大多时候，我都会去亲戚家吃饭，大人们一起聊天，忆苦思甜。小孩们享受当下，玩着手机。每次节日过完了，我就觉得很没有意思。于是在某一次中秋节，妈妈说这一次我们不去亲戚家了，就在自己家里过，然后妈妈给我们分配任务，妈妈打扫院子，我和姐姐做月饼，爸爸去收拾最后的东西。

一大早，妈妈就开始打扫院子，我和姐姐帮忙清理杂草，扫走落叶。这个季节虽然花不多了，但妈妈还是剪下一些野菊花插在花瓶里，摆好户外桌椅。而我和姐姐兴奋地做着月饼，首先揉搓月饼粉，然后盖上保鲜膜，让搓好的面粉松弛一个小时。等待的时候我和姐姐用多余的面团捏泥人。等面团好了就放馅，最后用模具压花纹放入烤箱。爸爸一边高亢的唱着他那老掉牙的歌，一边炒着我们喜欢吃的菜。在笑声中，玉盘已高挂。爸爸架起天文望远镜，摆上菜，倒上酒，我们一家四口在花园里吃月饼赏月，吟诗作对，再许下心底愿望。

这一次难忘的小家庭中秋节，感觉温馨幸福。我有个感受就是，在这一天，最好不要用天文望远镜看月亮，有些东西看清楚了就少了一份遐想。不过，那一天花好月圆，记忆犹新。

眼看着立春的时辰就要到了，外婆在阳台上做好了接春的准备：放上三杯茶水、三杯红酒，还有一盘苹果、一盘橘子，还摆着用红线捆着的三根大蒜，并点上三柱香，燃上两根蜡烛。我好奇地问：“这些东西是干什么用的呀？”外婆说是：“祈福用的，老话说苹果代表平平安安，橘子代表吉祥如意！”我又问：“那大蒜呢？”外婆捏了捏我的鼻子笑着说：“那代表会精打细算过日子”。原来这些普普通通的物品，有这么深刻的寓意啊！我高兴地说：“那我也来帮忙！”我手忙脚乱的去厨房拿酒瓶准备添酒，结果手没抓稳，“啪”的一声，瓶子打在地上碎了，我惊慌失措地叫着：“不好了！外婆！”外婆看见了，赶忙一边收拾，一边嘴里念叨着：“不要紧，不要紧，老话说了，碎碎（岁岁）平安，碎碎（岁岁）平安！”啊哈！坏事在外婆嘴里变成了好事，外婆的“老话”总是让我心里感到踏实！接春时刻一到，外婆就“噼里啪啦”放起了鞭炮。

接春之后，全家人坐在一起吃春卷。春卷是立春吃的特定美食，面皮里包着胡萝卜、豆芽、切碎的豆腐干、肉丝等，好香啊！我迫不及待拿了一个春卷放进嘴里，“哎呀喂，好辣啊！”原来是外婆在包春卷时，悄悄放了一个小小的红辣椒。“老话说，谁吃到辣椒，就寓意着她的日子会过得红红火火。”外婆说，“哈哈！佳佳你吃到了，那你读书的热情要像这辣椒一样红红火火呦！”全家人听了都哈哈大笑。

这就是我们家的立春，外婆的“老话”让我们的生活温暖如春！

The 9th day of the 9th lunar month is the traditional Chongyang Festival, or Double Ninth Festival. It usually falls in October in the Gregorian calendar. In an ancient and mysterious book Yi Jing, or The Book of Changes, number 6 was thought to be of Yin character, meaning feminine or negative, while number 9 was thought to be Yang, meaning masculine or positive. So the number nine in both month and day create the Double Ninth Festival, or Chongyang Festival. Chong in Chinese means double. Also, as double ninth was pronounced the same as the word to signify forever, both are Jiu Jiu, the Chinese ancestors considered it an auspicious day worth celebration. That‘s why ancient Chinese began to celebrate this festival long time ago.

The custom of ascending a height to avoid epidemics was passed down from long time ago. Therefore, the Double Ninth Festival is also called Height Ascending Festival. The height people will reach is usually a mountain or a tower. Ancient literary figures have left many poems depicting the activity. Even today, people still swarm to famous or little known mountains on this day.

On this day, people will eat Double Ninth Gao (or Cake). In Chinese, gao (cake) has the same pronunciation with gao (height). People do so just to hope progress in everything they are engaged in. There is no fixed ways for the Double Ninth Cake, but super cakes will have as many as nine layers, looking like a tower.

The Double Ninth Festival is also a time when chrysanthemum blooms. China boasts diversified species of chrysanthemum and people have loved them since ancient times. So enjoying the flourishing chrysanthemum also becomes a key activity on this festival. Also, people will drink chrysanthemum wine. Women used to stick such a flower into their hair or hang its branches on windows or doors to avoid evilness.

