我在这里写的是一位普普通通，平凡得不能再平凡的人民教师，５０来岁，由于终日为我们不辞辛苦的操劳，脸上布满了皱纹，她的两眼黑得发亮，锋利的目光，仿佛要把什么刺穿似的。我有点害怕。她只教我们还不到四个月，但是，每当我想起她时。她对我们的严就像教练训练运动员那样一丝不苟；她对我们很关心，体贴，就像对待自己的儿女一样。 但是，那一次，我尽对她起了怨恨。那是一节自习课，英语老师让同学们把作业本Ａ订正好交到办公室去批改，作业本Ｂ作好的也去批改。我怀着喜悦的心情拿着作好的Ｂ去批改，＂报告＂＂进来＂她的声音很平稳，我走了进去，队伍并不长，我跑到英语老师右边去批改，无意间发现了电脑里有语文竞赛的成绩，我便很期盼得到自己的成绩，不听话的手尽往鼠标地区前行，不经意间，我触摸到了，这下手更不听使唤，一直往下翻动着，＂啊＂我目瞪口呆，倒数第三，我的喜悦心情沉淀了下来，＂谁呀，谁在动我的电脑？＂一声果断而又严厉的语言向我发起进攻，我吓了一大跳，我心里想：哎呀，这下怎么办呀，不如来个死不承认，或者，英语老师的教棒在桌上＂吃吃＂作响，＂把手拿过来。＂我害怕极了，真想使用一下神仙的仙术，把英语老师的教棒变成长长的棉花棒，只有我能看见，而老师看不见，软软的棉花棒触摸了我一下，＂哇！＂教棒落下来了，打得好痛呀，我有点生气，心里暗暗想着；你这个老太太，太坏了，我只不过碰了一下鼠标，看了电脑屏幕一眼，也不过如此，您竟打我，只要教育几下就行了嘛，我可是个怕痛的女孩。我心中的怨恨一直不能平静。但刚想完，那教棒的滋味和对老师的怨恨跑掉了，我寻找着，发现它屹立在英语老师身上展现出来的无可抗拒的人格魅力上。

她总穿着比别人温暖的衣服，长得虽不出众，但是她的人格魅力在我心中是最出众的，那一次英语课，因我们作业做得不好，而被英语老师斥责了一翻，最使我深受教育的是这样一句话：我做事情，要做就要做到最好。＂这声音在教室里久久回荡，震撼着我的心灵。一颗＇作一个高尚的人＂的种子便埋下了，自从那节课后，我猛然发觉自己长大了好多好多，幼稚正向我告别。我的心底默默地感谢这位教我如何做人的英语老师。

春节期间，两则子虚乌有的消息在网上一度传得沸沸扬扬：一则来源于媒体平台，称北京地区存在发生核泄漏的危险；另一则虽没有这么耸人听闻，但也关系到百姓日常生活，国内有媒体报道称北京将实行“菜刀实名制”，顾客买菜刀需要出示身份证并登记备案

很快，这两则消息得到辟谣或澄清中国原子能科学研究院院长万钢明确表示：报道纯属无中生有，严重失实，核反应堆处于冷停堆工况，并没有运行，就更别谈核泄漏，以及对公众和环境的影响了；北京警方表示，除购买管制刀具需要出示身份证以外，北京并未出台任何关于“菜刀实名制”的新规

近年来，从“抢盐”风潮到香蕉致癌等风波，因不实消息传播造成的荒诞事件时有出现，无不对正常经济社会秩序造成干扰，给相关利益群体带来损失事实证明，谣言面前没有赢家，增加社会运行成本，也会对普通公众的生活带来困扰和不便不仅如此，一些谣言还对政府公信力造成损害

社会生活需要信息传播，信息传播必须直面谣言的干扰人们相信“谣言止于智者”“真相最有力量”，然而，值得注意的是，在人人都有麦克风、人人都是传播者的网络时代，在特定时空条件下，谣言也可能遮蔽真相，谣言有时候比真相更吸引眼球

在网络环境下，悄然间，信息传播格局正在发生深刻变化作为权威信息来源的政府部门、公共机构和媒体，如何学会适应传播主体多元化的现实，如何让真相不被谣言遮蔽、真理不被谬说损伤，如何让真相跑赢谣言、让公众掌握真理，考验着传播链条上每一个环节

