按照区局安排，本月23、24日将举行七、八年级期中考试，九年级英语口语、体育考试也于本月下旬举行，二模定于5月15、16举行，为了提高复习效果，使同学们能在这些考试中取得满意的成绩，我给同学们提出以下几点建议。

一、端正思想，充分认识期中考试的重要性。

考试是对每位同学前一段时间所学的知识的总结，也是对每位老师的教学成果的检测。离期中考试只有1周零两天时间了，时间紧迫，希望全体同学要以复习为重心，以争取取得好成绩为目标，把必须要做的事情和可做可不做的事情清楚地分开，抓紧时间，认真复习，提高复习质量和效率。同学们要明确你是为改变自己命运而读书，不是给老师、家长读书，你要感恩父母给你学习机会，感恩老师传你知识，感恩朋友给你的友爱。要排除各种干扰，消除各种杂念，一心一意想学习，全心全意谋进步。只要思想不滑坡，办法总比困难多，只要思想不消沉，平时学习就发愤，只要思想跟得上，学习成绩定向上!“记得有一句歌词：不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹，没有人能随随便便成功。”同学们必须强化四种态度：一是勤奋的态度，勤能补拙是良训，一分耕耘一分收获;二是刻苦的态度，追求是苦的，学习是艰苦的，最终的成功是甜的;三是进取的态度，学习如逆水行舟不进则退，一下子成为天才不可能，但每天进步一点点总有可能;四是务实的态度，求真务实是我们提升考试成绩的法宝，为此我们必须“上好每一课、抓紧每一秒、练准每一题、迈实每一步!”决不放弃，不断追求卓越，!

二、认真准备，合理安排复习时间和计划。

时间对每个人来说是平等的，上课时间、课余时间对每位同学来说都是一样的。能否合理安排学习时间是至关重要的，所以，我们希望每位同学从今天起，要充分地利用早读、中午、晚自习等一切能够利用的时间，根据自己的实际情况，安排切实可行的复习计划。什么时间该复习哪一个科目哪个知识点，要达到什么目标，都要心中有数，“不打无准备之仗”，谁早准备，谁就拥有学习的主动权;谁拥有的时间多，谁就拥有考试的成功;思想上和行动上都要跟得上。要做到“两眼一睁，立即起身”、“上课铃一响，立即进课堂;学习不是一朝一夕一蹴而就的事情，必须付出艰苦的劳动，不要把学习看作是一种负担，一种包袱和苦差事，学习是一种追求、兴趣、责任，一种愿望。

三、复习一定要讲究效率。

大家都知道：速度×时间=距离，这个公式大家都很熟悉吧。我们付出的时间一样，进步的距离不等，原因就在于速度。这速度就是效率。速度快，距离也就大。那么如何提高学习效率呢?首先我们在课堂上，把注意力紧跟着老师、配合老师，在课堂上将知识消化，课外练习要及时认真的完成，做课外练习的时候也要因人而异，特别是基础较薄弱的同学对同一类型的题目要反复练习，保证下次碰见类似题目能够准确做答;而理解能力较好的同学对同一类型的题目可以只做1、2题，领会题目中的精髓，掌握诀窍学会举一反三。从而节省时间，提高效率。

四、重视基础知识的复习。

复习时要抓牢基础。基础不牢，地动山摇，基础不稳，做题不准，从课本上的例题入手，习题入手，从最简单的入手，每一道题，都亲自动手做一做，千万别眼高手低，大事做不来，小事不愿做，大题不会做，小题不愿做。重视错误，重视总结。狠抓易错点，易混点不放松，反复练，练反复，直到练会、练准为止，做题后要善于总结、反思，让技巧、方法熟烂于心。