In 1989, the Chinese government decided the Double Ninth Festival as Seniors‘ Day. Since then, all government units, organizations and streets communities will organize an autumn trip each year for those who have retired from their posts. At the waterside or on the mountains, the seniors will find themselves merged into nature. Younger generations will bring elder ones to suburban areas or send gifts to them on this day.

爸爸对我说，清明节带我去瑶溪踏青。我扳着手指数着，期待那天快点到来。

踏青的日子终于到了，我和爸爸骑着自行车，顶着灿烂的太阳，怀着愉快的心情，一路悠哉悠哉地骑行。到了瑶溪风景区，我们踏着石板路一直向山上走，迎面而来的是扑鼻的清香，呼吸着清新的空气，真让人心旷神怡。道路两边有一棵棵大树和一排排灌木丛郁郁葱葱，还有一些不知名的花分外鲜艳。我和爸爸听着周围的小鸟唱着歌，被座座大山包围着。还有一条奔流于石谷之中，绵绵不断，弯弯曲曲，清澈见底的溪水引着我们往更高的山顶登去。

当地势平坦时，溪水在石缝中发出潺潺的声音，犹如一位幽静的仙子，翩翩起舞。不禁让我想起了王维的诗句：“明月松间照，清泉石上流。”当地势有坡度时，溪水发出哗哗的响声，好似许多音乐家在一起合奏一曲美妙的交响乐。当地势落差很大时，溪水蹦跳着发出隆隆的轰鸣声，好像千军万马交战沙场。在这美妙的环境之中游览让人不会觉得累。

不知不觉中踏青结束了，我和爸爸骑着车回家的时候，聊着瑶溪的美景，看着道路两旁的树林，心想到底是哪位天公?拿着他那神笔，蘸了瓯江之水，画出了瑶溪这美景?

每次我都狼吞虎咽地吃饺子，希望吃到奶奶放的那枚硬币，可是我一次也没有吃到硬币。希望下次我可以吃到那个“幸运”的饺子。

真期盼春节快快来到啊，那样我又能吃到奶奶包的美味的饺子了。

欢度元宵

过完热热闹闹的春节后，最让人期盼的节日就是元宵节了。据说，元宵节在两千多年前的西汉时期就有了，元宵节赏花灯也是起源于西汉的明帝时期。元宵节是中华民族的传统节日，做汤圆、吃汤圆、闹元宵是元宵节的传统习俗。

元宵节这一天的清早，奶奶早早地备好了做汤圆的材料，我们一家人一起动手做起了汤圆。奶奶把汤圆粉放入水中搅拌，接着揉成一个大米浆团，再掰成一小块一小块，然后我们七手八脚地把一个个小米浆团捏成小碗状，再装上甜甜的馅，最后在手心搓成圆形。一个个小汤圆搓好后，又白又胖的，真像弟弟胖乎乎的小圆脸。我们一家吃着自己亲手做的汤圆，心里甜滋滋的。

吃完晚餐，我们一家人一起去江滨公园看花灯。远远望去，江滨公园挂满了各式各样的花灯，红的光、绿的光、黄的光不停地闪烁着。走入公园，我们仿佛置身一片灯的海洋中。首先映入眼帘的是一只硕大无比的金猪，金猪手中捧着一个大大的福字，看上去萌态十足，它是来给人们送福来了。

我们随熙熙攘攘的人群缓缓移动，有太多吸引眼球的花灯了：有蘑菇花灯，有船型花灯，有孔雀开屏，有兔子花灯，还有大树花灯。最受小朋友们欢迎的就是猪猪侠花灯了，猪猪侠披着红色披风，手里拿着超级棒棒糖，它就是正义的化身，很多小朋友们都围着它拍照。我最喜欢时光隧道了，时光隧道约3米长，2米高，隧道里闪闪发光，犹如天上的星星一样亮晶晶的，走到里面，旋转的灯光，让我们感觉穿梭于时空中，似乎要走向一个崭新而又美好的时代。

逛了许久，天色见晚，人群慢慢散去，但我们仍意犹未尽，依依不舍，真希望这节日的脚步慢点走。

我国的传统节日可多了，有春节、中秋节、元宵节、端午节……我最喜欢的是喜气洋洋的春节。

每年腊月底,人们就为过年而准备。机场、车站、码头，远离家乡的人们都忙着赶回家乡与亲人团圆。商场里，人来人往，大家忙着添加新衣服，超市里，数不胜数的人们在忙着筹备年货。我们家也热闹非凡，爷爷在杀鸡宰鱼，奶奶和妈妈在蒸糰子，我和爸爸在贴春联。

除夕晚上，我们全家人围坐在一起吃团圆饭。团圆饭真丰盛：有肉、有鸡、鱼、火锅等。鱼是每年必不可少的，妈妈说鱼代表年年有余。饭还没吃完，外面鞭炮声就响起来了。我们也迫不及待地来到街上，街上到处灯火通明，火树银花。我们找了人少点的地方放起烟花来，看着五颜六色的烟花，我很开心，整个场面热热闹闹，处处一片欢腾。

我们全家欢聚在一起看联欢晚会，电视里也是一片喜庆气氛，不知不觉午夜钟声敲起，我们迎来了新的一年。我们全家互相祝福，爸爸、妈妈、爷爷、奶奶给我包压岁钱，他们祝我学习进步、吉祥如意，我祝他们的同时，也祝我们所有中国人新年快乐!

