I noticed an ad. In the paper today you said you were looking for people to join your expedition team. It sounded as if it might be fun so Im writing to say Id like to come along.

About myself: I left school at 16 because I wanted to earn a bit of money. After that I got a few part-time jobs as a waiter, etc. But I didnt stick to any of them for long. Recently Ive been doing a bit of hitch-hiking round Europe so Ive had some experience of traveling the hard way which should come in handy on the expedition youre planning. By the way, Im a great guitarist so I can keep you all amused round the campfire at night.

Let me know when I can call in for a chat about dates and other details, etc.

我家养了一只可爱的小乌龟。我可喜欢它了，每天都去看它。

学校办过许多大大小小的体育比赛，我几乎都参加过，印象最深的是每年参加的100米接力棒，只听枪声一响，我们的第一棒冲了出来，立刻拉开我们和其它班的差距，到第二棒了，只见他像离了弦的箭一样往前冲，就在第三棒的时候，其他班开始赶了，但是我们的差距太大了，没追上，终于到我了，我们依然，我拼尽全力跑向终点，生怕被追上了，最后得了第一。我和伙伴们每次都拼尽最后一份力，为我们班年年的团体第一献上我们的一份力。

我即将升入初中，六年的小学生活真快，转眼间就没消逝了，我多想继续留在这个美丽的地方，我即将成为一名初中生了，我不会忘记这美丽的母校，我会飞得更高走得更远。

Sally doesn’t care! She sleeps anywhere. She likes sleeping on my lap best.

I feed Sally every day and give her clean water. Sometimes I brush her fur and she enjoys it very much.

Sally is a very good friend, but she is quite lazy! She never worries because we take good care of her. She is always a happy cat.

我小时候可是个“纯正”的调皮蛋，把妈妈香水涂在鲜花上，给它添加香味；把花露水洒在窗子上，以防蚊子闯入。有许多调皮的事，今天我就给你说一件。嘘，小声点，替我保密哦！

星期天的早晨，妈妈带我到红军山跑步。

天气非常寒冷，我们穿着棉衣，戴着手套，来到了红军山脚下，仰头向山顶望去，只见山上笼罩着白茫茫的一片雾，好似披上了一层薄薄的白纱，隐隐约约可以看见“红军烈士纪念碑”耸立在云雾中。用耳朵仔细一听，就能听见从山上传来的“唰唰”声和人们说话、唱歌的声音。妈妈和我沿着陡峭的楼梯快步登上红军山，抬头一看，虽然天气如此寒冷，山上人声鼎沸，真是一片热闹的景象。

纪念碑右边的塔松下，有一群穿着春衣的老年人，在一位头发花白的老奶奶带领下，随着她一声声洪亮的喊声，大家有节奏的做着各种动作，“一二三四、二二三四……”她们一会儿弯弯腰，一会儿踢踢腿，在寒风中精神抖擞的做着操。

旁边还有练剑的，他们穿着红色的运动服，挥舞着剑，剑时而朝上，时而朝下，随着剑的舞动，剑穗上的红绸子也跟着飘动起来，好看极了。原来“唰唰”声就是她们发出来的。

碑前，大片的地方是打羽毛球的场地，只见洁白的羽毛球在灰蒙蒙的空中上下飞舞，其中有一对打得很棒，旁边的人们都被吸引住了，不停的给他们喝彩，他们越打越起劲，羽毛球在空中不停的飞来飞去，“啪”一个向另一个发出一个高空飞球，另一个两眼死死的盯着球，左右移动，对准时机跳起来接住了一个好球，我在一旁看得眼花缭乱，“好”，大家情不自禁的拍起手来。他们打了好几十个回合都还没有分胜负。

碑的左边，不时传来朗朗的读书声，那是一群学生围坐在花坛边读书呢！这时，妈妈和我看见一个鹤发童颜的老爷爷牵着他那天真可爱的小孙子，一个四岁多点的小弟弟正在做操，爷爷耐心的教，孙子认真地做，我们看到这情景后，被吸引了，也脱下了大棉衣和手套，围绕着纪念碑跑步了。

红军山的早晨真是一派生机勃勃的景象。

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. i wake up 11 oclock am everyday, after a washing, i have a good lunch with my parents. next i play computer games till the time to have supper. after have dinner. i go on playing till 2 oclock am, and then go to sleep with tired. this is one dull day of my winter vacation.

But i havent bored all the time. sometimes i read the books, sometime i listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. and i also meat some of my good friends during the vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether. and i watched the spring festival party of the cctv in the last seconds of the 2004 year! i think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.

家里暖气还没停，天气就渐渐的暖和了。安静了一冬的我们又活泼起来，小草儿也活泼起来，还是那么的鲜绿，花儿总是那么的耀眼。不过，很暖呢。提前播下的种子也慢慢的发芽了。我很宝贝的把它们服侍，生怕有什么闪失。操场旁边的柳树也渐渐的冒出了嫩芽，鸟儿们又回来了，兴奋的它们吖，叫个不停，永远都把自己的心情展露出来，生怕别人不知道它们一样呢。

说不清对春天的感觉，只是很希望早点来到。我受不了隆冬的寒冷，也不喜欢夏季的炎热。春天的芳香，轻柔。至少我很喜欢春风，吹到脸上，轻柔柔的。深吸一口，有清新的味道。春雨过后，可称是仙境呢。走在小路上，泥土的味道扑鼻而来，还有玫瑰花香。只是淡淡的味道，却把我的心紧紧抓住。一直认为自己是个病孩子，夏天过敏，秋天咳嗽，冬天发烧。只有春天，好好的。对春天一直抱有希望。甚至认为春天是天堂。可笑的是自己还和讨厌春天的小孩子斗嘴过。从后，互相再也不理睬。

