转眼就来到了实习的第四天，这两天天气开始转凉了，班上好几个感冒了，来请病假的一堆。看来要提醒学生注意身体。

听了三天的课，还参加了几个会议，收获真的很大。下午的会议是全校班主任会议，在会议上我知道了一些关于学校班级管理在实践方面的知识，比单纯在书本上获取的理论强多了。作为实习生能参加这种全校性会议是件很幸运的事，充分体现了HT中校领导的宽容。

所以尽管今天回去很晚，但还是很开心。

回到家，志哥和志嫂在等我吃饭，很感动。实习周到啦，为了提高自己的英语水平，把知识和实践结合，在学校的帮助安排下，我来到了“瑞博英语培训学校”，开始了我的执教之路。

瑞博外语学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业外语培训机构，我的实习地点是凤凰城大梨树分校。这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。

我的实践内容是教培训班的小学生初一英语课程。

虽然我是英语专业的学生，但毕竟没有过教学经验。因此，7月3日，我到“瑞博”的第二天就开始接受相关培训。邓校长真是个认真负责的人，她为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——王老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

经过了一段时间的备课听课和试讲，我终于走上了讲台，开始教课啦！

我角的这本教材的特点是单词量大。所以在教课的过程中，我遇到的个困难是如何让孩子们对枯燥的英语单词产生兴趣。关于这点，我在培训时准备的游戏帮了我不少忙。我发现学生最喜欢的游戏要数Simon says 和Snowman.因为这两个游戏学生可以全班参与，有赏有罚，十分热闹。这也是学校里其他老师使用得最多的游戏。

不过，为了使我的课堂有自己的特色，我也想出了几个其它调动学习单词的兴趣提高学习效率的方法。其中最有效的是领读单词这招。每个人都有上进心，都不想被别人比下去，这一点在孩子们身上体现得最明显。我正是利用了这点，在教单词时，给孩子们充足的时间自己练习读熟它们，并让以不同的形式他们轮流领读，读得标准的同学还可以获得当小老师的机会去较其他人，实力相对弱的同学不仅要接受惩罚，还要成为“别人”的学生，这样学生为了可以当小老师，为了得到大家的掌声，一节课下来，几乎每个同学都可以把单词读熟读好。 一个问题解决了，第二个问题马上出现了。经过几次考试，孩子们贪玩的本性实在令我头痛。全班十二名学生，回家能认认真真背单词的人不超过五个，怎么办？在得到几位老师的意见后，结合我班的情况，我终于想出了几个办法！

“瑞博”向来有积分制度，学生根据自己的上课情况和考试成绩会得到不同的积分，不同积分会有不同礼物兑换。本来每位同学每节课最多只能得四分，但在和几位老师商量后，我决定我们班每节课的积分以考试成绩为主，单词全对的同学，根据人数可以得到五分十分二十分不等的奖励。这个新方法一实行，就取得了特别明显的效果。不过，总有几个贪玩的“小懒虫”，从不在意分数。没办法，我只好用其他的方法使他们学习。找出这几个孩子回家后不学习的原因。第二招，为他们量身定计划。举个例子具体点说。我们班有两个关系很好的女孩子，她俩共同的特点就是爱上英语课，不爱背单词。别看她俩关系好，在学习上可是暗暗叫劲儿。每次上课前她俩都会各自找机会悄悄问我要对方的作业看，比一比谁写得好，评语好。我就是抓住了她俩这个心里，为她俩制定了一套学习方案。有一段时间，我会给她俩布置背单词，读课文，背句子等不同的任务，并在第二次上课前单独考她们，再根据她们的考试情况在课堂得分外多加些分数。开始时，她们不理解我的做法，没想到一段

时间后她们不仅提高了成绩，还主动要求我给她们布置课外任务，比一比谁学得好，这点让我很高兴。当然，其他的同学也会有不同方式的加分的机会。

我遇到的第三个问题就是如何和家长沟通。和家长沟通的内容有两个方面：一是学生的安全，二是学生的学习。家长和老师最担心的事不是孩子的学习成绩上不来，而是孩子的安全得不到保障。所以我们一旦发现有孩子没有按时来上课，就会立即通知家长，了解情况。在课间也会有专门的老师保障他们的安全。而当孩子学习上出现问题或取得进步时，我们做老师的也要及时和家长取得联系，让他们能够及时掌握孩子的情况。每次和家长交流前我都要仔仔细细地想一遍一会儿和他们说什么如何说，尽量做到落落大方，表现得成熟些，免得让家长对自己对学校不放心。

