身体向后坐，眼睛闭上。经过一番努力，我们班不负重望，赢得了首枚金牌。观众们脸上露出笑容，拉拉队员们高兴得蹦蹦跳跳，有的甚至互相拥抱，为我们的成功欢呼雀跃[注:高兴得像麻雀那样跳跃起来。形容十分欢乐的情景。]，声音响遍整个校园。

在跑道上，200米跑快开始了。观众们早已把这200米的跑道围得水泄不通[注:汇：排泄。象是连水也流不出去。形容拥挤或包围的非常严密。]，堵成一扇厚厚的人墙，想挤进去，难!几名运动员弓前腿，箭后步，像上足弦的箭，随时准备出击。我看见裁判员拿起发令枪，说：“各就各位，预备!”运动员们注视前方，一听到“啪”一声枪响。

我们班的李通就像一支离弦箭，如一只出笼的猛虎，向前飞快跑去，把其他人甩在身后。李通是一只猎豹，朝着他的猎物——终点线飞奔而去，把其他的选手远远扔在身后，独郭自己的猎物。李通夺得了第一名，他的不言败精神是值得我们学习。

接下来，150米跑开始了，胡家豪冲了出去，有如一只飞鸟，要冲过终点线，拉拉队员们也放松了心，觉得稳拿胜券。可是，离终点线还有8米时，他却来了个“狗啃屎”，重重地摔了一跤，摔破了皮，痛得他都哭了。但他强忍热泪，站起来一瘸一拐地跑到了终点。

虽然他最后一名，观众们都为他的精神鼓起了掌——胡家豪坚持不懈[注:坚持到底，一点不忪懈。]，顽强的精神让我们惊叹。比赛项目还有很多：踢键球、跳绳、推球……里面有哭有笑，但这种精神是没有第一的，要知道有团结合作、永不言败、坚持不懈的精神，谁都是第一。这就是我们校运会的精神在。

Today is my birthday and Im so excited about it.In the morning I put a

note on the table for my mum and it said,"Today is my birthday,dont forget

it!"At school,I got many gifts and cards for my classmates and had a lot of

fun.But I was still expecting the birthday party after school.

When it was time to leave school I couldnt wait to go home.When I open the

door,there wasnt anybody in the house.There was only a note that said,"Coming

home late tonight,mum and dad."I try to call them but there was no answer.I was

so shocked,do they forget my birthday?How could this be!I was so sad that I

couldnt eat anything.I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely.It was about time for dinner,my mother

called and told me to go to the restanrant near our house.When I got there I

couldnt believed my eyes.Everybody was there:my parents,my relatives,my friends

and even my classmates.There was so many gifts and a big cake.What a surprising

birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.

Sports Meeting

When autumn comes, I feel so excited, because the sports meeting comes. I like sports so much. When I was very small, my father took me to watch the basketball match, in the long time, sports have become part of my life. When I started to come to school, I join the basketball team, I had the great time to practice with my friends. Though high school life is very busy and I have to learn so many subjects, I still keep taking exercise everyday. Sports meeting time is my favorite time in the semester. I can take part in many activities, such as basketball and high jump. I am full of energy, I just want to enjoy the moment of taking exercise. Sports meeting indeed brings students many energy and make the students become active. They can also exercise their bodies.

当秋天来临的时候,我感到很兴奋,因为运动会也将到来。我很喜欢运动。在我很小的时候,父亲带我去看篮球比赛,在长时间以来,运动已经成为我生活的一部分。我开始来学校的时候,我加入了篮球队,和朋友们在一起训练的时光我过得很快乐。虽然高中生活很忙,我必须学习很多科目,但是我仍然保持每天锻炼。运动会在这个学期是我最喜欢的时间。我可以参加许多活动,如篮球和跳高。我精力充沛,我只想享受锻炼的时刻。运动会确实给学生们带来很多活力,使学生们变得活跃。他们还可以锻炼身体。

昨天，老师给我们布置了一项任务那就是今天穿旅游鞋。这一项突如其来的任务让我们二丈和尚??摸不着头脑。起先我们以为今天会临时调课，不过令我们大吃一惊并且快乐的事情是今天我们要进行一场趣味运动会。这个把我高兴坏了，昨天晚上就把今天要准备的东西都准备好了。

今天下午比赛正式开始了，这次比赛也预示着我们的体育节即将闭幕了，所以在比赛前老师对我们体育界的表现作了一下总结，不过，怀着激动心情的我不是来听总结的而是为班级争光来比赛的，前面的话我都没有听得太仔细，只是模模糊糊的代过去了，后面的这一句我敢打赌任何人都没有我听得清楚:请同学们到自己的比赛场地去，我像火箭一样冲到了排球场地。

先是进行激烈的比赛抢垫子了。比赛规则是这样的:十六个垫子排成一圈，每班派十六个人去，没有抢到的人就会被淘汰，每关过后撤走两个垫子。如果两个人不是一个班的同时坐到一个板凳上，就划拳决定胜负，负者退出，如果是一个班的就退出一位同学。

第一关开始了，哨声一响，所有参赛者都围着板凳小跑，突然哨声再次响起，我马上稳稳当当地坐在了旁边的点子上。我一路过关斩将，顺利地连过二关，到第三关却遇到了麻烦，因为我与班里的朱海琳坐在了一起，只能退出一个人。这时，我还没有彻底反应过来，朱海琳同学毫无怨言地走了，我心里在想:她为什么这样做呢?是因为她得技术不如我吗?不是，是因为她觉得谁在场上都无所谓，重要的是为班级获得荣誉。当然我没有辜负朱海琳的期望，所有的参赛选手也没有辜负大家的期望，最终我们以9人:8人的危险成绩赢了二班，班里的同学顿时欢呼雀跃，不过5分钟后我们还要迎接脚步移动跑的比赛。

休息了一会后，我们的十六名脚步移动跑的队员各就各位准备好了迎接新的比赛，老师一声哨响，两个班的同学就开始移动脚步接力了。一分钟过去了，我们班的速度明显不如二班嘛!剩下的同学喊“加油”都喊破了嗓子，还是毕浩然同学给了我们希望，她那灵活的身躯，矫健的步伐，把两个班的距离拉得越来越近。不过，到最后还是我们输了，不只是因为我们不够团结还是平常少了锻炼。

发奖时，老师说我们和二班都获得了六年级级部的并列第一，听着这话我想:“这还不错嘛，两个班都得了第一，也不至于让哪一个班难过。”

这是一场多么令人难忘的运动会呀!不仅我们班夺得了全年级第一名，而且我们从紧张激烈、妙趣横生的比赛中获得了巨大的乐趣，这种比赛真是有趣又有“味道”。
