五月即将到来，在五月里有个大的传统节日，那就是端午节，端午节与春节、清明节、中秋节并称为中国四大传统节日。说起端午节大家都能想到在学校上课时老师告诉我们的历史由来，关于端午节的来源其实有几个传说，而最为著名的便是为了纪念屈原，屈原是战国时期楚国的一个伟大的爱国诗人，由于政治上的失败、楚王的昏庸、新君继位、楚国灭亡而绝望的屈原在农历五月五日这天投入汨罗江自尽，从此后人为了纪念屈原便在这天取为端午节，当然，这也只是其中的一个出名的传说。

说起端午节就不得不提起端午节最为标志性的习俗，那就是包粽子和赛龙舟，除了这两个习俗还有祭龙、采草药、挂艾草、打午时水、洗草药水、拜神祭祖、浸龙舟水等传统习俗。而影响最大的便是端午食粽这个民间饮食习俗，一到端午节，家家户户都会开始准备包粽子的材料，走在大街上卖粽子的更是无处不在，包粽子的主要材料是糯米、馅料，用箬叶包裹而成，形状多种多样，每个地方的包裹形状不一样，有尖角的，有长方形的等等，由于每个地方的饮食习惯不同，从而粽子形成了南北方口味，主要以咸粽子与甜粽子为主，吃粽子这个传统食俗千百年来在中国一直盛行不衰，至今对国外也有着巨大影响力。

赛龙舟也是端午节里受欢迎的活动习俗，一到端午节大家都会使出自己准备了大半个月甚至一个月的时间锻炼而来的体力进行比赛，场面激烈而震撼人心，让我们一起期待端午节的到来吧!

我有一个喜欢的节日，那就是春节。因为春节是我们中华民族最多姿多彩的节日。

在春节期间我们会去超市买一些年货，做好准备。但我更喜欢买一些春节气氛的彩挂，比如大号的鞭炮和小号的鞭炮，我都很喜欢，可以挂在我们家电视旁边的那棵小树上，插上电噼里啪啦的响，那场面美极了。

在春节里年二十八的早上是要在自己家收拾东西，把每个角落清理干净，进行一次大扫除，年三十的晚上我们有个习惯会到长辈家吃晚饭，所以吃完中午饭，我爸的兄弟姐妹家人都会一起集中在爷爷奶奶家过年。到了爷爷家里放好年货，我和哥哥姐姐手拉手向热闹的花街走去，到达了花街，人山人海，有的抱着花的，有的用拖拉车拉着几盆花的。还听到卖家的呐喊声，10元、5元。真的太热闹了。我们也参与了其中。

我们在外面玩耍完了回到了家，各种香喷喷喜爱的饭菜都呈现在我们的眼前。怎么这么早开饭?爸爸回答道，是的，每年年三十晚都是早开饭的，图个吉利。吃完饭我们会一起聊天，一起看春晚，很不时的做了些游戏，让春节的晚上增添乐趣，不时的还有烟花跑上楼顶一声巨响，看这花瓣多美啊。

快乐的时光总是过得很快，我多希望每天都是春节啊!

我最喜欢的东西，那莫过于书了。在十二年里，他陪我走过风风雨雨，对我不离不弃。在我失落时，是他鼓励我，在我伤心时，是他开导我。在我孤单时，是他陪伴我。书，是我的良师益友。现在，我书架上已经摆满了书，在书的帮助下，我逐渐变得沉稳、成熟。在成长的道路上，没有书这个朋友，确实不行!

The 9th day of the 9th lunar month is the traditional Chongyang Festival, or Double Ninth Festival. It usually falls in October in the Gregorian calendar. In an ancient and mysterious book Yi Jing, or The Book of Changes, number 6 was thought to be of Yin character, meaning feminine or negative, while number 9 was thought to be Yang, meaning masculine or positive. So the number nine in both month and day create the Double Ninth Festival, or Chongyang Festival. Chong in Chinese means double. Also, as double ninth was pronounced the same as the word to signify forever, both are Jiu Jiu, the Chinese ancestors considered it an auspicious day worth celebration. That‘s why ancient Chinese began to celebrate this festival long time ago.

The custom of ascending a height to avoid epidemics was passed down from long time ago. Therefore, the Double Ninth Festival is also called Height Ascending Festival. The height people will reach is usually a mountain or a tower. Ancient literary figures have left many poems depicting the activity. Even today, people still swarm to famous or little known mountains on this day.

