日记一般分成生活日记、观察日记和随感日记三种。

1、生活日记。

生活日记，就是把自己每天的生活、学习、工作情况有选择地记录下来。要写好生活日记必须注意以下几个问题：

（1）内容要真实。生活日记是自己经历的实在记录，而且要给自己看的，内容真实才有查考的价值。

生活是七彩的，它多姿多采地呈现在我们每个人的面前。学校、家庭、社会，都会有时代的浪花飞溅，只要我们能自觉地去观察生活，观察周围的人和事，你就会发现一个“宝藏”，就会有源源而来、取之不尽的真实材料。

（2）事情要有意义。有的同学说，日记就是把自己一天中亲身经历的，或所见所闻所感的东西记下来，记得越多越详越好。如有个同学写 正月初一的日记，把这一天当中所有的事都记下来：早晨起床吃饺子，而后给陈老师拜年，到学校游园活动，中午到外婆家吃饭，下午和表弟一起上街，晚上回家看电视，临睡前写日记……简直是眉毛胡子一把抓，成了典型的流水帐。日记的篇幅毕竟是有限的，同学们不可能把一天中的大事小事芝麻事件件都写进去。一般要选择印象深刻的，有意义的一两件事记下来，其他的不写或略写。

（3）语言要简明、通顺。写生活日记，内容可长可短，但语言必须通顺明白。

2、观察日记，即观察记录。就是把日常生活中的某一侧面，通过有目的的，细致的观察，把它记下来。可以写零碎的片断，不必讲究文章结构；也可以写得比较完整，类似一篇记叙文。经常写观察日记，可以提高观察能力，养成观察习惯，还可以积累写作素材，提高语言表达能力，这种日记最适宜我们小学生记。

要写好观察日记，必须注意以下几点：

（1）观察目的要明确。观察，有多种多样的目的，或为了积累写作素材；或为了进行科学实验；或为了弄清楚某种“奥秘”……只有目的明确，观察才有方向，才有重点。就是观察同一对象，由于目的的不同，方法和角度就不同，结果也就不一样。

3、随感日记。

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

实习准备

一周的时间在期待与担忧中度过。期待即将到来的实习，期待走入校园，走进今天的课堂；担忧将要面对的与老师的交流与学生的沟通。

在这周里，首先完成了一份教案。

久别了高中的课堂，久别了教材，对将要到来的一切是那么茫然，不知道该讲什么，该怎么讲。拿到高一的教材，从中选取了一片课文做一节阅读课。用了一下午的时间在那沉思，反复翻看文章，心中总是在想我要教学生什么。由于没有任何的辅助资料，也不熟悉现在的高中英语课是怎么上的，所以表现的手足无措。然而当真正的静下心来的时候，一份教案便如同滔滔江水，一气呵成。通过虚拟想象的课堂、学生完成的教案总觉得有些纸上谈兵的感觉。

接下来便是试讲。

在虚拟的教室内呈现自己的教案。由于教案完全是自己一点点构想出来的，备课也就没那么困难。然而，走上讲台，打开PPT的那一瞬间，大脑一片空白，鼠标停在了播放键上，整个人呆住了，连开场白都忘记了，甚至有种适宜的感觉。努力想找一个词却始终挤不出一句话。就这么静立了二十几秒才算缓过来，开始了正式的讲课。一开始讲课就紧张的不得了，课件的内容都讲乱了，在完成开场白和导入后才最终归于平静，完成了整个讲课环节。虽然中间也有几次卡壳，虽然结尾也显得匆忙，但总体感觉不是太坏。

走下讲台的那一刻，感觉似乎是卸下了千斤重担，顿觉轻松，但同时整个人也累垮了。就这十几分钟竟会是这么的累！

通过教案的设计和试讲，尤其是试讲让我意识到凡事都要做十二分的准备，“台上一分钟，台下十年功”真的一点也没有错。对于初入教学的我在今后的实习中一定要事前充分的准备，只有这样才可以保证在课堂上有话可说，否则怕是要中途卡壳或者进行不下去了。

xx年3月6日 星期二 天气阴转晴

入校

今天，我们在指导老师的带领下，走进了实习的高中学校，这个让我既期待又有几分畏惧的地方。

实习学校给我们高度的重视，校长、主任亲自接待，给我们每个人都选派了两位指导老师，一位指导英语教学，一位指导班主任工作。实习见面会上跟自己的指导老师见了面，校长对实习做了简短的介绍。在这次见面会上，一下子被称呼为“老师”觉得很不适应，好像不是在叫自己，但也就从这样一刻开始我多了一个身份：实习老师。