要让真相跑赢谣言，减少谣言对社会的伤害，政府等权威部门要有作为新的传播环境下，要求政务活动更加公开透明，有了质疑及时回应，对一些热点难点问题，要主动说、尽快说、如实说发现谣言苗头，及时、理直气壮地公布真相，澄清事实，让真实、真相挤压谣言的空间，让谣言“见光死”要遵循新的舆论环境下的现代传播规律，针对不同层次的受众采取不同的发布、沟通办法，注重传播实效，与群众诚恳交流，表达更加人性化，赢得更多受众认可更重要的是，各级政府部门，要带头遵纪守法，真正做到执政为民，不断提高公信力

要让真相跑赢谣言，减少谣言对社会的伤害，媒体要负起社会责任相对于自媒体，公共媒体如果采信和发布不实信息，其传播范围更广，社会危害面更大因此，在当今信息来源更加多元，但也可说是鱼龙混杂的网络时代，公共媒体更要睁大眼睛，对信息的真实性小心求证，不能为了争时效、抢眼球而放松把关，助推谣言传播

要让真相跑赢谣言，减少谣言对社会的伤害，有赖于公民提高甄别谣言的能力，培养成熟理性的心态，承担公民责任在新的传播环境下，公众不再只是被动的信息接受者，也可以成为传播者，也承担一定的传播责任所谓“谣言止于智者”，作为一名公民，要做到“智”，就要有意识地锻炼提高辨别谣言的本领，要提升自己独立判断的能力，不要人云亦云，避免成为谣言的接棒者、传播者一个成熟理性、有社会责任感的公民，对那些看起来有点耸人听闻，而消息来源又不甚权威的信息，不妨多留个心眼，让信息多“沉淀”一会，过过脑子，有条件还可以自己求证一下，不要轻率地把似是而非的信息传播出去

公民不仅可以不造谣不信谣不传谣，还可以利用自己的信息优势、地缘优势、专业优势，主动参与阻击谣言，消除谣言“谣言粉碎机”“真相挖掘机”等民间组织对谣言的反制就做了不少有益的工作，这也是民间力量自发承担传播责任的体现

要减少谣言的产生、传播，减少谣言对社会的伤害，还要让真理战胜谬误要有正确的是非观、美丑观、善恶观没有正确的价值观，依然可能对真相视而不见，依然可能对谣言坚信不疑所以，公共机构和媒体，还承担着传播真理、凝聚共识的社会责任，要通过各种方式、途径理直气壮地宣扬正确的是非观、美丑观、善恶观，弘扬社会主义核心价值观，真相、真理要大声讲，要用理性态度、科学观点消解偏激的情绪、固执的偏见，让错误的价值观、不实的谣言没有生存的空间

总之，开放多元的传播环境下，要让真相总是跑赢谣言，让群众充分掌握真理，要求公共机构和每一个公民，都要做负责任的传播者，形成有责、有序的传播新秩序，使社会变得更加健康、成熟起来!

Today is September 10th. Teachers’ Day. A teacher was invited to our school to give us a talk. He had taught for fifty years, and had won the gold medals by the Department of Education. He worked hard all his life, and gave all his love to the students. We were deeply moved by his talk. Today many students he had taught before come back to him, and some others from all over the country visit wrote him letters to express their love and thanks.

The old man said that it was the happiest moment in his life.

Along with the time development, accessing the net already turned the extremely universal matter. No matter is adult or the child, so long as mentioning the computer, all think of internet. But, accessing the internet is advantageous ,but also has shortcoming.

I knew very many people access the net, mainly is for playing games, which is very bad for the study. Therefore, some people believed, the elementary and middle school students lack the self-control.

But,there are many people approving to accessing internet, why? Because internet can provide to the people very helps. First, the network looks like a library, we can look up very many materials easily,and it is quicker than the speed of consulting books; Next, we may read a richer news on-line; In addition, accessing the net also has other functions, for example, E-mail, telephoning on the net and so on.

Actually, accessing the net has its profit and the shortcoming place. We use it to open to expand the field of vision, the study knowledge, but must certainly grasp the discretion.

My parents are teachers, so they want me to read more books. When I started to learn reading, they bought me a lot of novel books, such as Harry Potter, Alice In the Wonderland and so on. I saw the movie first, and then I would have the interest to read the novels. I found that the novel were with much more details and I was absorbed in it. The literary books not only described an attractive world, but the more important thing was that it enlightened me to be a better girl. what I learned from these novels helps me to be independent and I have my own thinking.

When I walk on the street, I found most people don’t obey the traffic rules, they just ignore the rules, when there are a lot of people go across the street, they just follow them. It is so dangerous, the accident is very easy to happen, the car will hit the people any time. For the safety, we should obey the traffic rules.
