压力不一定都是坏的，也有一些是好的。以我们班上的规定为例：不用功的学生没改完作业就不能下课，因为这个压力，让这些人伤透了脑筋，最后他们终于决定把作业改完，也获得真正的学习，不再找借口偷懒。所以压力常常会督促着我们勇往直前。

大大小小的压力存在我们的生活当中，我们应该适当的调适心情，把压力化为助力，这样才能让生活变得多采多姿。

1、针对自己的薄弱学科的学习态度、学习方法、学习目标进行反思，调整。

2、在家长的指导下，写好自己切实可行的暑假生活、学习计划。(安排好每天复习进度的明细内容)

3、把练习卷上做正确的题目进行整理，确认自己已经掌握了哪些知识，具备了哪些运用能力，树立自己对本学科的信心。

4、把练习卷上做错的题目进行整理、抄录，打开教科书，逐题进行分析，找到错误的关键之处，进行认真的订正后，再到教材上找到相关类型的题目，进行练习、强化。(尽可能用自己的力量解决问题)

5、遇到无法解决的困难，按教科书的学习顺序进行梳理罗列。了解自己学习问题的共性薄弱点，然后可以请老师一起帮助解决。

6、每周二次带着学科的不懂之处和老师一起分析、解决问题。回家后运用老师解决问题的方法进行自我强化练习，填补自己的学习漏洞。(这一点必须按照教材由浅入深的学习顺序，切不可东一榔头西一棒的无序)

7、每次完成习题的订正，将错题订正的全过程，牢牢地记在脑海里(背出)，渐渐地形成解题方法的量的积累。

8、一星期打两次球，游三次泳，增加运动，提高体能。(也可以听音乐等，做自己有兴趣的事)

9、一星期跟着父母学做两次家常菜，如炒茄子，蒸鱼之类，再做一些力所能及的家务。

to me ,the most interesting subject is english.but i find studying english

is very difficult.so if you ask which subject is the most difficult to me.my

answer will be english.now i am a student,everyday i have more than one english

My summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable. I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays. It is very beautiful there. on decreasing the rate of car’s increase. Those who have a plan to buy a car

lot of people can use public transportation instead of private cars, the air

quality will not be so rotten. In addition, taxing for private car is also a

warning of environment protection. The notion of environment protection will be

brought to public again and an increasing number of people will be awake to the

importance of air protection and environment protection and make effort to

My Favourite detective

In the world of detective novels, Sherlock Holmes is undoubtedly the most

famous one. But for me, the greatest detective in novels is Hercule Poirot, a

little Belgian who always uses his little grey cells to find the truth.

I really appreciate him for various reasons, such as his having an insight

into other peoples psychology, his understanding on hunman nature and his being

merciful. But most improtant thing is that he looks more like a real human

being, compared with Holmes or other legend detectives. He has such a funny

appearance, an egg-shaped head and exaggerated moustache . He enjoys delicious

cuisine and focuses on his own dressing. He is always humor and likes to mock

himself. he prefers to stay with young peole for being attracted by their vigor

整个车厢里都装满滚烫的心，装满了思乡的心。现在他们都似乎抛开了平日的灯红酒绿，脱去了一层层的“外壳”，怀着一颗赤子之心接受来自故乡的召唤。

此时，有一对上了年纪的夫妇坐到了我们的对面。他们谈笑着。忽然，那老婆婆问我：“小姑娘，你们这是去哪儿啊？”“我们回老家，奶奶，您呢？”

“我们啊，呵呵呵??上了年纪喽，想回家看看。我的老头子啊，生了病了，医生说，活不了多久了。他脾气倔，就是不治疗，想趁着活着的时候，再回来看看，看看我们的家，我们相识的地方，还有我们成亲的地方??”这时候，那位奶奶也像小姑娘一样红了脸。让我们不禁感动起来。不仅是感动爱情的伟大，也是感动他们对故乡的真情。

过了大概二十几个小时后，我们才看到属于故乡的面貌：一望无际的麦田，群峦叠翠，几栋矮房子，正好赶上饭点，烟囱里冒出了阵阵炊烟。而夕阳把这一切镀上了温暖的色彩：或鲜红，或金黄，或亮橙??朦胧中有一层恬淡闲适的感觉。一切都是本来的样子，不施脂粉，没有城市的霓虹闪烁，灯火阑珊，却有朴实自然的生活。隔着车窗，都能呼吸到不一样的气息。

下了火车后，我迫不及待地坐上了回乡的大巴，下车后，扑面而来的清爽的凉风让我无限轻松。

大姑把我抱起，哥哥姐姐们陪我一起玩耍。亲戚们为我接风洗尘。大家点起鞭炮，劈啪作响，光亮映照着每个人的脸，红彤彤的，幸福的。在灯火中，归乡的感动让我真真切切地体会到：我回家了！