喜欢在春天做很多事情。静静的看书，和好友放风筝，躺在操场上看天空，牵手走在路上，很多很多。至于看书，喜欢在午后看书。因为那时的阳光更暖。旁边是我喜欢喝的珍珠奶茶，自己沉醉在主人公里。我没有睡午觉的习惯，认为那是浪费阳光。所以，要补充自己。俗语说“一年之计在于春”。说实话。我就喜欢这一句。所以赶紧给自己补充知识，不去浪费这美好时光。阅读原来很好，在自己的天地里，阅读自己喜欢的书。有阳光陪伴，不怕，静静的感受文字的魅力。

当然，我也很喜欢和好朋友一起去放风筝。顺着风，一人拿着线轴在前面跑。一个人拿着风筝在后面追。即使动作不对，但是，也还是很幸福。至少，这是属于我们自己的风筝。看着自己的风筝飞的高高的，很高兴。淡蓝色的天空映衬着米黄色的风筝，不时的还有伴儿在天上，地下的人儿抬头仰望。这就是所谓的幸福，很简单，也很单纯。我对幸福的认识很简单。只是自己做喜欢的事情，跟喜欢的人儿在一起，就会很幸福。

调皮的弟弟闹着要出去，只好奉陪，牵着他的小手走啊走啊。一起玩滑梯，一起荡秋千。记得弟弟说他也喜欢春天，因为花儿开了。小孩就是小孩。不管任何事情，他们只会做自己想做的事情。想自己所想的。走到小河边，弟弟吵着要玩水，我不答应。他还很天真的说，春姐姐都来了，她会保护我的，不让我的脚丫子冻着！装作生气的自己笑了，对他说道，到了柳树都绿了，花儿都开了，你也长大了，才可以呢。弟弟听不懂。只是在那里眨眼睛。

第一次知道小孩心中的春天原来如此。会把春天看作一个天使，来保护自己的。呵呵。我笑他们，笑他们的天真。恐怕自己小时候也是如此罢。春姐姐，好可爱的名字。也许只有小孩叫得出来罢。他们都是春天的孩子，永远那么活泼可爱。

不经意之间回眸。嗯。春天真的来了。瞧！那盛开的桃花正是春的回眸一笑。

说起心愿，我的心愿很多，跟着岁月的增长，我从不懂事到懂事中，我有很多心愿。说起心愿我们大家都有自己的美好心愿，下面我就把我的心愿给大家说一说。我的心愿是想当一名歌手，当一个人失去自信的时候，我会用歌声让他找回自信;当一个人寂寞的时候，我会用我的歌声给他带来快乐和幸福;当一个人不高兴的时候，我会用我的歌声给它带来活力。

我还有自已的第二个心愿，就是为贫困的孩子们弄上足够的粮食，让他们每天都能吃饱，给他们弄上好桌椅，给他们弄上好衣服，让他们的生活越过越幸福，这是我的第二个愿望。

我还有一个最大的愿望，就是保护我们的地球，因为我们的地球只有一个，我们的地球是可爱的，但同时有太容易破碎，如果破碎了他，我们人类就别无生存，所以我们要保护我们的家园，保护我们的家园，保护我们的家园应从小事做起，从我们身边的的每一滴小事做起，唉!现在的人都滥用化学品，不珍惜我们的地球，如果想让我们的地球变得更加的好，我们应该从现在开始，请大家保护我们的地球家园吧!

我好想让我的愿望实现啊!但是实现的原因是，现在必须好好的学习，抓好每一滴的时间，才会实现自己美好的愿望。

Remember last years summer vacation, my father and I went for a walk EHu edge, a way, Im kind of shouted thirsty, so my father on the side of the road store bought me a Popsicle. I ate and go, soon finished eating, carelessly threw the ice sticks into EHu. Dad saw, reminded me immediately; "Coco, cant litter oh! If everyone like you to throw garbage in the lake, the beautiful EHu lake becomes waste." Im ashamed of say: "know, next time I must not litter." Dad smiled and stroked my head and said: "the earth is our home, we should protect it, cherish it, let the sky bluer, the water cleaner, the grass is greener." I naughty to say: "oh, that is, everybody has said, the city is my home, clean environment depends on everybody. I understand." From then on, I no longer throw garbage.

I want to take care of the environment is closely related to everyone, so lets start from everyone!

今天，我们读了很多关于保护环境的小短文。我想起曾经在我身边发生的事情。

记得是去年的暑假，我和爸爸一起去鹅湖边散步，走了一段路，我就一个劲的喊口渴，于是，爸爸就在路边的小店给我买了根冰棍。我边吃边走，一会儿就吃完了，随手把冰棍棒往鹅湖里一扔。爸爸看见了，马上提醒我说;“可可，不能乱扔垃圾噢!如果每个人都像你一样往湖里扔垃圾，这美丽的鹅湖不就变成了垃圾湖了。”我羞愧的说：“知道了，我下次一定不乱扔垃圾。”爸爸微笑着抚摸我的头说：“地球也是我们的家，我们应该保护它，爱护它，让天更蓝，水更清，草更绿。”我调皮的说：“噢，那就是大家一直说的，城市是我家，环境清洁靠大家。我明白了。”让从那以后，我再也不乱扔垃圾了。

我想爱护环境与每个人息息相关，所以要从每个人做起!
