My Naughty Cousin

I have a cousin, she was eight years old this year. She studies in grade

one.

Her character like a boy, she has thick eyebrows and bid eyes, she was

particurlarly active and naughty. she and my cousin had a full head big sweat

Nowadays, some western holidays like Christmas Eve and Valentine’s Day have become so popular with Chinese people that they have been a part of some people’s life. On the contrary, some traditional Chinese festivals gradually are ignored by more and more people, especially young people. However, to our delight, some social groups have appealed to common people for more attention to our own national culture.

Although a few people once advocated that traditional festivals like the Spring Festival should be discarded because they have become obstacles to social progress. It can not be accepted and supported by the majority of Chinese people in reality. 今天，是见实习的最后一天了。

整个见实习过程中有收获、但也必有疑惑，目前这两点问题一直困扰着我：

（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。
