How can high school students relax under the pressure from school?

As we all know the high school curriculum is becoming increasingly tight-scheduled and pressuring. Thus it is not a surprise that many school aged children are constantly stressed and worried. However it is important for them to relax from those stresses in order to achieve their academic potential.

The most beneficial and accessible way to relieve stress is through playing sport. It allows the students to have fun; increase their teamwork awareness and improve their health. Studies also show that students who exercise regularly are more likely to do well in school.

而那些肯吃苦的人呢?班里的许多人都远远超过了我。历史上，不论是卧薪尝胆的勾践，闻鸡起舞的祖狄，还是头悬梁锥刺骨的苏秦;他们都在生活中磨练了自己，也最终都获得了成功。

Why do the young enjoy western festivals so much? Since they worship everything new, and they can’t resist the temptation.