近一个月的实践经历告诉我，要想把课讲好，在课前必须做好充分的准备。熟记每个知识点，熟悉每篇课文，校准每个单词的发音，精心安排课堂的每个环节...... 不过，要想使学生从心底里喜欢上你的课，喜欢上你这个老师，我们要做的就不只这些啦。所以我一有时间就和他们聊天，做游戏，了解他们的性格喜好在学校的学习成绩甚至是家庭状况，和他们建立宝贵的友谊。看到我的学生真的把我当成了自己的朋友，有什么好吃的会拿来和我分享，有好玩的游戏会叫上我一起玩儿，甚至会把喜欢的玩具送给我，我觉得自己成了世界上最幸福的人！ 教师是个力气活，劳力，劳脑，又劳心。教师也是良心活，教得好坏多少，得用心中的那杆秤来衡量。当教师还得讲策略，要想教好学生，要想学生信服自己，必须和他们交友，不断琢磨学生的心理，才能做到。

有过同样经历的几位同学曾告诉我，她们当了十几天的教师就开始厌倦这份工作了。可是，我觉得我的教师瘾还没过够呢！虽然在这个过程中我累过烦过也抱怨过，甚至有几次我做梦梦到的都是那帮让人省不了心的孩子。可我觉得为他们付出值！ 每当站在讲台上,被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时,作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。

我真心地感谢学校给了我这次实践的机会。在这个过程中，我得到了很多，也进步了很多。能够将自己在学校所学的知识运用到实践是我最大的收获!当然，在教学过程中我还有好多地方做的不够好，多希望以后还会有这样的机会，让我弥补一下心中的遗憾。借住在志哥志嫂家已经很麻烦他们了，现在还要等晚归的我吃饭。晚饭是吃火锅，好开心。志嫂饭后还把没吃完的食材拿来下粥，她手艺很好煮得特香。

好像实习以来我碰到的事情都是些好事情，其他同学一定很羡慕这么多好人在我身边守护。LUCKY！正式接任班主任首要的工作，便是在最短的时间内认识整个班的学生，以及阅读他们的周记。

周记，可能更多地带有作业的性质，然而，在仔细阅读每一个学生的周记后，我发现确实很多人写出了他们的心声，写出了他们的思考。

九十后，是目前被谈论最多的一代，也许是他们的风格与社会的传统相悖，也许是他们的叛逆心理比较严重。我们不难看到整个社会对他们的关注和担忧。很多人说九十后“少年不识愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁”，而我通过他们的周记中看到的是另外一面，他们真的感到孤单，很多源于父母甚至社会对他们的不理解。

现在很多言论都批评他们肤浅，我觉得写这些评论的人根本就没有深入地去理解他们（当

然我也是）。他们有他们的深刻，九十后思考问题的方式和方向可能跟我们以前认为的常理格格不入，因此他们总被迫使着前进。为什么我们总要用自以为是对的东西去规范他们，而不去理解他们的方式？其实是因为我们比他们还懦弱，不敢随意地去更改已经规定了的东西。

一边看他们的周记一边思考。虽然他们是九十后，语言里带着诙谐稚嫩与不成熟，但是他们并不是没有想法，并不是不深刻，就像读者里一个九十后写的：你们无法理解的深刻……说实话，我在四中的感觉就是——急迫。记得当时我读高中的时候根本就没有这种被压着的感觉，气氛是轻松自由的，照样有很多人进了重点大学，而今这样的情形，也没见他们的重点率高了多少。每天九节的课程量，一节四十分钟，加上早读，放学一大堆的作业，这班九十后每天的一举一动基本上都被框得“有条不紊”。他们每天就按着这样的行程机械地运作着，真的没有一点空间，一点自由发展的时间。除了课程外，学校的条条框框真的是多不胜数，规定小到学生的指甲长度，头发的发型，等等。流水线作业本来是工业生产的一个伟大进步，如果运用于人，运用于教育，是怎样——我们把人当罐头生产了！

The tomb sweeping day is one of the traditional festivals in China. On April 5th, people start to visit their ancestors’ tombs. Generally speaking, people will bring the home-made food, some fake money and paper-made mansion to their ancestors. When they start to honour their ancestor, they will light up some candles and incense, put some flowers around the tombs.

