Viewing vs.Reading

The pace of reading, clearly,depends entirely upon the reader. He may read

than interesting, and slow down when it is difficult or absorbing.

emotions without fear of losing anything.

红日西下，蝉鸣树间。我和爸爸妈妈上楼吃晚饭。刚打开五楼的门，一只黑白相间的小狗出现在我们面前，它全身毛湿透，好像刚被大雨淋过的样子，俨然是一条落汤狗。它的尾巴无力地拖在地上，两只水汪汪的大眼睛望着我们，似乎在乞求什么。起初，我们还以为是邻居的，但一想，整个小区也只有一两条狗，再看它的模样，应该是只流浪狗。

这只小狗一直跟着我们，还不是发出“嗯，嗯”的呜咽声，似乎受了欺负。爸爸不耐烦了，假装用脚踢，嘴里喊着：“去，去!”可小狗还是紧跟着，我们也只好继续上楼不管它。

我们打开六楼的门，小狗竟然迅速窜了进去。屋里的奶奶似乎对狗过敏，不问个清楚，就拿着一根棍子赶狗。小狗被吓到了，跑到了沙发底下，不肯出来。奶奶挪开沙发，拿起棍子一阵猛打，小狗疼得“嗷，嗷”地跳了起来，逃出了门外。它又试着想进来，我有点儿可怜它，说：“就让它再待会儿呗?”奶奶一口拒绝：“这条疯狗，再留一会儿，没准儿拉堆屎出来呢!”说这，奶奶一棍子打在小狗的腿上，小狗尖叫着跑掉了。

我一阵心痛：“它虽然是条流浪狗，但也有求生的欲望呀!就算不收留它，它又没做错什么，干嘛打它呀!”

哎，小孩的心，大人怎么就读不懂呢?

我家有一只小狗，它时常会逗得人们哈哈大笑，它简直就是一个喜剧演员，它叫胖胖，那胖胖的身子就是它名字的由来，它长得可爱极了。

胖胖浑身的毛黑乎乎的，像一个大煤球。它的头上嵌了两颗黑珍珠似的小眼睛，经常会弯成两个“月牙”，它的眼睛时常在转动，似乎在打什么鬼点子。轻轻抚摸它，感觉像一个软软的云朵。小狗胖胖的毛很厚，手一摸，柔顺、光滑，为了保持这样，我经常拿起梳子，轻轻梳理它的毛发。它时不时还会叫两声：“汪！呜一汪！"可能在说：“我饿了！”它尾巴上的毛很杂乱，我估计是它天天都在疯玩的原因吧，它疯玩起来，可不得了。它一会儿蹦到沙发上，一会跳进桌子下。就连请玉皇大帝来也管不了它。它有时跑起来腿上的毛也跟着抖动。我十分喜欢它胖嘟嘟的样子。

胖胖很爱看电视，但它刚来我家的时候显得十分胆怯但又充满着好奇，每次一开电视它都会躲到沙发后面露出一双小眼睛，可爱极了。但是现在它的胆子明显大了不少，每当有人打开电视机，它半眯着眼睛，在地上旋转起来，一副很陶醉的神情，不一会儿，它一头便栽到了地上。瞧！胖胖肯定是转晕了才这样的。我在一旁已经都快笑破了肚皮，顿时，大家哄堂大笑起来，都被胖胖的可爱所逗乐了。

我和胖胖刚开始接触就成了形影不离的好朋友。它饿时，我便开始喂它。我拿了一根骨头，瞧！它吃的津津有味，似乎觉得世界上没有比骨头更好吃的东西了。“咔嚓！咔嚓！”听见这个声音就证明它特别喜欢吃，无论在这时它受到什么打扰，也不去理会它。看到它这副模样，我竟也忍不住想尝一口骨头的味道呢。只见他刚开始只是舔了舔骨头，好像是在品尝滋味，之后，它慢慢地把整块骨头都吞了下去。我日后喂它狗粮时，它便不再惧怕我，大口大口地、放心地吃我给它的食物。

我和胖胖有时也会很无聊，我便找来一根小木棍，无精打采的胖胖一看到它，便开始立刻精神饱满起来，它双眼盯着我手中的木棍，似乎像是全世界只有木棍和它。我扔出木棍，胖胖便立马跑出去，叼起了木棍，在我的注视下，胖胖跑了回来，对于胖胖的表现我十分满意，所以我拍了拍它的头，它向我伸了伸舌头，似乎很高兴，我认为胖胖和我简直是最有默契的搭挡了，我抱起胖胖这只聪明伶俐的小狗，开心地笑了。

小狗胖胖真是一只可爱懂事的小狗，感谢它为我带来的无限欢乐，我经常轻轻轻抚摩它的肚皮，不禁想起我与它共渡的欢乐时光，深深地沉浸在里面，无法自拔。

我最喜欢的动物是小狗。

下午我去植物园大草坪上玩时，我的目光很快就被一只可爱的小狗吸引了。

这只小狗有一身黄色和棕色相间的皮毛，一双黑色的小眼睛水汪汪的。弯弯的小尾巴不停地摇来摇去，可爱极了。小狗的主人告诉我它叫露西，是一只小母狗，刚断奶，现在什么都吃。我突然想起我带有豆腐干儿。在征得露西的主人同意后，我准备给它吃。它的嗅觉可真灵敏，在我从包里找豆腐干的时候，它似乎就已经闻到味儿了，迫不及待地跑到我的身边，前爪都立起来了。我刚把豆腐干放在地上，它就扑了上来，叼起豆腐干大口大口地吃。遇到有粘连在一起的，它就把小脑袋甩一甩，豆腐干就散开了，它就津津有味地吃起来，不一会儿就把一包豆腐干吃了个一干二净。

也许是刚刚喂过它吧，它对我一点儿也不陌生。在我的脚边滚来滚去，甚至跳起来用前爪想要爬上我的腿。我试着抱起它，它温顺地躺在我的臂弯里，我挠挠它的背，它的小爪子还蹭蹭我的手，很是享受。

娃娃从小体弱多病，有一次不幸患上了一种相当于人类癌症一样的重病犬细小病，打了一个星期的针，才有所好转。把她接回去后，还要按医嘱喂她吃药。药很难吃的，我们看到别人家的狗吃药多么困难，经常吃一次浪费一根香肠，有些精明的狗狗还要把苦药挑出来，弄得一家人都很。可是娃娃就不同，第一次喂药时，把苦药放进狗盆里，她非但不嫌弃，还吃的嘎嘣脆、嘛嘛香。我们全惊住了，都张着嘴巴一动不动，直到她吃完后才回过神来。就这样顺利吃了几天药，帮助她度过了一个难关。

我的豆丁虽然有时有点二，却总是可以给我们欢乐，它就是我们家里的一只开心果。

It is indeed difficult to live without a mobile phone as it helps us in day

to day activities. I cannot live without a mobile phone. Todays generation uses

mobile phones for chatting, surfing and playing games. They dont use the mobile

phone for the real purpose. I admit that living wothout a mobile phone is

extremely difficult but I can live without addicting apps like Facebook, Twitter

etc. The iPhone is a gadget that is encouraging to use social apps and addicting

games. These gadgets though facilitate our work but are making us their slaves.

For example, if a persons iPhone is not working properly, he will be filled

with anger. As new technology is creating new gadgets, so are people raising new

demands. They also hamper academics. Buy a mobile phone but use it for something

productive.