五、讲究科学的学习方法。

除了思想上的重视外，要想取得一个好成绩更需要科学的学习方法，科学的学习方法会使你收到事半功倍的效果。我们要意识到复习课和新课的不同，新课重在理解，复习课重在巩固，在复习阶段我们可以利用目标复习法。1、建立“课目标”。一节复习课开始时要为自己订好目标，这节课我要掌握住那些知识，甚至具体到会背几个单词，几首古诗，几个题目，做会几道数学题，并在下课之前进行自我目标检测：这节课我的预定目标完成了吗?如果没有完成我用什么办法来弥补?2、建立“日目标”。除了上课之外我一天之内利用早晚的时间要完成哪些任务。3、建立“周目标”。一周下来我要实现那些目标。在目标学习法中要注意两点：(1)目标不要定得太大，要切合自己的实际。(2)既定目标要坚决完成，不能半途而废，力争做到当天的任务当天完成。

六、学习要持之以恒

一、试卷特点：

本次试卷的命题紧扣了教学大纲和教科书的书本知识,在考察学生英语基础知识的前提下，注重了对学生语言综合能力和知识迁移的考察,注重语言环境及文化背景的设置，减少了词汇、语法等单纯知识性的试题，增加了试题的灵活性、开放性、探究性及综合性。试题以听、读、写的形式，全面地检查了学生应掌握的英语基础知识和基本能力,考题不是很难。

二、学生对各题得分情况分析：

1.听力部分：

此题考察学生是否能正确理解所听的内容，并具备用英语进行释义的能力，用英语回答问题的能力，在特定的语境中进行交际的能力。听力部分共a.b.c.d小节,设计由浅入深,由易到难,循序渐进,从知识到能力,具有一定的梯度。a部分为理解，1-5小题看图听句子，十分简单，学生只要听懂个别单词就能回答出来;b部分为反应：6-10小题根据所听到的句子，从a，b，c三个选项中选出最佳答案。这部分与前部分相对难一点，即要求学生听懂句子的内容又要求选出答案。c部分为对话理解，听对话根据问题选出答案，这部分简单。d部分为笔录要点：根据你所听到的的内容，填写下面的表格。这部分为整个听力的难点。即要听懂句子又要能写单词。总之就整个听力部分而言，略显简单，对于基础较好的学生来说，此套听力题略显简单，小部分都是满分大部分都在18分以上，他们对听力题中侧重的词组及一些英语成语已做到熟练掌握的程度，完全达到了英语教学中对听力的要求。对有一定英语基础，但掌握不扎实的学生来说，听力还存在薄弱的环节，尤其在b部分，c部分和d部 分，句子的理解和写单词对这类学生来说，仍然是个难点，缺乏对整个话题、文章的理解，单词记得不牢，语音、语调、连读、弱读方面还缺乏一定的训练。另外学 生除了对听力的训练不够，答题的方法和技巧也掌握的不是很好。对于英语学习吃力的学生来说，听力是相当难的，成绩也很不理想。

2.笔试部分的单选题：

基础知识题占三分之二，能力题占三分之一左右。此题注重考察词的辨析、语法以及习语等语言知识，在特定的语境中运用语言知识进行交际能力。此题知识覆盖面较广,重点,难点比较突出.注重了语言能力考察,以考察动词为主,兼顾其它词类,并考察句法,考察方式突出了语境.学生在27，31,34小题失分较多，对于人称代词主格和宾格的用法;like后接动词的ing形式的用法;以及let’s的用法都掌握不够。

3.笔试中的完形填空题部分:

紧扣课本中的课文,基本上只要读懂课文就能选出正确的答案，里面包含了介词at和of,以及人称代词的用法,这都是本学期的重点和难点.学生的失分较多.而且向来完形填空就是试卷中的一个较难点。

4.笔试中的阅读理解:

此题考察学生是否具备根据上下文猜测词意进行推理等思维活动，识别选择归纳所提供的信息，探索语篇中的表层含义和深层含义的阅读能力，从而达到获得正确的语言信息的目的。本大题包括a,b,c,d部分,安排的比较合理,由易及难.a部分为三段段文,情节清晰,学生得分较高.b部分为摘录要点和回答问题.摘录要点很简单从文中找出相对的答案，而回答问题就难了既要看懂课文还要有扎实的英语基础回答写出正确的答案.此部分也是一个拉分的部分.整个阅读理解难度不大40%的学生满分，50%的学生20分以上，10%的学生10分以下。

5.笔试中的书面表达:

主要考查学生调查以怎样的方式上?学生写的时候不觉的费力. 但个别同学在语言的灵活应用上欠功夫，不能够把书上的语言恰当的运用到自己的作文中去,且中式英语较重, 语言表达不地道,语法错误较多。这说明学生在日常写作教学中我们还存在着问题，没能在很好的驾御教材的同时注重学生能力的培养。

四、学情分析

总的来说，这次考试成绩不是很理想，优秀率偏低，尖子生还没有发挥水平;低分较多，两极分化的距离还没有缩少。通过整体的分析，反映了学生在复习中，基本上 能领会课堂的要点要求，一些知识点在堂上反复出现的，掌握得较牢固，但是运用这些知识去解决实际问题的能力较差，这与课后的练习有关，说明了部分学生对课 后的练习作业不够重视、缺乏主动性，而且，解题的依赖性强，缺乏独立的思考能力，另外，对于一些相关的语法知识和句子的构成，学生的遗忘率也很高。还有一 个也是最关键的一点就是普遍的学生学习习惯不好，及少的同学能聚精会神的听课，认真完成作业的.

五、今后的教学中应改进的措施。 通过期末这套试卷的分析，我们教师在以后的教学中，应该在以下几外方面进行改进。

1.加强词汇教学,尤其是书中的黑体字部分，一定要学生保证过关。

2.充分利用课本中的听力部分，加强学生的听力技巧训练，善于捕捉听力中的信息，培养学生猜测的能力。

3.尽多的背诵课文，加强语感，有助于学生听力和写作的提高。

4.加强阅读训练，督促学生每天阅读二至三个语段，提高学生的阅读能力。

5.授课时教师要适当渗透语法教学，让学生能够用英语中的语法修改自己做题中的失误，进行知识的迁移和创新能力的培养。

6.班级学生两极分化明显,各班的低下率都在上升,所以教师在教学中要有效地抑制两极分化,对学习有困难的学生进行转化提高.

7.一定要把“抓好学生的学习习惯”放在一切工作的首位，只要习惯好，成绩就自然而燃提高了.

时间过得真快！转眼一个单元就上完了。我们迎来了本学期的第一次单元考试，那就是英语考。

承诺人：

1)做模版：拿几片范文，找几句比较拽的结构型句子，拼凑出一个你自己顺手的框架即可。不用到处找，也不用找很多，一个框架即可，当然，准备一些可以替换的词：比如recommendation替换conclusion.漂亮句子很多，但若水三千，我只掬一瓢饮。

2)找出主要的错误类型，每种写出一道两句经典的表述即可。

3)考时30分钟分三个阶段：一)12-15分钟，写出完整的第一段，三个征文段的topic sentence，和完整的末段。写第一段的同时就构思topicsentence,末段无非是重复结论和三句topic。这样的好处是结构已经完整了，你不用慌了。。二)13-10分钟，完成三段正文。我以前觉得这个很困难，后来想通了。无非是把这层意思说清楚就行。3句话就够了。也够长了。三)5分钟check.还一个作用时，是在前面没有完成，还有一个buffer,也不至于弹尽粮绝。

4)非常措施：考试万一时间不够，首段就抄原句;如果时间还不够，末段就cut-paste首段和topic 的文本，稍加修改即可。但是，结构是完整的。

5)ok作文法的精髓和适用范围：精髓：看上去很美。适用范围：不想得6分的人(因为想的6分的人追求的是实际上也很美。如果运气好，可以的5分，运气不好，可以的4分。

九年级一轮模拟考试已经结束，试卷下发后，我认真分析了本次考试。试题难易适中，重难点把握得当，但学生成绩并不理想，许多讲过多遍的题目都做错了，说明学生平时听课不够认真，需要加强课堂管理，引导学生听进去，短文填空和书面表达学生普遍失分较重，这也是学生最头痛的题目，在二轮考试前需要加强这一方面题型的训练。四班学生无尖子学生，后面尾巴太长，课堂上学生无反应，与老师互动较差，在以后的教学过程中加强与学生的交流，期望在二轮考试前能取得必须的进步