每年的农历5月初五，是国内的传统节日——端午节。这一天，家家户户都非常热闹，大家不只要包粽子，而且还要打大饼和米糕。

听母亲说，端午节还有一段历史呢。古时候有个叫屈原的诗人，因热爱祖国而不被理解，遭到了屈辱便来到江边，跳进了江里，溺江而死。大家打捞了很久也没捞到他的尸体，他们担忧他的尸体被鱼吃掉，就把包好的粽子扔进江中，让鱼吃粽子而不要去吃屈原的尸体。因此，每年的这时，也就是端午节大家就包粽子来纪念屈原。

在我的家乡端午节是如此过的，大家早早的起床，到外面去，采上一段柳条，拿回家里，插到了户门上。另外，孩子子们的脖子上戴着香囊，同时手、脚腕系上五彩线绳，传闻可以避邪驱虫，将来会有福气。大大家呢?坐在一块包三角形或者四面体形的粽子、打米糕、打各种口味的大饼。吃着香喷喷的粽子，我就产生了学包粽子的想法，随即告诉了母亲，但母亲不同意，在我的坚持下，母亲才答应教我，我开心的直跳。

制作粽子并非一件容易的事。母亲教我的步骤也非常紧凑，第一让我拿好粽叶，接着卷好粽叶，同时把糯米、花生、大枣，放进卷好的粽叶里，待所有些东西填满后，就把粽叶根据四面体或三角形状包起来，之后用粽绳系在粽子上。如此一个完整的粽子就包成功了。我最初包粽子并非非常不错，在母亲的帮忙下虽然我包了好多奇形怪状的粽子，但也领会了包粽子的乐趣。等大家把所有些材料包完后，母亲把包好的粽子放进锅里去煮，几个小时后香喷喷的粽子熟了，把粽绳解开，一阵阵苇叶的清香撒出来，被人谗言欲滴。

真期盼今年的端午节快点到来。

In Tianjin,there are many buildings of bygone times.Some of them are

imposing and have great artistic and historic value.However,these buildings do

mot fit in well with each other,because most of them were built by foreigners in

different times.The traffic in the city is not very convenient.The street are

usually narrow and twisted.If the government wanted to have them widened,a large

number of buildings would have to be pulled down.Some buildings are too old and

are nothing more than cottages,and in place of them,some new high buildings have

been set up.However,the new ones are still few and in many places they seem

quite out of place.

Yet those Western-style buildings give Tianjin a different characteristic

from other cities and those new ones lend the city fresh vitality which will

spread rapidly with the reform going on.

中国是一个文明古国，它有着五千多年的传统节日。比如：春节、元宵节、重阳节等。

在这些传统节日中，我最喜欢的节日是春节!每当春节来临时，家家户户都非常忙碌。有的人家开始大扫除，里里外外都打扫干净。有的人家开始准备年货。购买各式各样的东西，迎接春节的到来。

每当春节还没到来时，我就开始盼着奶奶蒸的肉圆子。它的味道很特别，咬一口让你永远也忘不掉这种味道。它的做法很简单，先把面粉到进盆里，放一点开水在里面，然后开始搅拌，最后扭出一个洞，把馅给放进去，蒸一下就做好了!肉圆子还有寓意吧，人们经常说的团团圆圆。

“噼啪—噼啪”如此熟悉的鞭炮声，原来是一年一度的新年除夕，每一年的这一天，都让我念念不忘。

每一年的除夕夜，我们家都会在家吃一顿大餐，吃饱饭后，会到空旷的地方玩烟火或放沖天炮。从除夕夜的前一天，我就看着爸爸妈妈準备新年需要的东西—水果、年糕、鸡肉和鱼……等。记得有一次，初二回外婆家时，我不小心打破碗时，外婆口中念着“岁岁”平安，小心翼翼的将碎掉的碗用红纸包起来，并放在神龛上，原本我还很怕会被骂，外婆和我解释说：“过年打破碗盘是很不吉利的”。最后就是正月十五的元宵节，我们会吃汤圆，听说吃汤圆是因为汤圆的外形圆滚饱满，象徵团圆、幸福。经过这些礼仪、习俗，预告着一年的开始与希望。

