We have been told that mever put lff untill tomorrow what you can do today since childhood. However, there are still many people who like putting offthc things thcv should do today until tomorrow. For cxample, one Sunday I felt so tired after having a football match that I did not finish my homework even at night. 我们随时要说话，而话语就是语文的基本标志;我们天天要写字，而文字又是语文的最小单位。由此可见，只要我们认真说好每一句话，再把说好的话用文字表现出来，我们就会成为语文的好朋友。

生活处处有语文，只是需要用感官去扑捉，用心灵去体会，做到了这一点，学好语文，用好语文，也就不是一件难事了。

每个人都有自己的兴趣爱好，我也不例外。

我喜欢弹钢琴，打篮球，击剑等，当然我最喜欢的还是击剑和篮球。

最开始，我去学击剑时，总有些人会嘲笑我，但是我把这些当成促进我的动力，大约学了一年左右，我上了中级重剑班，参加过大大小小的比赛，每个周末必须去一次，我相信做人做事一定要持之以恒，因此我又续了两年的班。

上天不会不眷顾有心人，在我这样的努力下，这不，机会就来了，这周五，击剑教练给了我一张报名表，不看不知道，一看吓一跳，这竟是击剑比赛的报名表!这意味着今年十二月四日我将为了学校的荣誉而战!

从今天开始，我次去击剑班时总是拼命练习，像一台机器一般，不停的操练着，好像不把我衣服挤出水来不甘心似的。

击剑给我带来巨大的舞台，班队课上我可以做击剑的ppt，并戴上剑，将快乐分享给更多的同学。

我从来都没有吧击剑当儿戏，我认为它是一项高雅的运动，也锻炼了身体的反应能力，所以每次实战课我都会把它当比赛一样来对待。

我也喜欢打篮球，我们班有一个球队，我是其中的一员，中午吃完饭，体育课的自由活动，傍晚放学我们都不知疲倦地打着篮球，我的手臂力量较弱因而每每投三分球时，进篮框的可能性都不大，所以在暑假期间，我几乎天天都在练习篮球，两个月下来，我已经可以提起十五公斤的哑铃了，投三分球对于我来说也显得游刃有余了。

投球问题虽然是解决了，但带球突破投篮做得还不是特别好，所以一般有空时我都会看一遍美国职业篮球联赛的比赛。

篮球用来锻炼我的手臂力量和信心，击剑则是锻炼我的灵敏度和专注度，两者合二为一，练什么都不在话下，最重要的还是我坚持不懈的练习。

当我们有自己的兴趣爱好时，不要因为一时的枯燥乏味而放弃，既然开始了，那么就持之以恒，尽自己最大的努力，相信自己，告诉自己“Trymybest!”这样我们才会有所进步，有所领悟。

My Dream School

I always feel tired after eight classes a day, so my dream school starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. There are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. We can choose our favorite lessons to learn.

We can spend more time doing some outside reading. The students do after-school activities for one and a half hours every day. We needn’t do a lot of homework. We are all happy to stay at school.

Besides that, my dream school looks like a big garden. There are many kinds of flowers around the modern buildings. Sweet perfumes are diffused all around. If I want to have a rest, I can lie on the grass, listen to music by the lake or look out at the flowers from the classroom windows.

I love my dream school. We will grow up to be happier there.

人体有着90%以上的水，因此水是必不可少的。也不是什么水都能喝，许多水都是对人体有害的。

生水及未处理过的水，这种水常含有各种各样的细菌、病毒和寄生虫。喝了生水，很容易引起疾病和寄生虫感染。况且如今工厂、生活废水、农药残余等污染严重，喝生水引起疾病更是高频率。

死水，也就是长时间不动的水，常饮这种水，对未成年人来说，会使细胞新陈代谢明显减慢，影响生长发育;中老年人则会加速衰老;老化水及死水中的有毒物质，也会随着水贮存时间增加而增加。

沸腾时间长和反复煮沸的水也不能喝。这种水因煮过久，水中不发挥性(重金属)含量高。久饮这种水，会干扰人的消化功能，造成昏迷，甚至死亡。

蒸馏水是实验室用的水。这是普通水蒸发后的水蒸气在空气中出现“液化”而形成的一种干净、无任何杂质的水。常饮这种水，会导致机体严重缺乏各物质，疾病便闻风而来。

不开的水也不能喝，人们饮用的自来水，虽然经消毒灭菌处理过。但是，终有生命顽强，漏网之鱼的细菌未被消灭，而低温无法杀死这些“佼佼者”。而这些细菌，有害物质大都有致癌作用。那么，怎样净化水?

其实很简单，化学实验中的过滤法既简单方便又实用。面对浑浊的水，要将其净化，可以先沉淀(也可直接过滤)，然后只取上部分水，用一根小棒引流，在三层滤纸上过滤。这样，不溶物质便留在了滤纸上，为了使水更加洁净，可以在其它干净滤纸进行多次过滤，最后，再加热使水沸腾杀菌。这样，便得到了一杯较干净的水。

在生活中，人们也“依样画葫芦”，在水质差的地方，往往制造了各种大同大异的“净水器。”在水龙头口包裹几层纱布便是最原始的方法。

我相信将来的新兴产业肯定有净水处理器，未来的水也会越来越安全。
