我喜欢的水果比星空中的星星还要多，数也数不过来，有金黄金黄的芒果，有小巧玲珑的金桔，有像红玛瑙一样的石榴，还有香甜可口的西瓜，我最喜欢的要数又甜又多汁的苹果了。

我从小就喜欢吃水果。我每天都要吃水果。我喜欢吃的水果有很多，有樱桃、桃子、菠萝蜜、葡萄等等，其中我最喜欢吃的是葡萄。

每年到葡萄丰收的季节，葡萄架上就挂满了一个个小圆球，有紫红色的，有紫黑色的，还有绿色的。圆圆的葡萄真诱人啊！紫红的像水晶，绿的像玉石，而我最喜欢的是那甜甜的夏黑葡萄。

葡萄的味道特别好，它酸甜多汁，好吃极了。剥开葡萄的外衣，就看到里面红嫩晶莹的果肉，还有一股诱人的果香更是扑鼻而来，总是让我有一种一口吞下的冲动。

葡萄不但味道好，它对人身体还有很多好处呢。我记得以前在书里看到过，说葡萄中的糖主要是葡萄糖，非常容易被人体吸收。特别是当人体出现低血糖时，若及时饮用葡萄汁，可以很快缓解症状，而且对预防心脑血管疾病也有一定作用呢。
