忽然，背后传来“我猜对了，我猜对了!”的声音。我扭头一看，原来是工商银行的门口挂着五颜六色的纸条。灯谜?猜灯谜不是我的拿手好戏吗?我为什么不去显显身手?我赶紧挤进去选了这样一条谜语:“一旦有心便能持久。”我想:“一”和“旦”可组成一个字，是什么字?当我念到“有心”时灵机一动:“心”不正是“忄”，与“一旦”结合不就成了“恒”字?“恒”不就是持久的意思?果然不出我所料，我猜对了。这下更增添了我的信心，我连续猜对了好多谜语哩!猜谜语真有意思，它不但让我增长了知识，而且还锻炼了我运用知识的能力。

不知过了多长时间，街上的游人渐渐少了，爸妈催我快点回家，我才依依不舍地离开了商业街。抬头望天空，月亮好亮啊!它似乎正微笑着向我招手，仿佛和我一起陶醉在节日的无限欢乐之中。

星期天的早上，作文辅导班举行了一次包粽子大赛。

我一进教室就看见了一大堆材料，有粽叶，糯米，还有蜜枣……让我看的眼花缭乱。

老师给我们示范的一遍。我默记着老师的步骤。首先拿起青青的粽叶，对折一下，再把糯米放到了这个漏斗型的小洞洞里面，然后再放甜甜的蜜枣，最后用早已撕好的粽叶把粽子较大的一头捆起来。老师讲得轻松，我也觉得包粽子小菜一碟！

终于轮到我了，我拿起勺子就舀了满满的一勺米，放在漏斗型的粽叶里，可是糯米很不听话，直往外流，原来米放多了。粽子就像胀开了肚子的皮球！第二次我又把米放少了，他又像一个漏了气的气球，第三次我吸取了之前的教训小心翼翼地去包，终于一个可爱的粽子出现在我的眼前，我开心极了。

这真是开心的一天啊！

春节是我国最隆重的传统节日。

大年三十这一天，我早早的起了床，穿上了新买的衣服，和爸爸妈妈弟弟妹妹一起去超市买东西。只见满大街的人们都穿上了节日的盛装，脸上都挂满了喜气洋洋的笑容。

商店里到处张灯结彩，还挂着红红的灯笼，大门口张贴着大红色对联、金牛、门神、到福的图片，购物的人群把超市里挤得水泄不通。我们也加入了购物的人群里，买了各式各样的好吃的零食，有：旺旺大礼包、巧克力、饮料、开心果、核桃、饼干、牛肉干……太多了，可把我乐坏了!

晚上，我们一家人围坐在一起吃着丰盛的年夜饭。有：麻婆豆腐、清蒸鲈鱼、香酥鸡腿、红烧肉、手撕鸡……，还有我最爱吃的烧烤和窑鸡，真是美味极了!开开心心吃完年夜饭后我们一家人坐在柔软的沙发上观看中央电视台直播的春节联欢晚会，其中有的小品特别搞笑，把我们都笑的人仰马翻，在不知不觉中__年的钟声敲响了，震耳欲聋的鞭炮声响彻了神州大地，绚丽的烟花像鲜花一样在天空中绽放，把茫茫的黑夜映照得如同白昼一般。

大年初一早上，我就被鞭炮声“叫醒”，原来是大家在“迎财神”!

过春节真热闹又开心，还能收到许多的礼物和祝福，最让我开心的是还收到了许多的大红包，所以春节是我最喜欢的节日。

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure.

It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to

accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that

they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once

we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy.

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

Music is part of our life, nearly everybody will listen to the music, no

matter what nation they are from. Music is divided into many types, such as the

blues, the country music, the rock and roll. Once blues belonged to the black

people, but as time went by, music is accepted by all classes. People always

share the hottest songs together, just like they can communicate. Once in the

foreign country, I had dinner in a restaurant, where there had the singers.

People enjoyed the music when they were eating. At this moment, it was music

that brought people together, and they share the same emotion.