On this day, people will eat Double Ninth Gao (or Cake). In Chinese, gao (cake) has the same pronunciation with gao (height). People do so just to hope progress in everything they are engaged in. There is no fixed ways for the Double Ninth Cake, but super cakes will have as many as nine layers, looking like a tower.

The Double Ninth Festival is also a time when chrysanthemum blooms. China boasts diversified species of chrysanthemum and people have loved them since ancient times. So enjoying the flourishing chrysanthemum also becomes a key activity on this festival. Also, people will drink chrysanthemum wine. Women used to stick such a flower into their hair or hang its branches on windows or doors to avoid evilness.

In 1989, the Chinese government decided the Double Ninth Festival as Seniors‘ Day. Since then, all government units, organizations and streets communities will organize an autumn trip each year for those who have retired from their posts. At the waterside or on the mountains, the seniors will find themselves merged into nature. Younger generations will bring elder ones to suburban areas or send gifts to them on this day.

有些地方会往汩罗江里投粽子，这就是来源于屈原。屈原是二千多年前战国时期的一位伟大的诗人，有一次接到一个消息：有一位在楚国的很出名人去世了。屈原知道了，都划船过来打捞他的尸体，可是没有捞到。于是，他们就往汩罗江丢入米饭、蛋黄等剩菜，好让那些贪吃的鱼虾吃饱后就不用碰屈原了。老百姓还在木船上“咚咚咚，咚咚咚”地打鼓，吓走那些蛟龙。端午节的叫法特别多，有二十多种，如有端午节，端五节、重五节、天中节、夏节、五月节、蔳节、龙舟节、浴兰节、粽子节、午日节、女儿节、地腊节、诗人节、龙日等等。为了纪念屈原，一定要在端午节这天吃粽子。即使不喜欢吃，也不免吃一个吧！

粽子在春秋时期有两种。一种用菰叶（茭白叶）包黍成牛角的形状，叫“角黍”；另一种用竹筒米装米封闭好后烤熟它。这种就叫“筒粽”。我们今天最流行的“火腿粽子”，却出现在清代乾隆年间。

说了这么多，下面该说到我了！我很喜欢吃粽子，特别是爸爸从酒家带回来的。我吃了一个又一个，吃得津津有味，满手都是油，成了一个让人哈哈大笑的“小花手”。粽子里面还藏有乌黑的眉豆，吃起来香喷喷的。

Every year, Spring Festival makes me happy, because I can spend a long

holiday to stay with my families. On the New Year’s Eve, all the families got

together. We woke up early in the morning and then my mother started to purchase

some food to prepare the big dinner. I helped my mother to bring the food.

Before dinner, there was a tradition in my hometown. We needed to bring the

chicken to take a bow to our ancestors, showing our respect and gratitude. When

the dinner’s ready, we ate happily and talked a lot. Then at night, the families

中国现在变得越来越好，人们的物质生活也越来越来高，在一切都在变好的同时，人们的思想也发生了翻天覆地的改变。之前很多的一些传统都渐渐淡忘在人们的视野里。传统与现代发生了激烈的碰撞，一部分人认为不论如何传统依然是传统，不能改变，但也有一部分人认为时代在进步，传统也应该与时俱进。

在我看来，时代的进步，科技的发展，意味着国家正在走向美好的明天。但传统也不能忘却，一部分传统可以因为思想不一样而废除，但也有一部分传统，值得人们继续延续下去。

今天，老师为了明天的包汤圆活动，利用了一节课的时间，给我们讲了冬至的来历，冬至的传说，冬至的习俗和现代人如何过冬至，还有怎么做汤圆。

冬至的来历有很多种说法。根据史书记载，冬至源于汉代，盛于唐宋。《清嘉录》有“冬至大如年”之说，这表明古人对冬至十分重视。人们认为冬至是阴阳二气的自然转化。

关于冬至的传说是这样的：在江南水乡，有冬至之夜全家欢聚一堂共吃赤豆糯米饭的习俗。相传，共工氏有不才子，作恶多端，死于冬至这一天，死后变成疫鬼，继续残害百姓。但是，这个疫鬼最怕赤豆，于是，人们就在冬至这一天煮吃赤豆饭，用以驱避疫鬼，防灾祛病。讲完了这些，老师把我们分成了8个小队，我和杨晨曦、林朝植、黄颜翔、黄伟森和陈主杰分在了同一小队。

