孩子太小，好多事情都需要家长的督促和帮助，所以，放假前我想请你们帮孩子制定好一个较为合理、完善的寒假计划，过一个有意义的寒假。在此，我提几点我的想法，供各位家长参考：

一、和孩子一起制定寒假计划

寒假期间孩子们的时间相对多了起来，怎样安排寒假生活?怎样规律作息时间?怎样让孩子在寒假期间不虚度光阴并有所收获?这些都是我们要关注的问题。较好的方法是在寒假的第一天，父母就和孩子一块制定一份假期计划，在这份计划中既有充分锻炼、休息、娱乐的时间，又要有完成作业的时间和对没有掌握的知识进行查漏补缺的时间，既要有干家务的时间，还要有做自己想做的事儿的时间。一天24小时，哪一段做什么都要心中有数，然后督促孩子按照计划执行。引导孩子调整好自己的生物钟，将学习的兴奋点调至白天。充分利用时间，过一个快乐充实的寒假。

二、督促孩子坚持锻炼

假期里，千万不能整天对着电视。看电视是可以的，但要有选择，每天最多看一个小时，半个小时要休息一次。我可不希望开学时我们班又有了“小近视”!老师建议，每天坚持做运动：跑步、跳绳、踢毽子、打球等等运动都很好，既可强身健体，又可避免孩子沉迷网络和电视。尤其是体育检测还不合格的小朋友，更要利用寒假时间好好加油了哦!

三、督促孩子做好作业

我们布置的寒假作业每天要安排好做的时间和做的量。注意哦!“提笔即是练字时”，书写用心了，态度自然才能端正，书写才能正确。尽可能做到每天清查孩子的作业。您的认真检查会让孩子在完成作业时更加认真不敢马虎。一个学期已经结束了，孩子的《素质报告单》第一学期的内容也应该更完善一点，您还可以跟孩子一起在上面写写这个学期的收获哦。

除此之外，更应做好以下四项作业：

1、练字。

每天10-15分钟，不在于多而在于精练,重在纠正握笔姿势和坐姿(可以自买字帖)

2、读课外书。

这学期，孩子们已经阅读了一些课外书，也请家长引导孩子再读读其他好书。推荐了15本书，请各位家长和孩子们一起选择至少3本进行阅读，并保证平均每天30分钟的读书时间。读完后要把所读的书名写在下发的1月、2月读书卡上。开学我们还要评比“阅读之星”哦。

3、背诵古诗。

下学期我们就要进行古诗考级啦!还要评比“古诗文诵读小能手”哦!所以假期里把下发的古诗读一读背一背哦!至少背诵10首。背诵时要求孩子做到响亮、自然、有感情。还要让孩子敢于在家人面前进行朗诵表演，以增强孩子的自信心。

4、写日记。(篇数自定)

建议多练笔，因为这样既可以为童年留下珍贵的回忆，又可以练字以及提升写作水平，一举多得。家长可以为孩子准备一本日记本，再引导孩子注意观察生活，并激励孩子把每天的发生的事简单地记录下来，不会写的字可以用拼音代替。也可以由家长上传到自己的博客或班级博客上。

四、培养和孩子的感情

假期里，我们有更多的时间陪伴孩子，这正是跟孩子培养感情、亲子沟通的好时光，千万不能把时间用在耗时的玩乐上，自己没收获没关系，给孩子做了坏榜样，那就太得不偿失了。所以，无论何时，我们都要注意自己的言行，记住——身教重于言教!

建议：

1、趁着春节，抽空带孩子一起为祖辈做一件事，尽一回孝您如何对待您的父母公婆，孩子将来长大也会效仿;

2、在您做家务时，鼓励孩子做一些力所能及的家务劳动;

只要你用心去做，你会发现，这样的活动不仅锻炼了孩子的能力，增长了孩子的见识，在活动中，你与孩子的感情会更浓厚!

下学期报名时间为2月15日(正月十六星期六)上午8:00～11:00。要记得是上午报名哦。报名时别忘了带上《素质报告单》、《寒假作业》、写字本、日记本(没有博客的孩子要带日记本)，以及学校下发的一张“寒假反馈表”。

5、根据校历安排，我校2020--2021学年寒假学生放假时间为2021年2月26日— 3月8日，

learned and lived on campus for nearly two years, I have found university life

most exciting and instructive.

What happens around me every day has left a deep impression on me, but what

strikes me most is the canteen service on campus, so that for some time I have

had the keen desire to write to you, sharing with you my positive comments on

and negative feelings about it. On the one hand, we are happy to see that the

canteen staff has been sparing no efforts to guarantee food quality. As a

result, we are relieved from the anxiety that some food might be dirty, stale

and inedible. We also feel contented with the service provided by the canteen,

enjoying food in a homely atmosphere. On the other hand, improvements should be

made for the simple reason that prices for dishes are unreasonably high, and

您好!在这春意盎然的季节，我们迎来了“五一”假期，根据上级教育部门的通知，20__年五一放假时间为4月29日至5月1日，共3天。5月2日(星期三)全体幼儿正常入园。孩子的健康是您的关注，也是我们的牵挂，为了使您的孩子度过一个安全、愉快、健康的节日，我园在假期前已对幼儿进行过各方面安全教育，如：交通安全教育、饮食卫生教育、防溺水教育、防踩踏教育、防走失教育、预防传染病等等安全教育，在此邀请广大家长配合并协助做好以下安全防范措施：