我回答道：“恩，是的。我的新年愿望就是祝愿大家在新的一年里工作顺利，学业进步，每天开开心心的。”全家人都笑了。

The 9th day of the 9th lunar month is the traditional Chongyang Festival, or Double Ninth Festival. It usually falls in October in the Gregorian calendar. In an ancient and mysterious book Yi Jing, or The Book of Changes, number 6 was thought to be of Yin character, meaning feminine or negative, while number 9 was thought to be Yang, meaning masculine or positive. So the number nine in both month and day create the Double Ninth Festival, or Chongyang Festival. Chong in Chinese means double. Also, as double ninth was pronounced the same as the word to signify forever, both are Jiu Jiu, the Chinese ancestors considered it an auspicious day worth celebration. That‘s why ancient Chinese began to celebrate this festival long time ago.

The custom of ascending a height to avoid epidemics was passed down from long time ago. Therefore, the Double Ninth Festival is also called Height Ascending Festival. The height people will reach is usually a mountain or a tower. Ancient literary figures have left many poems depicting the activity. Even today, people still swarm to famous or little known mountains on this day.

On this day, people will eat Double Ninth Gao (or Cake). In Chinese, gao (cake) has the same pronunciation with gao (height). People do so just to hope progress in everything they are engaged in. There is no fixed ways for the Double Ninth Cake, but super cakes will have as many as nine layers, looking like a tower.

The Double Ninth Festival is also a time when chrysanthemum blooms. China boasts diversified species of chrysanthemum and people have loved them since ancient times. So enjoying the flourishing chrysanthemum also becomes a key activity on this festival. Also, people will drink chrysanthemum wine. Women used to stick such a flower into their hair or hang its branches on windows or doors to avoid evilness.

In 1989, the Chinese government decided the Double Ninth Festival as Seniors‘ Day. Since then, all government units, organizations and streets communities will organize an autumn trip each year for those who have retired from their posts. At the waterside or on the mountains, the seniors will find themselves merged into nature. Younger generations will bring elder ones to suburban areas or send gifts to them on this day.

我的任务开始了，我看了看说：“往左一点。”老爸便把对联往左动了一点，“上面歪了，往左一点”，我指着上面说。老爸把上下联贴好了，还有一个横联，我灵机一动，“坏心计”上来了。“上面一点，不不不，下面一点。”我指挥到，老爸照做。“往左一点。”看出老爸有点不耐烦了。我继续说道，“下下下，往上面，不不不左，哦不不右。”老爸听了说：“你耍我呢?”“对啊。”我说完便笑哈哈地跑下楼了，老爸下楼来逮住了我。最后还是在老妈的指导下，我们三人成功地贴好了对联。

春节这个喜庆而快乐的日子，每个人都盼望新的一年的到来。

元宵节

农历正月十五是元宵节

今天卢老师说：“下午家委的叔叔阿姨会来教我们包饺子、做汤圆。”我非常激动，因为我妈妈也会来。转眼间下午到了，我像一只兔子一样跳也跳不停，我非常高兴。叔叔阿姨在课桌上铺了一层薄膜纸，给我们发手套，还给我们发包饺子的材料。开始学包饺子了，妈妈教我学包元宝饺子，我用笨笨的小手认认真真地学包饺子。曹老师和家长们辛苦地煮饺子，热腾腾的饺子出炉了，我像一只贪吃的小猪一样吃也吃不停，真是太好吃了！我开心的说：“妈妈，您辛苦了！请吃。”我和妈妈一人一半吃着香喷喷的饺子。这时，有的同学享受着吃饺子，我和部分同学开始学做汤圆。妈妈教我做汤圆，首先把面团搓圆压扁、再放花生馅，然后包住馅搓圆，这样大功告成了。一开始我把馅露出来了，慢慢的，我做出了一个完美的汤圆，这次我也有给妈妈品尝了我们做的汤圆。我看见曹老师和卢老师在忙碌没有吃，都在照顾我们，我想对你们说：“谢谢！”我也要谢谢叔叔阿姨和妈妈教我们做饺子和汤圆，辛苦了！