在一个瓜果飘香的秋季，我们告别了母校，迎来了初中的生活。而初中生活的第一课就是军训。

军训这一课是磨炼意志和思想的一课，从站军姿到齐步走，跑步走，都给了我们人生的启示和感想。

第一天我们就学习了站军姿，抬头挺胸，双手紧贴裤缝线，两脚的脚后跟并拢，脚尖分开60度角。一开始我们很兴奋，自然做的也很认真，很正确。可过了一会儿，虽说太阳不太大，但是我们还是一个个动来动去，扭来扭去，像一个个小蚯蚓。教官见我们“新官上任三把火”就赶紧喊起了口令，让我们站好，不许动。站了10分钟的军姿，我们个个都腰酸腿疼，就更别说说话了，有的同学不顾三七二十一一屁股坐了下来，有的同学像豹子一样跑去喝水。一天下来，我们的军姿也站的差不多了，也便一次站的比一次轻松，回家也迫不及待的展示给父母看，仿佛我们都是一个个小军人。

后来我们又学习了稍息立正，停止间转法，齐步走，跑步走……5天我们学习了很多东西，似乎我们真的成了一名既能做好训练，又能守纪律的军人。时间如流水般流去，五天的军训转眼就成了回忆。我们要和与我们一起训练的教官分别了，心里充满了不舍。军训很辛苦，辛苦得有收获，辛苦得有意义，辛苦得让人难忘。难忘我们军训时的挥汗如雨，难忘训练时严厉的教官和我们开玩笑时的样子，难忘在最后一天会操时我们的卖力表演，最后依依不舍的分别。

可是我们终于成功的完成了5天的军训，过的快乐而又充实。军训告诉我们：世上无难事，只怕有心人，只要认真对待困难，我们就永远不会倒下。

初一:飘落的樱花

一、以形式主语it引导的句型。

句型1. It happened(chanced) that +clause. = sb. happened /chanced sth. = sb. did sth. by chance. 如：

It happened that he was out when I got there. 当我到那儿时，碰巧他不在。

句型2、It seems that sb. do/ be doing/ have done/ had done= Sb. seems to do/ be doing/ have done/ had done 如：(还有动词appear可这样使用)

It seemed that he had been to Beijing before.好象你以去过北京。

二、定语从句：

句型1、由as引导的非限定性的定语从句。如：

As we have known, he is a most good student.众所周知，他是个很好的学生。

句型2、由which引导的非限定性的定语从句。如：

He is a professor, which I have been looking forward to becoming.

他是个教授，那是我一直盼望的职业。(因为先行词professor是表示职业的名词，因此引导词用which，而不用who。(注意：关于which和as之间的比较请看语法的定语从句部分。)

三、让步状语从句

句型1、No matter what / which / who / where / when /

whose+从句，+主句。注意从句中的时态一般情况用一般现在时态。如：

No matter what you do, you must do it well.

四、条件状语从句

句型1、When / So long as / As long as / Once +从句，+主句。(从句也可以放在主句之后。)如：

As long as you give me some money, I will let you go.只要你给我一些钱，我就让你走。

句型2、主句+on condition that+从句。如：

I will go with you on condition that you give me some money.我和你一起去的条件是你给我一些钱。

句型3、主句+unless+从句.(注意：由于unless本身是否定词，所引导的从句的谓语动词用肯定。)如：

I will go there tomorrow unless it rains.我明天去那儿除非下雨。

五、原因状语从句

句型1、主句+in case+从句。(in case表示以免)如：

I will take my raincoat in case it rains.我要把雨衣带上以免下雨。

句型2、主句+due to / because of / owning to / + the fact that +从句。如：

He did not come to school because of the fact that he was

ill.由于他有病了，所以没有来上学。

六、时间状语从句

句型1、When / While / As +从句，+主句。(关于它们之间的区别请看语法。)如：

When I was in the country, I used to carry some water for you.当我在农村时，我常常给你打水。

句型2、主句+after / before +从句. 如：

They hadn’t been married four months before they were

devoiced.他们绘结婚不到四个月就离婚了。

We went home after we had finished the work.我们做完此工作就回家了。

七地点状语从句

句型1、Where +从句，+主句. 如：

Where there is no rain, farming is difficult or impossible.哪里没有雨水，种庄稼是很难的或者是不可能的。

句型2、Anywhere / wherever+从句，+主句. 如：

Anywhere I go, my wife goes too.无论我去哪儿，我的妻子也去哪儿。

八、目的状语从句

句型1、主句+in order that / so that +从句.如：www.yingyuzuowen.cn

I got up early in order that I could catch the first bus.我起得很早，以便能赶上早班车。

九、结果状语从句

句型1、主句+so that+从句. 如：

It was very cold, so that the river froze.天气很冷，因此河水结冰了。

句型2、So+形容词/ 副词+特定动词+主语+…+that+从句.

So interesting is this book that I would like to read it again.这本书那么有趣，我想再读一遍。

十、比较状语从句

句型1、The +形容词比较级……，(主句)the +形容词比较级+……如：

The sooner you do it, the better it will be.越早越好。

句型2、主语+谓语+as +形容词原级+as +被比较的对象. 如：

He is as busy as a bee.他非常忙。