1、节日教育：

“五一”国际劳动节是全世界劳动人民共同拥有的节日，引导幼儿了解节日的意义，让幼儿学会感恩，放手让幼儿在能力范围内独立完成各项任务，也可以尝试“帮助父母做点家务”劳动，了解父母工作的辛苦，加强幼儿的自理能力及劳动意识。

2、安全教育：

防溺水安全教育，请加强对孩子预防溺水的安全教育和监护工作，提高孩子的自我保护意识。教育孩子不在无家长的带领下私自下水游泳，不到无安全设施、无救护人员、无安全保障的水域游泳及嬉戏。

注意饮食卫生安全，饮食睡眠要有规律，不要暴饮暴食。注意幼儿饮食卫生，不吃不卫生的零食，不喝生凉水，防止食物中毒。特别是出游时，应到符合卫生标准的地方用餐。家长应教育孩子务必注意饮食卫生，严禁购买过期或变质的食物。

注意用电、用火安全。不玩插座和炉灶，不动电源，远离安全隐患，杜绝一切事故的发生。

如果雷电发生时人在室内，应注意关好门窗，关上电视机、电脑等家电，同时断开电源和信号线路。不要使用固定电话和手机，也不要触摸金属水管，如果正在使用太阳能热水器淋浴，应立即停止。

卫生保健教育，天气多变，请及时为幼儿增减衣服，并切实做好幼儿的个人卫生，勤洗澡勤换衣服、勤剪指甲，保持手的清洁卫生。坚持做好各种流行性疾病的预防工作，严防肠道、手足口病及腮腺炎等传染病，教育、督促幼儿多喝水，饭前、便后、户外活动后用正确的洗手方法洗手，不吃生冷食物，以多种形式向幼儿讲解卫生防病知识，培养幼儿良好的卫生习惯。

3、外出游玩安全：

幼儿走亲访友、外出旅游等一定要有成人监护与照顾，遵守交通规则，不乘坐“三无”车辆和“三超”车辆，注意游乐安全，不让幼儿参加有危险性的活动。成人尽量少去人群密集的地方，更不宜带孩子到人群聚集、空气流通差的公共场所。幼儿单独一人在家时，教育孩子不跟陌生人玩、不吃陌生人的东西，不给陌生人开门，防止拐骗等事件的发生。

倡导您带幼儿亲近大自然，陶冶幼儿情操，放飞心灵。不乱扔垃圾，从小养成保持环境清洁的意识，争做文明小市民。

share some advices with you. We all know that study is the most important task

for senior students, so it’s necessary for us to spend most of our time in

study. However, proper rest is necessary for us as well. But in our school, we

only have a short night to rest, which I think it’s not good to us. I did a

survey in our school that collect the ideas about having a longer rest every

week. Almost all students say that they need more time to rest and relax.

Therefore, according the opinions of our students, I would like to advise that

1、提醒孩子增强安全自护意识。注意防电、防火、防烟花爆竹伤害、防煤气中毒、防交通事故。外出走亲访友必须在家长陪同下，不要随便让孩子骑自行车甚至电动车出行，防止发生意外。

2、指导孩子自主学习，鼓励并督促孩子阅读。要制订好假期学习计划，督促孩子完成假期各项作业，鼓励孩子广泛阅读有益的课外书籍，汲取人类思想精华，积累知识，拓宽视野，陶冶情操，完善人格。引导孩子收看新闻节目、报刊或收听广播, 了解国内外大事，养成每天收听、收看时事新闻的好习惯。

3、陪孩子一起锻炼身体。每天陪孩子跑跑步，打打球，常带孩子爬爬山，做做游戏，适当地让孩子运动，以增强孩子的体质。

4、协助孩子参加社会实践活动。要安排适当的家务劳动让孩子去做，培养孩子的责任心，教孩子学会做事。要让孩子关注社会、接触社会，体验生活、感悟生活，增强实践能力，使孩子的假期生活更加有意义。例如： 

(1)勤俭节约，合理理财，将压岁钱存到银行，感受一次储蓄的经历。 

(2)为社区服务，在单位或居民区至少做一件好事。 

(3)整理书本，爱惜并分类保管好用过的书本。 

(4)抄春联,猜灯谜，感受中华民族的灿烂文化。 

(5)打扫自己房间或参与家庭大扫除，体验劳动之乐。

(6)学做美食，在家人指导下亲手做一道菜肴，请大家品尝。 

(7)才艺小舞台， 开展“展示”活动等。

5、教育孩子养成良好的生活习惯和文明习惯。生活要有规律，要健康饮食，合理使用压岁钱。在春节的和谐气氛中加强对孩子孝敬父母、尊老爱幼、礼貌待人、谦虚礼让等方面的教育，教育孩子遵守社会公德，做一个文明的小公民。

6、教育督促孩子懂法、守法，远离网吧、游戏厅，不参加各种非法集会、赌博和封建迷信等活动。实践证明，未成年人进入网吧危害很大，迷恋上网、玩游戏的学生完全无心读书，多数不能完成学业，以致中途退学。因此，要特别禁止孩子进入网吧。有条件的让孩子在家上网学习、娱乐时，注意不登录、不浏览青少年不适宜的网站，自觉抵制不良信息的危害，让网络真正成为他们学习和成长的健康伙伴。

7、加强您和孩子间的交流。多花一点时间陪孩子，陪孩子玩耍、聊天，陪孩子共同学习，倾听孩子的心声，了解孩子的内心世界，尊重他们，信任他们，多关心他们，多鼓励他们。
