寒假就要开始了，根据爸爸妈妈的要求，为了能过一个有意义的寒假，为五年级有一个好的开始！我决定拟一个寒假计划！我一定按计划做。

第一条：每天早上6：00起床，晚上9：00睡觉。

早晨，不仅空气清新，还是记忆力最强的黄金时分。虽然放假了，但必须养成好的早读习惯。每天六点半整时起床，先背一首唐诗宋词，再读二十分钟的诵读书。这样，我读过的知识就可以加强一遍印在脑海里，有久记不忘的作用。其次，我要补漏补缺，把考完、做过的试卷都仔细分析一遍。特别是做错的题目，要把它们归集起来，重点加以消化，巩固以前的知识。每天还要认真完成一部分寒假作业。“好记心不如烂笔头”。把这个寒假里发生的开心的、有趣的、伤心的事;遇到的开朗的、善良的、和蔼的人;看见的可爱的、调皮的、漂亮的小动物以及预习下册的重要内容……统统记录下来。因为记录下来的人、事、物可方便以后的作文选材，而记录预习下册的重要内容有助于我以后的学习。所以必须坚持做笔记;还要坚持写日记，把寒假期间的一些所见所闻、所思所想一一都记录在日记本上。要多看一些妈妈给我买的书。这时就应休息一下，过度的学习有损身心健康，但也不能休息过度。比如：你写寒假作业写累了，可以先按摩按摩眼睛，或伸个懒腰，眺望远方之类的。帮爸爸妈妈拖拖地，抹抹灰之类。这样既有利于身心健康，又能帮大人做了家务事。有时可以玩玩电脑游戏，也要少玩，它虽然能缓解心情，但会对我们的学习造成影响，而且还对我们的眼睛有坏处。

《杯子满了》一天，南因先生家里来了一位客人，要向南因请教学问。南因先生抽空接待了他。宾主落座之后，客人没有听他的话，自己却滔滔不绝地大谈起来。从自己的生活、工作，及至家庭，又谈到自己的事业和研究，一口气说了大半天，南因先生几次想插话都未成功。

南因先生静静地听着，过了一会儿，他站起身来，走进厨房，端来了茶。他往客人的杯子里倒茶，虽然倒满了但是仍在继续倒，仿佛根本就没有看见一样。

从这个故事当中我知道，要使自己的思想吐故纳新，就要及时将大脑清空，如同必须清空装满了水的杯子才能容纳更多的东西一样。这让我想起自己的工作，在工作当中也一样，要及时的清空大脑，做好充分的准备来迎接新的东西。只有如此，你才能在工作中不断进取，不断创新，也才能做出好的成绩来。

My DreamEveryone has a lot of dreams. Some people want to be rich, dreaming of becoming millionaires overnight. Others want to be famous, dreaming of suddenly jumping to great fame. I have a lot of dreams,too.

When I was a young girl, I dreamed of becoming a scientist like Hua Luogen in future.However, I knew very well that I could not succeed without painstaking efforts. So I studied hard in the middle school and college in order to attain my goal.After graduating from college, I found a job as a teacher.Although I was very busy with teaching, I never gave up my goal. I read a lot of books to get more knowledge. I made experiments to practise and apply what I had learnt from the books. Stress is a state of being upset that happens when we are under pressure.

Both our feelings and our bodies get upset.

We can even get emotionally and physically sick if we have too much stress

for too long. Stress can come at us from every direction. For instance, it can

come from fights with other people. It can come when we have too many things to

do and too little time to do them. It can also come when we do not have enough

money to pay for what we want. Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn

how to deal with it. There are good ways and bad ways to do so. We should deal

with stress in good ways, of course. Good ways to cut down on stress include

changing our lifestyles. For example, we can learn either to get along with

people or to stay away from them. We can decide what to do now, what to do

later, and what to leave off doing forever.

We can also figure out how to get money or we can cut down on what we want.

We should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways to cut down on

stress just lead to more troubles, for example, skipping out and leaving our

work undone, blaming our problems on someone else, stealing or cheating.

Autumn is the third season in the year. It lasts from September to

November. When the autumn comes, the leaves begin to turn yellow and then fall.

The weather becomes cool. It makes people feel comfortable. So many people like

autumn and enjoy this season. Besides, autumn is a season of harvest. The crops

turn to rip. Farmers are busy with the harvest. And they begin to prepare for

the winter and the New Year.

新的学期已经开始了，我升入了小学五年级。五年级是高年级，而我现在的学习状况还不是很好，为此，我心里暗暗着急。于是，我决定在学习方面制定一个计划。计划如下：

一、在完成预习作业时，我一定要按照老师的要求认真地在语文书上圈生字、给必须会写的字组两个词、读五遍课文并让妈妈签字和在预习本上完成预习作业。

二、在课堂上，我要热真听讲，不搞小动作，不和其他同学聊天，争取每次考试的成绩都达到100分。尽管妈妈说这个目标不太容易，但是我觉得只要答完题之后再重新认真检查几遍，这个目标就一定能实现。

Everyone has a hobby. I like doing sports and I like playing basketball the

best. So I decided to play basketball every morning with my classmates. Today,

the weather was nice. Early in the morning, I got up and worn clothes quickly.

When I arrived at the basketball ground, my classmates have already been there.

First, we ran around the basketball ground so that we could play better in the

game. After that, we began to play basketball. In the end, we beat another team.