其实每一种传统习俗，都具有不同涵义，如“挂艾草”驱毒避邪;“父母分赠新生儿弥月油饭”代替“满月酒”表达喜悦与送礼的心意;“吃粽子”为了避免鱼虾吃食屈原的尸体;“红包金额要凑双数”是希望好事成双的好兆头。然而，这些涵义都是传递人与人之间诚挚浓厚的意味—人情味。但也未必完全没有坏处，或对大自然和人体没有伤害。

烤肉是大家最热衷的中秋节活动，因为在烤肉的同时所飘散出来的，不只是香香的烤肉味，还有一股浓浓的人情味。焚香烧金纸也时常在祭祀时使用，但在烤肉或焚香烧金纸的过程中，我看到了空气污染，为了地球的生态环境以及温室效应，我们应该尽量少从事以上等相关活动，如以吃月饼等方法代替。

传统习俗让亲朋好友之间的感情更加紧密，像是刚出生的婴儿与父母密不可分一样，它让大家放下了手机，而期许我们能把传统习俗一代一代的传承下去。

The math teacher of my class is a young man. His name is Jiang Shan. He is tall and fat. We call him the “Big Guy”. When he knows it, he isn’t angry and says it’s lovely. 谈起“中华文化”这四个字，使人自然而然的想起了一句话叫“中华文化，历史悠久，博大精深”，这是教科书中常见的用来描述中华传统文化的一句话，可是，要是问到什么是中华传统文化，又有几个人能回答上来呢?就是这样一个问题，引起了我的反思，身为一名中国人，炎黄子孙，华夏儿女，却不知道什么是中华传统文化，我想这是让我自愧的事情，更是让我痛心的事情。

虽是短短四天的学习时间，却是让我受益匪浅，感悟颇深，我是没有什么资格和能力来向大家阐述什么是中华传统文化的，因为连我也正处在认识和学习中华文传统化的道路上，我知道，要想要真正的领悟几千年前的古圣先贤传承下来的智慧和真理，是要我的用一生时光来学习和践行的!我能做的就是做好一个中国人的本分——弘扬传承中华传统文化和做一个有道德的中国人!

就谈谈我这四天来学习的感受吧!

大讲堂的整个学习过程是不收取任何费用的，除此之外还有免费的午餐和学习资料，还有免费的纪念品!这样的公益活动已经很少见了。据我所知，参加大讲堂的义工是五百多人，想必大家都知道什么是“义工”，就是除了要干最脏最累的活以外，他们的付出是没有任何报酬的，我所要讲的不仅仅是义工的概念。

而是他们身上令人尊敬的品德，见人鞠躬一定达到九十度，无论对方年龄大小都称呼为“老师”，每一次台下观众鼓掌，站在一旁的义工们必是鞠躬表示感谢，四天来，我看见的加上我没看见的，我不知道他们每一个义工鞠了多少次躬，真的是数也数不清。在这些义工当中，上至八十多岁的老人，下至十一二岁的儿童，在我看来，我们这些人哪里称得上是“老师”啊?他们，才是我要学习和尊重的老师啊!

这些义工们，给我留下了深刻的印象，只想说一句，感恩，感谢!

办年货、扫尘、贴对联、拜神祭祖、包饺子、放烟花都是春节的习俗，其中让我印象最深刻的就是包饺子。

去年春节，我试着包饺子。妈妈和外婆早早地和好面，外公则在一旁叮叮当当地剁起馅来，里面有韭菜有肉，再放入各种各样的调料，搅拌均匀，香味儿已经阵阵钻入鼻孔。外婆把和好的面掰下一块，搓成长条，再用刀切成一小块一小块的。轮到我了，我负责用擀面棍擀出又圆又薄的面皮，这活看着容易做着难，不是面皮厚薄不均匀，就是不够圆，勉强凑合着用吧!我擀了好久，我把我擀好的面皮“运"给妈妈，我妈妈包饺子可厉害啦!不仅速度快，而且样子美观。看得我心痒痒的，于是我试着也包了几个，不是馅包得太多，就是馅放得少了，我的"杰作"一大一小，样子真难看。妈妈帮我重新收拾了一下终于胖瘦适中了!我不气馁，又包了好几个，哈!哈!哈!饺子馅掌握得越来越好了，花纹也会捏了。此时，外婆都露出了羡慕的目光。一排排饺子就像胖娃娃整整齐齐地蹲坐在那里，可爱极了。

刚下锅的饺子旋转着，时沉时浮，过了一会儿，饺子全浮上来了。又过了两三分钟，饺子变得晶莹剔透，肚子圆鼓鼓的。

饺子熟了我尝了一口，真香，太好吃了，人间美味啊!
