How To Protect Our EyesOur eyes is very important.We can see many beautiful

things with our eyes.Without eyes the life will get dark.So we must protect our

我们来到逢源饮料厂，逢源饮料厂的负责人先带领我们去车间、参观一下，啊!车间真大。工人正在紧张地忙于生产，一个叔叔来给我们介绍逢源饮料厂的情况，我们都在认真地听。接着，我们又参观了仓库，哇，仓库也好大呀!叔叔还拿了一些饮料分给我们喝，一人一瓶。最后，我们又排着整齐的队伍回到了学校。今天，我们玩得真高兴!

今年大年初一，天还没亮，我和爸爸、妈妈就乘飞机到中国最大的城市——上海游玩，我们在这个美丽、繁华的大都市里愉快地度过了新年的第一天。

首先，我们来到上海新区陆家嘴，游览上海最著名风景点——东方明珠电视塔。我站在广场上抬头仰望，啊，东方明珠电视塔真高!我心想：站在塔顶往下看，人不成蚂蚁了吗?真有趣。东方明珠电视塔高468米，是亚洲第一、世界第三高塔，是一个“巨人”。它有三根又长又粗的柱子，就象三条粗壮有力的手臂，托着11个大小不一、高低错落的球体，末端插入云霄。中间有两个球体特别巨大，是主观光层，外围是红色的玻璃幕墙，在阳光的照耀下，红光闪闪，宛如两颗巨大的红宝石，晶莹夺目。我们随着观光人群乘电梯到了263米的主观光层，在大厅里转了一圈，黄浦江两岸的美景尽收眼底，大饱眼福。我往上一看，哇，我们成“孙悟空”，快进入云层了。我真佩服上海的建筑工人们，他们的技艺是多么高啊!

接着，我们来到上海老城区最热闹的地方——城隍庙。城隍庙张灯结彩、人山人海，热闹极了。我看到城隍庙里挂着一副对联：“新年无事快逍遥，行过园中九曲桥。忽听儿童齐拍手，谁家鹞子半天遥。”念完之后，我乐呵呵地拍了拍手，“咔嚓”一声，爸爸用相机把我和妈妈定格在这欢乐的景致中。不知不觉地，我们走到了城隍庙的中心——黄金广场。只见一棵参天大树，树干粗壮，枝叶繁茂，枝头挂满了金灿灿的彩条和红艳艳的灯笼，人们把这树叫“吉祥树”，象征着吉祥如意、好兆头。游客们纷纷将手中刚买的火红的好运结抛向枝头，双手作揖，在树下许愿，祈祷来年好运。我和爸爸、妈妈也抛了好运结，许下了美好的心愿。

一天很快就过去了，我们要离开上海，我恋恋不舍地向上海告别：“再见，美丽的上海!”

Thanksgiving, or Thanksgiving Day, is coming. Its a traditional North

American holiday,and is a form of harvest festival. In the United States, the

fourth Thursday in November is called Thanksgiving Day. Thanksgiving was about

the Pilgrims, the first settlers in America. They shared the first harvest with

the Indians and gave thanks.

Thanksgiving Day is usually a family day. People always celebrate with big

dinners and happy reunions. Pumpkin pie and Indian pudding are traditional

Thanksgiving desserts. Relatives from other cities, students who have been away

at school, and many other Americans travel a long distance to spend the holiday

今天，是见实习的最后一天了。

整个见实习过程中有收获、但也必有疑惑，目前这两点问题一直困扰着我：

（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

寒假里，我和大姑他们去了北京游玩，一路上别提有多兴奋了，我们跟着旅游团去参观了许多著名的景点，例如：天安门、金碧辉煌的故宫、气势雄伟的长城、水立方还有鸟巢等这些著名的景点。每天的旅程都让人既激动又疲惫。其中，最让我印象深刻的是故宫和主席纪念堂。

故宫有四扇门，其中东边的是东华门，西边的是西华门，南边的是午门，北边的是神式门。走进午门，并走过金水桥，再穿过太和门，便走到故宫里最大的宫殿——太和殿。我从门口望去，首先映入眼帘的是一把巨大的龙椅。哇哦!难道这就是古代皇帝坐的椅子吗?看起来金光闪闪的，我不由在心里感慨起来，里面的摆设也跟古装剧里的一模一样。接着，我们又来到了中和殿，中和殿就是皇帝休息的地方了。中和殿后面就是保和殿，然后我们又陆续参观了乾清宫，御花园……

故宫让人留连忘返，主席纪念堂也同样令人神往，自开放以来，每天都有许许多多的世界各地的人来参观，我们排了好久的队才进了纪念堂。来到主席的纪念堂，登上台阶，一眼就望见“主席纪念堂”几个大字，进入大堂，就看见一座巨大的主席的雕像，前面有个献花的地方，是专门用来给游客献花的。走过大厅，我们来到了主席的水晶棺前，只见主席躺在水晶馆里，身上盖着党旗，鲜花一盆盆的放置在水晶棺周围。

