Every time when summer comes, I am so looking forward to summer vacation, because I can make many plans in the long vacation. Last summer, I spent a month to stay with my uncle and his family.

on our campus,there are no skyscrapers,no graceful and imposing

buildings,and no strange houses.All the buildings are common,but they stand in

special relationship to each other,making a nice learning atmosphere for us.The

newest and perhaps largest building is the library.It stands in the middle of

our campus.It is seven storeys high.With its bright,spacious reading rooms and

all kinds of books,newspapers and magazines,it is the place where students like

to go.The next largest building is the Chemistry Department.The rooms in it are

filled with various apparatus.The buildings that the students and teachers live

in are the apartment houses.

Before long,new buildings will be added to our campus and some old ones

过春节最让人难忘的是活动多。例如：逛花街、贴春联、拜神、包饺子、放鞭炮等。其中我最喜欢的活动是包饺子。大年三十的早上，妈妈早早去市场买面粉，买肉馅，还有各种各样的配菜。有白菜，有韭菜，有香葱，有玉米……回到家，妈妈一边加水一边揉面粉，快快得把面粉和好了，和成一个大面团，然后拿出擀面杖，把面团擀成一个个尺寸大小一致的饺子皮备用。接下来就轮到我大展身手的时候了，先拿起一片饺子皮，放在手心里，然后放一点准备好的肉馅，把饺子捏成各种奇形怪状的样子，有的像金元宝，象征财源滚滚，来年招财进宝;有的像一轮弯弯的明月，象征着月有阴晴圆缺，人有花好月圆;还有的像人耳形状，古时候人们为了纪念女娲抟土造人的功绩。各式各样的饺子，纷纷跳进开水中，成了一个个大胖小子浮出水面。

相比在北京过春节，我更喜欢去山西“榆次老城”那边的舅老爷家里过春节，因为那儿的春节，更具有“年”味!2019年的这个春节大年初一一大早，我和妈妈收拾东西开车前往山西，这也是我第一次在外地过年。像我们这些00后的，大多的老一辈都是出生在农村。农村总还有一些亲戚，小时候也在那边呆过一段时间，所以每一次回到这里，都莫名地心生亲切。

历来“民以食为天”。在农村过节，可不比在北京，他们准备的食材大部分都亲力亲为。在北京绝对会为了省事，直接市场买来便是。可是舅老爷家却还是会依照传统习俗，准备着当地特有的食物。炸豆腐、炸土豆、炸丸子、烧肉、酱梅肉、鱼……大鱼大肉大铜锅过年必备。烧肉是山西人过年餐桌上必备的菜品之一，通常都是一大块一大块地做好，烧肉红中透着焦黄，油光四射，看着就有食欲，切片后可以红烧，做成扣碗、煮铜火锅，肥而不腻、酥软可口。

“酱梅肉”是一道传统名菜，它不柴不腻、香烂醇厚，是晋商庄菜代表菜，也是晋式第三蒸，因用酱豆腐汁相蒸去腥提鲜而名，白里透红，最有年味。年年有余是一个非常好的新年寓意，山西年货里绝对有鱼，有鱼有酒有肉才算是好年。

明年我一定要早早过去看看他们如何做的准备工作。听说小年就开始准备了，对于我们这一代人，不能丢掉这些传统习俗。

我虽然不是个吃货，但是这一次吃到了许多城里没有的，真正让我体会到了舌尖上的春节。

过年时家家户户都要进行一次彻底的大扫除，要把家里旧的东西换上新的面貌。我喜欢全家人一起热火朝天的干活的感觉，你贴春联来、我拖地，即使再苦再累，也会觉得很温馨。看着崭新的家，心里会觉得非常舒坦和塌实。

过年是，也是春天，今年的春天好像格外的暖和，小鸟也早早地飞上了枝头，春花也盛开了，蝴蝶、蜜蜂也来了。

“爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏”。在一阵阵热闹的爆竹声中，我们又迎来了一个热闹的春节。

吃饺子可是春节重要的习俗，看见妈妈早早开始准备包饺子，我也叫着要学包饺子。在妈妈的指导下，我小心地从冰箱里拿出猪肉和洗好的韭菜、胡萝卜，把它们逐个放在案板上。妈妈拿起菜刀，“嚓、嚓、嚓”全部切成丁，剁成泥，放在碗里，加调料：食用盐、鸡精、胡椒粉、食用油，打2个鸡蛋，然后顺着一个方向搅拌起来——就这样，鲜香美味的肉馅儿做好了。

妈妈拿出饺子皮儿，一边包一边对我说：“现在要包饺子了，一定要记住，必须轻轻的包，不然，饺子皮破了，就白白浪费了，看，像我这样，慢慢来。”

在妈妈的指导下，我将一勺肉馅儿放在饺子皮的中央，用手拿起饺子的一面，像折纸一样，和另一面对齐，然后按压肉馅儿和饺子皮的之间的空隙，我越包越快，一会儿就是一盘，哈哈哈，一个个又圆又胖的饺子，正等着入锅呢!

