从小胸无大志，求学之路颇费周折，学业时好时坏，后来成了一名教师，明白为人处世之难，渐知人生之艰辛，偶然间产生考研的念头，托本命年之福，本人幸运地考上了福师大研究生，回首往事感慨颇多，写下这篇文章，与立志考研的同志们共勉，[考研征文]山边人的无悔选择。

1999年夏季，本人从师专毕业，成了一名初级中学的地理教师。刚毕业时满腔热情，把心思全放在工作上，买了很多的的教学参考书，态度极为认真，立志要在平凡的岗位上贡献自已的力量。在那个时候，自已头脑里只有一个信念：认真教学，成为学生尊敬的老师，而且相信自已做得到。只是后来的困难比我想象的大得多。

在初级中学，地理被称为“副科”，尤其在农村，根本不受重视。许多学生对地理无所谓，上课时不带课本或违反课堂纪律是常有的事，大大增加了教学难度。更让人寒心的是，由于学生的不重视，造成课堂纪律要维持得很好几乎是不可能的，因而教地理的老师往往给人以课堂组织能力差的感觉。那时候，每每想起这些事情，就觉得自已有些可悲。

随着同事之间的关系逐渐熟悉，我的心态也逐渐的改变，依然很认真地教地理，同时也不很在意别人对我的评价了，“走自已的路，让别人说去吧”。

后来听说可以报考函授本科了，于是很认真地读了两个月，于2001年8月考上福建教育学院函授班，当时在两个班级里，我的入学成绩是最好的，经验故事《[考研征文]山边人的无悔选择》。记得拿到入学通知书时，自已还在校门口怒吼了几句，表示高兴。

想考研完全是由于一次偶然的机会。记得有一次在福州读函授期间，在一家书店里看到一些考研的辅导书，那时也只是好奇，就顺便买了两本，心想有空就看一看，说不定看得懂呢。其中有一本是英语，后来随便翻一翻时，我发现自已的英语水平简直毫无作用，于是自已下决心先攻克英语。2002年6月英语四级考试以62分涉险通过，本来想12月再过六级，但因准备不足，没有报考。2003年6月英语六级考试以67.5分顺利通过。读英语我用了一年半的时间，但我并不后悔，这也为我以后真正考研树立了极大的信心。

2003年10月，我第一次报考研究生考试，但由于只有公共课的教材，没有专业课的教材，在12月底的考试中，专业课的成绩极其糟糕。在总分500分的情况下，只考了259分。这个结果给了我比较大的打击，当时的确是心灰意冷。与此同时，我校另一位女同志在这次考研中以优异的成绩考上福建师大，这件事给我的触动很大。

很多人说，一旦走上考研这条路，就等于走上一条不归路，不能回头。经历了第一次的失败后，我有针对性地采取了一些步骤。首先是托人弄来了专业教材，并加强对专业课的复习，其次是对政治采取反复巩固的办法，一忘记就拿起再看，最后适当减少英语的复习时间，因为英语的基础还算可以了。在这段极其艰苦的一年里，我成了一个读书狂，白天要上课，夜里要复习到十一点以后，做到教学复习两不误。同时，由于我还是一个班级的班主任，许多事情需要处理，这时就更要注意合理安排自已的复习时间。2004年7月，本人从福建教育学院函授本科毕业了。

2004年10月，我第二次报考福师大研究生，由于在此之前已报学士学位考试，我不得不同时应付这两次考试，当然重点放在考研上。2005年1月9日顺利通过了学士学位考试。2005年1月20日，全国研究生考试正式开始了。第一科是政治，比往年容易，发挥十分正常。第二科是英语，由于英语的题型较去年有较大的变化，把听力放在复试中进行，但初试却增加了一篇阅读和一篇小作文，题型变化和我预料的不同，心理有些紧张，但还是熬过去了。第三科专业课也还算顺利。但第四科专业课的题目却出乎自已的意料，题目的量不多，但每道题分值都在10分—30分左右，更不利的是有些题目好像教材中没有！在无奈之下，只好苦思冥想，努力把自已掌握的知识拼凑到考卷上，最后总算把题目艰难地、没有把握地完成了。

一个月后，考试结果出来了，总分341分。再后来，在4月底参加了复试，六月份接到了录取通知书，我终于成功了。

当再回顾这段艰辛的历程，我想最大的体会就是：怕苦就不要考研，要考研就要对自已有信心。欣悉我的一些同事也想去试试考研，在这里也祝他们以恒心、平常心对待，并取得成功。