然而当跟着自己的实习指导老师走出会议室的那一刻，当跟自己的同学们分开的那一刻，感觉全世界就剩下我自己了，接下来的一切就全靠自己了。这也许是我步入职场的前奏吧。

下午，跟班里的学生见了面，做了简单的自我介绍。学生们似乎对我们这些实习老师充满了极大的兴趣，班内的气氛很是火爆。

同时，在我踏入教室走上讲台的那一刻，我懂了自己身上的担子：为人师表，学为典范。

一天下来虽然很累，却很充实，开始期待明天的到来。

第一课

按照昨天老师的安排，今天早上和学生一起上早读，然后便开始实习的第一环节：听课。

早上很早就来到了学校，站在教室外面整理自己的心情。随着一声声清脆的“老师好”的传来，心中油然升起一种自豪与欣慰。

走进教室，跟学生简单问候，便进入了今天早读的正题：领读单词。翻开单词表，每个单词早已在心中读过多遍，随着第一个单词的发出，渐渐地适应，声音也在加大，心情也归于平静，很快就读完了单词。问题也随之而来，三十分钟的早读只过了五分钟，剩下的时间又该干什么呀？毕竟跟学生还不熟，简单的聊了几句便退出了教室。

早读之后听了第一节现代课堂的英语课。时隔七年，早已忘记了自己当初的课堂是如何进行的，对今天的这节课充满了期待。

听完课后，总体感觉老师讲的很细，好像是在给小学生讲课，每一个单词，每一句话，每一个语法点都一一介绍、讲解、翻译，课堂教学只是在自然中过度，似乎没有原先想的那么完美。以前教育学、教学法课堂上讲的各种英语教学理论、教学模式也并没有在课堂上体现出来。看来理论与现实还是存在差距的。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，以往课本上学到的理论还要在今后的实践中融会贯通。

开班会

按照学校的惯例，今天下午最后一节课要召开班会，久别的高中班会不知道在今天发展成什么样子了。

这次的班会着让我震惊，不同于我所熟悉的班会形式，他们的班会由班长主持。首先公布了过去一周的小组量化，倒数的三个组还要唱班歌以示再接再厉。其次，班里还评选了过去一周的“学习之星”和“进步之星”，并且推荐人要陈述推荐理由，最后班主任给这“两星”获得者颁发奖状，这一项于我来说倒是挺新鲜的。第三项，班长对班内过去一周存在的问题，生活上、学习上等做简单说明。班会最后才是办主任讲话，向学生传达学校最新指示，批评存在的问题，表扬表现好的。这才让我有种似曾相识的感觉。接下来是我的时间，受班主任之托，给班内学生讲一下大学生活的美好，激发他们的学习动力，并介绍一下学习英语的技巧和方法。

当我在学生们热烈的掌声中走上讲台的那一刻又不知道说什么了，虽然提前准备了，但由于太紧张一下子全乱了，自己都不知道在说什么了，也没有了时间概念，只是在那机械般讲话。班内的气氛赶来开始还挺活跃，火来渐渐地安静了。

那是去年冬天了，由于冬天来的比较早，所以大家都穿上了厚厚的棉衣，但还是感觉到了冷。走在去姥姥家的路上，寒风刺骨，把我冻得瑟瑟发抖，嘴里的上牙和下牙冻得打颤。风刮在脸上火辣辣的疼，像有一千只猫在挠我的脸一样。我几乎是寸步难行，就在这艰难的挪动中，我遇见了她们，一个小女孩正搀扶着一位老人在雪中困难的行走，那位老人大概六十来岁，衣着朴素，历尽沧桑的脸上刻满了岁月的痕迹，如树皮一样的手紧紧地抓着小女孩，生怕她跑丢了似的。小女孩那幼稚的小脸蛋上挂着一个迷人的微笑，在雪地里蹦着跳着，但丝毫没有挣脱老人的意思。

忽然，小女孩一个趔趄，摔倒在地，老人急忙弯下腰来扶起小女孩，她轻轻的拍了拍小女孩身上的雪，雪儿听话的落了下来。多好的老人呀!我心想。我目光顺着他们的脚步，她们走着走着，停了下来，老人挥了挥手，跟小女孩说再见，天哪!难道小女孩的父母就让他们的爹妈住这样的房子吗?这座房子外表简陋，地上还零散着堆着几块掉下来的石头，老屋四周杂草丛生，凌乱不堪，我百思不得其解，没办法，问一下那个小女孩吧!，我快步追上小女孩，问道:“小朋友，刚才那个老奶奶是你的什么呀，她为什么对你那么好呀?”她仰起头，扑闪扑闪她那双大眼睛对我说:“其实刚才那位老奶奶我并不认识，可能因为她摔倒了，我扶她起来，她才对我那么好的吧!哦，对了，你愿不愿意和我一起去帮老奶奶捡碎石头呢?”我迷迷糊糊的点了点头，她高兴的拉着我飞奔起来......终于捡完了，她蹦跳着离开了我的视线。

虽然看不到她了，但她那身影却在我的脑海中挥之不去，并不断清晰起来，高大起来，美丽起来......

只要人人都献出一点爱，生活就会更加精彩..