妈妈把饺子下进锅里，不一会儿，我就闻到了香味，可真诱人啊!妈妈说：“饺子好了，尝尝我女儿的手艺!”爸爸和爷爷吃了一个饺子，说：“真棒!”我得意地拿起筷子，夹了一个大饺子，“啊呜”一口，一个饺子就进我肚子里了。

那一天，我们戴着雪白的哈达，吃着美味的火锅，等待着演出的来临，在演出开始之前，首先要洒青稞，如果洒到谁的身上或者碗里，谁就有福……大家都希望青稞能洒到自己身上，于是大喊：“往这儿洒！往这儿洒！……”我也想让青稞洒到自己碗里，有一粒青稞竟然听话的掉进了我的碗里，似乎明白了我的心思，我高兴得直蹦。吃完了火锅，大家都集中在房子外的柴堆旁，有人生上火，随着一声令下，一口气围了上去，开始了欢乐的舞蹈。围着熊熊烈火，大家高兴地又唱又跳。我和爸爸也加入了队伍，大家玩得真开心。夜深了，我们才依依不舍地离开。

火把节还真是激动人心的节日呢！

时光如同白驹过隙，眨眼间，一年又过去，新年不知不觉到了，家里也慢慢变得忙碌起来。

清晨噼里啪啦的鞭炮声仿佛是欢乐的闹钟，催促我起床迎接崭新的一年。在我看来，新年有“两乐”，这“第一乐”便是吃美食啦！到了吃完饭的时间，之间桌子上摆满了香喷喷的饭菜，那冒着热气的烤鸭、那爽脆可口的春卷、那肥而不腻的红烧肉……种类繁多、应有尽有，我不管三七二十一，拿起筷子就要吃，“小馋猫，先洗手哦！”爸爸慈祥地看着我，笑着提醒我说。接着，我便大快朵颐，这顿美味，简直可以让我回味好几天呢。“第二乐”是放烟花，我想到了除夕要放烟花，于是拉着爸爸，想叫他现在就给我放这漂亮的烟花，爸爸点了点头说：“小傻蛋，就知道你最换烟花，这不，爸爸已经准备好啦！”除夕夜的天空化身成了“画布”，各色烟花开始“大显身手”啦！瞧那五光十色的“冲天飞剑”多神气，飞一般地速度窜上天空，随着“嘭”的一声，天空中绽开一朵大花、美丽无比……我手里拿着的是“灰太狼”，给爸爸点燃了，放在地上，呵呵，灰太狼喷火了，还是很好看的。又点燃了一根长棒子的烟花，飞出一颗颗小火花，“啪”地一声就消失了。我还想接着放，爸爸说，春晚快开始了，我们看了一会，我再给你放，不急啊，今天我们可是要守夜的呢！

春晚的节目也是精彩之极，很快就在我们的欢声笑语中结束，伴随着《难忘今宵》的音乐，爸爸又搬出了一种超大的礼花，点燃了它，瞬间，“嘭”在高空形成了灿烂的花，或者说是无数的星星，可是这星星却是立马熄灭，但是又很快亮起，前仆后继，好看极了。

记得是去年的暑假，我和爸爸一起去鹅湖边散步，走了一段路，我就一个劲的喊口渴，于是，爸爸就在路边的小店给我买了根冰棍。我边吃边走，一会儿就吃完了，随手把冰棍棒往鹅湖里一扔。爸爸看见了，马上提醒我说;“可可，不能乱扔垃圾噢!如果每个人都像你一样往湖里扔垃圾，这美丽的鹅湖不就变成了垃圾湖了。”我羞愧的说：“知道了，我下次一定不乱扔垃圾。”爸爸微笑着抚摸我的头说：“地球也是我们的家，我们应该保护它，爱护它，让天更蓝，水更清，草更绿。”我调皮的说：“噢，那就是大家一直说的，城市是我家，环境清洁靠大家。我明白了。”让从那以后，我再也不乱扔垃圾了。
