This weekend, there was an art festival in our school, it had been hold for five years and the school insisted to make it become the feature. I was so excited, this was the first time for me to join. Early in the morning, I saw there were so many people coming to the campus, making the campus so lively. The students dressed so well and gave the warm welcome to the guests. I walked around and appreciated the painting, every work was drawn by the students, I was so impressed by these works. Clothes are so significant in our daily life that we cant live without

them, because they are useful in many ways. For example, clothes could keep us

warm in winter and protect our skin from the heavy sunshine in summer. Whats

走进大门，“金声玉振”四个大字在阳光的照射下熠熠生辉。“这个石门究竟有着怎么样的来历呢?”我心里暗想，终于，我把这个疑问说了出来，“孟子对孔子有过这样的评价：‘孔子之谓集大成。集大成者，金声而玉振之也。金声也者，始条理也;玉振之也者，终条理也’。‘金声’、‘玉振’表示奏乐的全过程，以击钟开始，这就是金声，以击磐告终，这就是玉振。以此象征孔子思想集古圣先贤之大成，赞颂孔子对文化的巨大贡献。为了纪念这个小典故，后人把孔庙门前的第一座石坊命名为‘金声玉振’。”导游阿姨解释道。

游完孔庙，那当然要游孔府啦!孔府是孔子的子孙后代居住的地方，孔府有大厅、大堂、楼房。东边是庙，西边是学堂，中间是高大雄伟的建筑物。孔府的后花园里有池塘，许许多多的小锦鲤，在池塘里自由自在地游来游去。

最后，我们去了孔林，孔林是孔子及世世代代子孙的墓地，也是世界上最大的家族墓地。园内古木森森，林下墓家累累，碑蝎林立，石仪成队。

曲阜三孔，雄伟壮丽，它不仅是儒家文化的载体，更是中华文明的沧桑足迹!

When you walk around our school, you can see various flowersand trees everywhere. At the same time, you can smell the taste, breathe freshair. Its a nice place for us to study.

Please look at the new building over there. Its ourlibrary that was painted white again this year. It not only looks morebeautiful, but also has increasingly more books than before. Reading differentkinds of books can enhance our horizons and increase our knowledge. I stillremember I entered the school two years ago, the library was old enough and Ialways couldnt find my favorite comic books. Therefore, I often complained tomy classmates that the library was out of fashion that we were not able tolearn fresh knowledge in it.

What was even worse, as a member of school basketballteam, my partners and I had few chances to practice, as the playground was toosmall to play andfull of so many students after school. Luckily, I dont haveto worry about that anymore, because our playground is large enough for all ofus to play games, and basketball court is also bigger. Thats wonderful!