不一会儿，我们就走出了纪念堂，我一边走一边想：唉!我们能有今天的美好生活，那都要多亏了那些革命先辈，都是革命先辈用他们珍贵的生命和鲜血换来的。所以，我们一定要珍惜现在的美好生活，努力去创造属于我们的美好未来。

今天清晨，天暗暗的，我迷迷糊糊地睁开了眼。我很激动，因为今天我要去猛洞河漂流了，猛洞河号称“天下第一漂”。

猛洞河全长17公里。可能是雨天河水很急，漂流的人比较少，我们船上一共才6人就出发了。刚开始，水流很缓慢，船稳稳的行驶着，我心想原来猛洞河漂流也不过如此，就在这时水流突然急了起来，河面上露出一块块暗礁。

我们到了的险滩“雷公滩”那里，水流湍急，成片怪石浮在河上，船忽然抖动起来，我抓紧了船上的带子，艄公技术不错，灵巧的躲过了暗礁冲了出去，我们从山谷中顺流而下，山峰挺拔，山上的流水形成了无数的瀑布，之后我们经过了

“金龙门”、“奈何桥”等险滩。

我正在欣赏着风景。忽然被一阵喧哗声打破了，我定睛一瞧，原来已经到岸了。

啊!猛洞河的风景真让人难忘。

Dreams and Reality

When we talk about dreams, we are so excited, we have many dreams, such as

being a famous person, traveling around the world and so on.

Dreams are what we pursue for a lifetime, with many dreams, we have

motivation to fight for our life. The opposite side of dream is reality, we have

to face reality everyday, reality is what we perceive in our life.

Reality always frustrates us to be successful. We need to balance them.

First, we need to face reality, though it is not ideal, we live in a world, we

have to know exactly who we are. Second, to make our dreams come true, we need

to adjust our dreams according to the reality。

I went to my new house to my room. It is very big and beatiful. I will use

a blue wardrobe and a blue bookcase. I saw a big bed and there was a blue sheet

on it, I really liked them, because my favorite color is blue. But my desk was

brown. In fact, I like brown, too. And there were many pet dogs and pet bears.

They were cute, really eute. I loved them very much.

The Yellow Mountain is one of the most famous mountains in China . It lies in the south of Anhui . Every year thousands of Chinese and foreigners pay a visit there . Its not far from here . It takes you about three hours to get there by bus . You can also go there by train or by plane . While you are climbing the mountain ， you can enjoy the sea of clouds ， wondrous pines and unique rocks around you . In the early morning when the sun rises ， the sky looks very beautiful . Its really a nice place to visit .

“-二一，一二一”，你听这是什么声音?呵!原来这是我们大脚板假日小队的队员正迈着整齐的步伐，高喊着口令，走向浙江大学呢。不用说，这次活动一定是参观“浙江大学”了。

一到浙江大学，我就被眼前的美丽景色所迷住了。一条又平又宽的大道两旁，整齐地放着一排齐唰唰的自行车，人行道上种着许许多多的小树，真像一条天上落下来的马路。接着往里走，我们又来到学生住的宿舍，那里的房子简直和别墅没什么两样的，学生宿舍里不仅有住房，而且还有大型的图书馆，开放的大超市，翠玉般的草地等……-行政楼就更不用说了，一眼望去有三、四十个大办公室呢。行政处的花园就更是漂亮了!地上，铺着光滑又美丽的鹅卵石，走在上面一弓一弓的，非常有趣。还有树、喷水池、竹子、石板等，我就不一一介绍了。

最后，我们又来到了他们的体育馆，呵!那里正在举行一场十分激烈的篮球大赛呢。

我们还参观了教学楼，总务处，电脑室等……

参观完了浙江大学，我们恋恋不舍地离去了。我以后长大要是考进这所大学那多好啊!从今以后我要更加努力学习，实现自己的梦想。

Today, I got up at 8:00 at usual. And I have a busy day. In the morning, I

studied for two hours. And then my father told me to visit my uncle with him. We

took something to him and had lunch at his home. We went home at 14:00. When we

got home, my mother was cleaning our home, so my father and I helped her. I

cleaned my room. It was a little dirty. After that, we went to the supermarket.

I bought some snacks. I was tired today.

This morning,i woke up with a start: my clock was alarming. unwillingly

opened my eyes, i found it was 6:30 already.nevertheless, the room was very

gloomy, for it was raining outside. what a cold day! how comfortable it would be

if i could stay in bed for the whole day, reading a favourite book in the sound

of rain. but, i did have to go to work.

Though it was a rush hour, on the way, there were fewer people than usual.

many people arduously held an umbrella which was always blown down by a blast of

wind.fortunately , i was dressed in a raincoat. several yards away, a policeman

was guiding the traffic in the rain. i was filled with deep esteem for his

seriousness.i kept thinking of todays plan for a short while and,then,i was in

my office. a busy day is beginning …

Today, I opened my free forum and I was very happy because I could do a lot

of things there. I decided to upgrade my forum and make it interesting. Then I

will make it grow up and at the same time, I can write down what I want to say

there. I will be very happy.
