“未出茅庐，已知天下三分。”毫无疑问，这是对诸葛亮才华的侧面概括。集超人智慧与谋略于一身的诸葛亮，被善于招揽人才的刘备重用，蜀国在诸葛亮的全力以赴下，终成就了大业。

我喜欢诸葛亮遇事镇定自若，深谋远虑。在“空城计”中，智慧的他毫不畏惧司马懿的逼迫，从容布置，从而使对方退兵，西城得以转危为安。我喜欢诸葛亮的神机妙算，料事如神。在“草船借箭”中，妒贤嫉能的周瑜设计陷害诸葛亮，而诸葛亮将计就计，趁大雾天扎草人攻打曹营，从而借来十万支箭，为赤壁之战准备了足够的箭支，也保全了自己。我还喜欢诸葛亮的智勇超群与忠贞不渝。诸葛亮为了求得南方的长治久安，听从马谡的建议，采用“攻心为上”的计谋，在与孟获的战斗中七擒七纵，最后使孟获心悦诚服地归顺了刘备，成为蜀汉南方的屏障这些世人耳熟能详的故事无不闪耀着诸葛亮知识与智慧的光芒。

我喜欢诸葛亮一生淡泊名利、志存高远的品质。他是一个“滴水之恩，必将涌泉相报”的人。他的一片丹心以求报答刘备的知遇之恩。因为受到刘备三顾茅庐之恩，诸葛亮只求安心生活，“苟全性命于乱世，不求闻达于诸侯。”因为受到刘备三顾茅庐之恩，白帝城托孤之重任，为了汉室之兴竭忠尽智，至死不渝，他是真正做到了“鞠躬尽瘁、死而后已”。他为了江山社稷，忠贞不二，呕心沥血，直到临死之前，还念念不忘江山社稷大业，为的就是报先帝的知遇之恩，实在可歌可泣！

“三顾频烦天下计，两朝开济老臣心。”这是后人对诸葛亮的评价，可以看出诸葛亮的鞠躬尽瘁。诸葛亮的性格品质至今还广为后人流传。《三国演义》同时也塑造了很多不同性格的英雄人物，它现在已经成了家喻户晓、妇孺皆知的读物了。

访先人之遗迹，发圣贤之古情。千百年来，诸葛亮成为东方智慧的化身，也是忠诚、廉洁、正直的榜样，很多历史典故都出自诸葛亮，“三顾茅庐”，“舌战群儒”，“火烧赤壁”，“三气周瑜”、“六出祁山”，“白帝托孤”，“呕心沥血”、“七纵七擒”，“空城退雄兵，死诸葛吓走活仲达”等等。不仅如此，后世留下了许多与诸葛亮有关的谚语、俗语或歇后语。如“三个臭皮匠，顶一个诸葛亮。”“万事俱备，只欠东风。”“既生瑜，何生亮！”“诸葛亮借箭——有去无还。”等等的这些谚语、俗语、歇后语不计其数。其传奇般故事为世人千古传诵，数不胜数。

诸葛亮，灵与肉虽然已经化作清风明月，但他的精神品质却在历史的天幕上镶嵌起耀眼的恒星，为世人永远展现出他那圣洁的光辉！

渡边彻

故事的男主角。在神户高中毕业后，到东京的私立大学升学，于文学部专攻戏剧。喜欢喝威士忌、白兰地、爱看书、和女人厮混。不喜欢与人有深入接触，除了直子。

小林绿子

和渡边彻同上《戏剧史II》课，大学一年级女生。自家在东京内的大冢经营小林书店。乐观、开朗型少女，十分情绪化、喜欢跟人赌气和爱撒娇。母亲因脑肿瘤去世，父亲也因此病逝世。会做关西风味的菜式，有抽烟的习惯。

直子

和木月自小相识的女性朋友，后来成为木月的情人。高中毕业后到东京的大学升学，其后在火车上遇到渡边彻。遇到渡边彻的半年后，进了京都一间名为“阿美寮”的疗养院，是集体治疗精神病患者的设施。“1970年夏天自杀。

石田玲子

是直子在阿美寮的女室友，身上有着许多皱纹。在渡边彻探望直子时，当观察者。自小立志当职业钢琴家，但因精神病而被迫放弃，后来和跟她学钢琴的男生结婚，但后来被一位跟她学钢琴的十三岁女同性恋者令她被人误会是同性恋者引起邻居非议，最后和丈夫离婚。喜爱抽烟、会弹吉他。