我学着奶奶认认真真地包起来。我先将2片粽叶交叉成“十”字，再将“十“字的4个端点到中间那一点的四段竖起来，又将一勺米放在中间，接着把粽叶包成菱形，再用一根绳子围着粽子绕，把它“绑起来”。大功告成了!可不一会儿米就从粽叶的缝隙里逃了出来，我又试了四次，也没有成功，第六次的时候，奶奶手把手地教我，我终于成功了，兴奋得手舞足蹈。接着我又包了圆形和正方形的粽子。我小心翼翼地把他们放进蒸笼里。

过了半小时后我听到奶奶大喊了一声：“吃粽子啦!”我便一个箭步跑去，一眼认出我包的正方形粽子，打开粽叶，出现在我眼前的是“白玉”做的魔方，糯米的醇香伴着粽叶的清香扑来，咬上一口，甜甜的，香香的，软软的，入口即化，真美味!

我又从蒸笼里拿出了一个尖粽子递给奶奶说：“奶奶您幸苦了!”奶奶接过粽子，笑了，我心里美滋滋的。

这怎能不是一个令人难忘的浓情端午节呢?有香甜的粽子，有浓浓的亲情，我怎么不喜欢它呢?

桌子上的月饼可真多!我最喜欢的是蛋黄月饼，看着小小的月饼，如此的精致，竟有点不舍得吃了。我迫不及待地一口咬下去，只觉得软糯可口，有点淡淡的咸味，更多的是蛋黄的浓香，那么的美味，让人欲罢不能。

那天的月亮真圆，淡黄的月光洒在桌面上，真美丽啊!

Mid-autumn Festival is a popular and important lunar harvest festival

celebrated by Chinese people. The festival is held on the 15thday of the eighth

month in the Chinese calendar. There are some traditions in this holiday. For

example, people would have a big dinner with their families. After dinner, they

often enjoy the full moon which is round and bright. The other tradition of

mid-autumn festival is eating moon cake. Moon cake is the essential of that day,

which means reunion. As time goes by, there are various kinds of moon cakes, but

they are much more expensive than before. I like mid-autumn festival because my

families will get together and have a big dinner on that day.

随着科技的迅速发展，有一些传统在无形之中慢慢淡化在人们的行为之中……

今年的春节与以往格外不一样，因为疫情的传播迅速，使今年的春节变得非比寻常，所以在这个春节中，我和父母的交流也变得频繁起来。

在与父亲的交流中，我了解到我父亲那边取名字的传统。只要是兄弟，姐弟，姐妹，名字中除了姓以外的第一个字都一样。比如说我父亲叫少云，我大伯叫少锋，另一个大伯叫少平，还有一个大伯叫少华。我的小爷爷给他们起名字时不仅是希望我父亲他们都和睦相处，相亲相爱，而且还有更深一层的含义。我老家所在的村叫华坪村，而我父亲那三个兄弟，他们四个名字的最后一个字连起来谐音是“华坪风云”，代表了我小爷爷对我父亲他们寄予厚望。到我这里，我父亲生了我和我弟，我亲大伯也生了一女一儿，所以一开始他们取名字也延续了我们家取名字的传统。我姐姐叫思易，我叫思盈，我堂弟叫思远，我亲弟叫思耀。但随着科技的不断进步，人们的物质生活在不断提高的同时，人们的精神生活却在下降。人们有了新的想法，我姐姐的外公觉得那些名字不好听，所以给我姐和我堂弟改了名字。

中国现在变得越来越好，人们的物质生活也越来越来高，在一切都在变好的同时，人们的思想也发生了翻天覆地的改变。之前很多的一些传统都渐渐淡忘在人们的视野里。传统与现代发生了激烈的碰撞，一部分人认为不论如何传统依然是传统，不能改变，但也有一部分人认为时代在进步，传统也应该与时俱进。

在我看来，时代的进步，科技的发展，意味着国家正在走向美好的明天。但传统也不能忘却，一部分传统可以因为思想不一样而废除，但也有一部分传统，值得人们继续延续下去。

传统与现代的碰撞，正是证实了我们国家的进步与人类的进步。

关于春节的风俗习惯还有很多很多，它既是传统节日，也是传统文化。 There are many customs and habits about the Spring Festival. It is both a traditional festival and a traditional culture.

“爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。”一阵阵鞭炮声响起，迎来了我盼望已久的春节。早上，吃完饭，爸爸妈妈要带我去拜访亲戚，我迫不及待地拿出新衣服要穿时，妈妈看见了衣服上的商标还在，于是拿来剪刀正要剪时，我连忙叫住：“妈妈，过年时不能用剪刀，免得惹来口舌之争。”妈妈恍然大悟，马上放下剪刀，用手扯下了商标。

过年的习俗还不止这些，还有：大年初一不扫地，怕把财运扫走;不倒水，以免把财运倒了。可真是有趣的风俗。

春节到了，家家户户喜气洋洋，团团圆圆。春节有许多习俗，比如：贴春联，放鞭炮，吃饺子等等。让我们一起来了解了解它们吧!

贴门神这是几乎家家户户过年都要做的，关于贴门神还有一段有趣的神话传说：相传在古时候，有位龙王总想偷吃玉帝的贡品，玉帝发现后狠狠地惩罚了它，可龙王依然屡教不改，于是，玉帝让两位身强力壮的天神看守大门，不让龙王再来捣乱。可是两位天神和我们一样要睡觉休息。于是玉帝想了一个好办法，把两位天神的画像贴在门上，从此贴门神的习俗就这样代代流传。

在我国的闽南有一种习俗，就是吃饺子，饺子的谐音即“交子”，表达了人们对更岁交子，对新的一年吉祥富裕的一种渴望。而南方人则喜欢在大年的早晨吃汤圆，意味着我们在新的一年里圆圆满满，团团圆圆。人们还喜欢把一种叫“荠菜”的蔬菜和汤圆一块吃，“荠菜”有被称作“聚财”意喻在新的一年招财进宝，心想事成。

春节里，我们更少不了要放鞭炮来活跃一下春节时欢欢喜喜的气氛了。放鞭炮在民间还有一个传说：相传在远古的时侯，有一只叫“年”的怪兽，每到春节的时候就出来吓唬人，于是人们就想了个办法，用竹筒点燃扔向它，竹筒爆炸后发出很大的声响，吓走了年兽，放鞭炮的习俗就这样流传下来了。

春节的习俗还有很多很多，它丰富了我们的知识，拉近了人们的距离。它是中华民族的优良传统，让我们一起去了解它们吧!

端午节是我国的传统节日，每当到这个时候，各家各户都会把准备好的粽叶和糯米拿出来包粽子。关于端午节还有一个故事呢！

据说，楚王听信别人的谣言，连续多次放流著名的爱国诗人屈原。屈原对自己的国家失去了希望，便投河自杀。因为当时屈原很有名气，所以许多百姓划船来救，可是怎么也找不到屈原的尸体。百姓们怕河里的鱼吃了屈原的尸体，便从家里拿来米团，投入河中，渐渐地就演变成了我们所知道的端午节。

端午节那天，我和妈妈来到奶奶家，“新鲜的粽子来喽！”只听奶奶这么一吆喝，我和妈妈顿时来了食欲，粽子的形状各式各样，有三角形的，有长方形的等等，还有一些我说不出是什么形状的。不仅粽子的外观千奇百怪，粽子里面包的东西也多得五花八门，有腊肉，有鸭蛋黄，有绿豆，有红豆……每个粽子都香气逼人，让人看见了就有一种迫不及待的想马上咬一口的感觉。我刚吃完一口，情不自禁地说道：“好吃，太好吃了！”吃完粽子，我们打开电视，啊！上面正播放着赛龙舟时的场景，那热闹的画面紧紧地吸引着我，我们为胜利的队伍喝彩和鼓掌。

过端午节还要吃五黄：咸蛋黄，黄鳝，雄黄酒，黄瓜和黄豆。听妈妈说吃了五黄就会岁岁平安。
