to the Yanmen County of Zhao Kingdom. After Qin (221BC - 206 BC) unified the whole of China, the Great Wall was built west of Datong City. Datong got the name Pingcheng County that means peaceful city in Chinese because of years of harsh battle with the Hun. During the Northern and Southern Dynasties (420-589), Pingcheng was settled as the capital of Northern Wei Kingdom for 96 years and became ruinds at the year 526. After a long term of recovering, it became an important strategic county during Sui (581-618), Tang (618-907) and Five Dynasties (907-979). Liao Dynasty (916-1125) made Datong the auxiliary capital in 1044 and Jin (Kin) (1115-1234) retained it as a big city comprised of seven counties and three towns. During the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368), Datong belonged to Zhongshu Province and had become a ’grandiose and beautiful city’ according to the description of the Italian traveler Marco Polo. In Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), Datong belonged to Shanxi Province and became Datong County during the domination of Republic of China. Datong was invaded by Japanese army in 1937 and became the capital of the so-called Northern Shanxi Self-Government. Finally in 1949, Datong was peacefully liberated.