最后，老师给我们看了一个视频，这个视频告诉了我们怎么包汤圆，将面和好，馅做好，然后将面做成一个个小小的圆扁片，将馅放进去，收口，掐掉多余的一点，搓圆。

冬至，是我国农历中一个非常重要的传统节日，我真期待明天的到来，希望明天的DIY汤圆活动开展成功。

新年刚过不久，清明节不知不觉向我们走来。

今年清明节，我们一家要去老家给二姨扫墓。一路上，天上细雨蒙蒙，道路坑坑洼洼，脚上满是稀泥……如同我的二姨，一生坎坎坷坷，艰辛曲折。

我们来到墓碑前。爸爸用手轻轻擦拭着二姨的墓碑，灰尘从墓碑上滑落。我们每个人心情顿时沉重起来，纷纷落下泪水。一滴滴眼泪里，饱含着对二姨的深深思念。伫立墓碑前，我不禁回想起二姨以前的点点滴滴，有欢声，有笑语，有温馨，有甜蜜。二姨每次来我家后，冰箱里总会多了一些水果、零食……妈妈从包里掏出买来的蜡，把它点燃后，便开始烧钱了。此后，我们的泪水又一次洒落下来。“来，给二姨鞠躬。”爸爸喊道。我们一家三人并排一起，给二姨三鞠躬。“一鞠躬，愿二姨没有忧愁，没有顾虑；二鞠躬，愿二姨天天快快乐乐。三鞠躬……”我心里默默地祈祷。大家目不转睛地盯着亲人的墓碑，眼神掠过一丝忧伤。

去年端午节那天，我学会了包粽子。是妈妈教我的，我一学就会了，而且非常好吃。我开心得不得了。

首先，妈妈拿起粽叶，把叶子卷成三角锥形；然后开始放食料，在最底层放一勺糯米，在第二层放入一二颗枣子、肉丁等食品，最上层又放一点糯米；最后，再把叶子合拢。就大功告成了。

我目不转睛地看着妈妈的一举一动，似乎很好做。我便跃跃欲试起来，我一边学一边包，重复着妈妈的动作，也把叶子卷成三角锥形……过了一会儿，我也完成了。虽然第一个粽子并不美观，但那是我亲自完成的。妈妈直夸我“不错不错，再来一个”。于是，我又开始包第二个、第三个……包着包着，就越来越像妈妈包的了。我开心得手舞足蹈起来。

中午到了，粽子煮熟了。满屋子都飘着粽子香味。我迫不及待地夹起一个，撕开叶子，咬了一口，啊！真好吃啊。真是又软又糯，香甜可口。

这次端午节，过得可开心。

盼望已久的中秋节终于来临了。我爱中秋节，因为每当过中秋节家里人都会热热闹闹团聚在一起，也会有很多美食，所以对于我这小吃货来说是再好不过了，但是我最喜欢的还是香甜可口的月饼。

月饼的香味，一闻，就“口水直流三千尺”了。记得去年中秋节，家里人都在楼上赏月，我像只老鼠似的溜进客厅，偷偷拿了四个我最喜欢的蛋黄小月饼，三下五除二，就把它们塞进了我的肚子里，好像还没吃过瘾。准备再拿时，妈妈走了下来，她看到少了一半的月饼，笑着问：“宾宾，是你偷吃了吗?”我心里一慌，摇摇头。妈妈伸手擦了擦我的嘴巴。“你看还有月饼渣，好吃鬼!，吃多了会不消化的。”

糟糕，被识破了，三十六计走为上计，溜到门口，拍拍肚皮，我深呼了口气。哎，月饼好吃可不能贪吃呀，而妈妈则在一旁乐得直不起腰来。

我爱中秋节，爱吃香甜可口的月饼，爱月饼里那份幸福的味道。

“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂。”清明节时人们常常会吟诵这首诗歌，今天，让我来讲一讲我们家是怎么过清明节的吧！

今年清明节，我们去了大堰挖笋。在一座山中，那儿密密麻麻的都是竹子，有的笋已经破土而出，有的笋才刚刚拱动地皮，有的笋和我一样高了，还有的笋快成竹子了，我和大妈妈，哥哥，一起找一起挖。突然我意外地发现了一颗出土一点点的笋，于是，我们大家便使出九牛二虎之力把土弄松，就这样，第一颗笋便挖出来了。这颗笋还被爸爸啧啧称赞呢。

我们不仅挖了笋，还抓了小蝌蚪。一个圆圆的黑黑的脑袋，一条小巧玲珑的尾巴，凑成了那样可爱的，机灵的小蝌蚪。我们去姑婆家借了些工具，用来抓小蝌蚪，我们顺利地抓了好多好多的蝌蚪。

