My son Joey was born with club feet. The doctors assured us that with treatment he would be able to walk normally — but would never run very well. The first three years of his life were spent in surgery, casts and braces. By the time he was eight, you wouldnt know he had a problem when you saw him walk .

In this fast-paced modern society, life can be sometimes very stressful. One may get overwhelmed by whats going on. There may be a feeling of helplessness and the worlds spinning out of control. Its easy to lose hope. However, hope is something can be created with an optimistic state of mind.Optimism helps to increase hope for several reasons. To begin with, hope is something appears from our inside world. All of us have capacity to generate hope. This capacity is closely related to optimism.
