As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story.

In 2002, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.

When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error.

Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let’s be honest people of good moral character.

Breakfast is of great importance. Scientific reports show that a good breakfast helps one to get enough energy for the whole days work. Since you havent eaten anything for about 12 hours, breakfast is essential and it should be light and less greasy. 世界上没有人是完美的，像我，常常忘东忘西。因此有时候，我会想成为一个完美无缺的人，可是，每个人都有缺点，所以这是个难以实现的心愿，但是，天生我材必有用，所以将来我一定会成为一个有用的人。

每个人都有缺点和优点，而我的优点是有许多朋友; 缺点是哭点很低。对我而言，缺点就像缠人的壁虎，随时跟在我的身边，可真缠人，每天都突然冒出来，害我在大家面前出糗，而且就是因为缺点，才害我越来越胆 小，不太敢在大家面前表演。所以，为了要克服缺点，我会自我催眠，心里想：相信自己超级棒!并且会越来越棒!其实，我真的很棒……，只不过偶尔会出错，但 是我还是喜欢我的优点，也相信这些优点让我的生活变得缤纷美妙!

我觉得自信心对人很重要，一个没有自信的人，他的生活会充满着恐惧，他的生命要靠着自己克服障碍，才能变成一个开朗又充满自信的人。

希望我的缺点可以快点修正，让自己变得更有自信，不要胆怯。如果脑袋不灵光，多做一些加强脑部的训练就好，只要我们多往正面一点的地方想，一定就会从璞玉变成一颗众所瞩目的钻石，散发光芒!

今天，我和奶奶、妹妹、姨妈一起吃云吞。

去到云吞店，点了云吞。云吞到了，我们就吃了起来。

我在吃云吞的時候想，味道太淡了，我要加点儿什么呢？突然，我眼前一亮，我看到了胡椒粉。

我就倒了两次，都觉得还不够，然后我就请姨妈帮我加。为什么要姨妈帮我加呢？因为我试一下味道。

结果，姨妈一倒就倒了很多的胡椒粉，我一吃，就感觉我是一只喷火怪，能从我嘴巴喷出熊熊大火。

我摸了一下我的嘴巴，然后心里想，吓死我了，还以为我的小嘴巴变成了又粗又难看的香肠嘴呢！

我就忍着麻痹味道的云吞，一小口一小口的咬着来吃。

结果我吃到一半的时候，姨妈笑着对我说：“力仔，你吃得太辣了，吃得你的脸都变得通红通红的。”

我吃完每一口都要从嘴里吹一口气出来，因为胡椒粉放得太多了，搞得汤都变得很辣。汤辣了，就搞得本来不是很辣的云吞变得很辣。

我要吃很久才能把这一大碗辣云吞给吃完。

又过了10分钟，我终于把这碗云吞给吃完了。

全部人吃完，就付钱走人了。