在我们童真童趣的心里，清明节一点儿也不忧伤，反而带着嘻嘻哈哈的愉快的心情度过的。我喜欢这个传统节日。

My hobbies

Different people have different hobbies， I often cycling to play with my classmates. It is especially good for health. It is good exercise.and its one of my hobbies,I enjoy reading very much.For reading books,I can get lots of knowledge from reading,and get a sense of the outside world,its wonderful.我的爱好

不同的人有不同的爱好。我经常骑自行车玩和同学一起玩。它特别对健康有好处。这是很好的锻炼。除此之外读书是我的另一个嗜好，我很喜欢读书。至于读书，我可以从中学到很多知识，并且对外面的世界有了了解，那真是太美好了。

每逢到了7月5日，我都高兴地一蹦三尺高，因为又要迎来我最喜欢的节日——侏罗纪世界节!

侏罗纪世界节，简称恐龙节，每年这一天，我们城市的政府都会用高价将《侏罗纪世界》电影主演请过来，为我们这些史前生物爱好者过这个节日。而我们这些爱好者，便会集合到城市中心地下史前广场和他一起过这个节日。

这一天，我早早起床，将背包里的东西倒出来，然后装满任何关于恐龙或有恐龙图案的东西，而且今天我穿上了每年只穿一天的野人恐龙爱好制服。(因为如果平时穿出去，别人会把你当疯子的!明白吗?)

到了地下史前广场，虽然这里的装饰是如此阴森，但对我们这些爱好者是欢乐的天堂，我走进儿童区，找到我的同伴，跟他们开始激动的聊天。

过了半小时，广场已经人山人海，声音如雷声一般响，这时，《侏罗纪世界》主演出现在讲台上，他高昂的噪音说：“恐龙爱好者们，真高兴你们能来这，今天们聚在这里，游玩所有地方，游览整个恐龙帝国，我的演讲至此结束，祝你们好运!”然后，响起一片热烈的掌声。

游览了恐龙帝国之后，我和朋友来玩我们最喜欢的项目：恐龙争霸赛。

我们选了三只恐龙，开始进入3D战区，开始战斗。

“战斗开始!”机器报音道，我的朋友骄傲地说到：“我的蚓螈可是克制你的霸王龙的!”我说：“那可不一定!”趁还在吹牛，借这个机会，我给他了一个龙甩尾，将他的蚓螈干掉了。

最后，我赢得了比赛，高兴地走出游戏区，一看时间不早了，我没办法，只好乖乖回家了!

以前的小朋友没有自由，一直被家长控制!但现在，有了这个节日，小朋友们可自由啦。里面有一个活动：创作恐龙。这个项目提高了小朋友的思维力，科技让人类更美好。

如今，侏罗纪世界节已成为人们心中神圣的节日，快乐的来源。

中国的传统节日丰富多彩，今天我就讲一讲中国的节日。

正月初一是春节，吃饺子，放鞭炮;正月十五元宵节，吃汤圆，赏花灯，猜灯谜;二十四节气中的清明节，是祭祖和扫墓的日子;八月十五中秋节，是家人团圆，一起吃团圆饭的日子……

我重点说一说春节吧!春节是一年中的第一个节日。人们就在自己家里先放炮竹后吃饺子。为什么要吃饺子呢?因为人们感觉冬天太冷了，中国人为了不让刺骨的寒风冻掉耳朵，就吃和耳朵长得很相似的食物——饺子。那为什么吃和耳朵相似的东西呢?可能是人们以为吃下去的“耳朵”可以当自己的脑袋上的那个耳朵的“备用品”。哈哈，你知道什么意思了吧!那又为什么要放炮竹呢?我听我爷爷说，古时候有一个怪兽，古人给他起了一个名字叫“年”，为什么呢?因为它只有过年时才来。“年”非常厉害，只要看见人就吃。人们又打不过它，只好躲在房子里。可是有一次过年，一个小女孩儿淘气的拿了一个炮竹出来了，“年”正好看见她，就想扑过来吃了这个女孩儿，这个女孩儿因为紧张而不小心点燃了炮竹，又不自主的向“年”丢去，只见“年”打了一个冷颤，等炮竹爆炸了，“年”就吓得后退了几十丈远。一会儿“年”又回来了，旁边的人把这一幕看在眼里就都放起炮竹来，把“年”吓的飞跑出去，所以以后只要过年就会放炮竹。

中国传统节日就是这么丰富。咦!你们有没有发现中国的每一个节日都少不了吃?