The most important thing is to put the home-made food in front of the tombs. The food, also known as sacrifices, is usually made up with a chicken, a fish and some pork. It’s a symbol of the offspring’s respect to the ancestors. People believe that the forbears will share the food with them. The children dedicate the food and money to their forbears in order to show their love and caring. The young offspring will go down on their knees and pray for their ancestors. They can say their wishes in front of the tombs and the ancestors will make their dreams come true.

In some provinces of China, people use different activities to commemorate this day, for instance, spring-outing, swinging, tree planting and making special food. One special food is Ay Tsao rice balls. It looks like Tang-yuan, but its colour is green. Mix the ay tsao juice with the rice powder, then make it into small balls. The Ay Tsao rice ball is done. People believe that eating ay tsao rice balls can get rid of the bad luck and everything will go smoothly. Other activities such as spring outing, tree planting are the other ways to commemorate the forbears. For one thing, it is a sign that people should look into the future and embrace the hope; for another thing, we do hope our ancestor rest in peace.

关于坚持

现在最新的成功学都提到了一件事，就是专注加坚持，尤其是坚持。我们中大多数人的努力其实都没有达到需要拼天赋的程度。什么时候才是拼天赋的时候?梅西和C罗那个层次，天赋才可能会起到决定性作用，不要忘记C罗是一个极度自律的人，他走向人生巅峰绝对于此不无关系。

考拉小巫在自己的书中里面无数次提到她自创的“傻子哲学”。她说“傻子为什么能成功，因为他很傻，不管做不做成他都一直在坚持”。很多人学外语可能最多两个月就坚持不下去了，我想说，母语者以高负荷的方式训练了几十年的技能，你一业余选手凭什么和人家比。

关于发音和模仿

她在书中着重强调了是语调问题。这个问题是绝大多数中国英语学习者忽略了的问题。因为汉语是声调语言，单个字的声调以固定频率的形式出现，所以句子的语调基本是平的。很多外语学习者可能不知道，英语语调有传递情绪的功能，语调变化甚至能传递说话人的潜台词，比如：反语、讽刺、犹豫、建议等等。错误的语调会让听话人疑惑。考拉小巫的纠正方法是录音，和原文对比。不过几年之后的今天有简单的解决办法，下个配音软件，一切就OK了。

光比对原声不行，还得改善，考拉小巫的方式简单粗暴，就两个字——模仿。

口语自我修炼法

考拉小巫用方法的核心和十二国外语大神本尼·刘易斯的“一分钟迷你讲话稿”不谋而合。也是准备一些小的短文，从向对方描述自己的一天，从这些简单的开始，慢慢加大难度，用口语去形容一个事物和形容一个人物。后面开始甚至还要求举实例论证，最后是现学现用，把学过的词马上使用起来。

隐藏的听写大法

考拉小巫有字幕组的经历，我认为这可能是她英语突飞猛进的一个关键因素。她在做电影字幕，很多时候有听译，听译实际上我们平时的听写是差不多的，而且字幕是要见人的，所以从头到尾容不得一点马虎，可以说，考拉小巫在强迫自己一次一次做高强度听写+理解输出。而且在听译这么多电影的过程中，她一定大量有反复听同一电影的经历。所以，她被她嚼烂了的电影的量，甚至高过一部分人泛读的量。精听精读是提高技能的一个关键步骤，如果她精听的量超过了普通人精读的量，那么我们有理由相信，她至少在接收信息这一方面，有了很大的提高。

关于词汇量的论述

在这本书中，考拉小巫研究来研究去，最后发现影响阅读速度的第一大天敌还是词汇量的问题。她引用了一句话说：“GRE的单词是有用的，在美国读研究生的时候自然就知道了”。

被忽视的机械练习

现在我们提得最多的是刻意练习，学外语都想到的是克拉申、交际法等等。殊不知刻意练习的基础是机械练习，习得一切复杂技能的基础也是机械练习。没有把单个子技能练到炉火纯青，是逃不出舒适区的，更不用说把各个子技能最后串联起来，形成我们所说的技能。考拉小巫说她初中一个吴姓老师奉行fifty

times，就是简单重复50次，我比较赞同这种观点，大量的重复有助于深层次的机械及肌肉及本能记忆。

从初级走向高级的精进之路

精进之路只有一条，坚持，拓展。不过注意到下面这几点，可能会拓展得快一点。

第一，适当接触一些方言和非标准口音。

第二，逐渐积累俚语。

第三，扩充自己的知识面，其中以母语所在国的文化最为重要!

最后呢，考拉小巫还分享了很多小技巧，包括应试、申请材料等很现实的东西。如果想简单点可以直接先照搬她的计划，再适当调整。
