根据国家教育部规定，从1996年起，每年三月最后一周的星期一为全国中小学生安全教育日，今天是全国第十九个校园安全教育日。今年的教育主题是“强化安全意识，提升安全素养”。中小学生人身安全有其特殊性，内容涉及很多方面，包括交通安全、课间活动安全、体育活动安全、集会疏散安全、用电安全、消防安全、食品、药品安全、校外活动安全、网络安全，以及自然灾害、意外伤害和外来侵害等等。据教育部统计，全国每年大约有16000名中小学生非正常死亡，平均每天有40多名学生死于交通事故、校园伤害、食物中毒和溺水等事故。也就是说每天差不多有一个班的学生“消失”。专家分析指出：校园安全事故、青少年意外伤害，有80%是可以避免的。而导致悲剧发生的一个重要原因，是我国青少年欠缺安全防卫知识，自我保护能力较弱。

同学们在日常生活、学习、锻炼和娱乐中，如何注意安全，避免伤害?在此，我向全体同学提出要求和建议：

一、严格遵守交通规则。骑自行车的同学特别要注意交通安全，严格按照规定的行车路线行车，不逆向行驶;要经常检查刹车是否灵敏，最好一人一车，不要带人;在路上不要并排行驶，更不要追逐打闹，注意避让行人和车辆;乘座公交车的同学，要有序排队上下车，不要拥挤，注意乘车安全。

二、注意防止踩踏事故。同学们在校内要做到“上下楼梯靠右行，

轻声慢步不推挤”。2010年，湘乡就有一所学校，因为下楼时拥挤，有学生故意制造紧张气氛，造成了7名学生被踩死的悲剧。我们学校的楼道比较宽敞，但还是希望同学们上下楼梯时不要拥挤。特别是晚上突然停电时，同学们要保持镇静不要惊慌，更不允许搞恶作剧。

三、注意饮食卫生，预防食物中毒。春季是各种传染病高发的季节，再加上气温升高，食品容易腐败变质，同学们要格外重视饮食卫生安全。希望同学们不要购买三无食品，尽量不到路边没有卫生许可证的小摊贩处就餐或购买食品。

四、正确处理同学之间的矛盾。同学之间相互有意见或者有些小矛盾，十分正常。不要耿耿于怀，过分计较。应该本着谦和忍让，尊重他人的原则，以平和的心态、温和的方式，化解同学间的矛盾。当自己解决不了时，要及时请求老师的帮助。特别要警惕个别同学的挑拨、起哄，不要试图采取暴力的手段解决矛盾，做到遵纪守法，珍爱生命。切记“冲动是魔鬼”这句话!

五、禁止携带管制刀具进入学校。2007年3月8日晚上，一个民办文华中学高三学生魏某与高一学生许某因一点小矛盾在校内打架，许某用刀刺中魏某心脏，致其死亡。许某的一时冲动，使两个好端端的家庭被毁了。纵观全国校园学生命案，百分之九十以上都是由于学生非法携带、使用管制刀具造成的。因此，学校将继续加大对管制刀具的收缴力度。也希望同学们提高警惕，及时举报有不良企图、携带管制刀具的学生。

同学们，有一种基本的权利叫安全。拥有了安全，虽然不可能拥有一切，但没有安全就一定没有一切。对于我们人类而言，多一份自律，就多了一份安全的筹码;多一份警醒，就拥有了一张通往安全的绿卡。人类生存的几大要素莫过于此：健康是前提，物质是基础，精神是源泉，而安全，则是堡垒。一个让我们生命的状态时刻保持安全与平衡，让我们生存的环境时刻充满宁静与和谐的堡垒。没有了安全，再健康的躯体也在劫难逃，再丰厚的物质也会变得一文不值，再丰沛的精神源泉也如无本之木。生命没有第二次。我们只有懂得一个道理，防患于未然，在人生的路上走好每一步，事事处处想到“安全”二字，在校内外规范行为，严守制度。我们的生命才会更加美丽，我们的生活才会更加和谐!

多年以后，面对火葬场上空蒸腾着的黑烟，殓妆师沈素将会回想起，她打扮的第一具尸体留在她手心的凉意。

那天下午，她第一次走进火葬场。小镇报时的钟声在透彻的阳光里飘荡，一丝腐烂的恶臭味，混杂在焚烧的烟气里，扑入鼻息。

沈素终于当上了一名殓妆师，终于有一个稳妥的钱源去维持她与卧病的老父亲能勉强生活。三十大几了还没结婚，当然要指望自己过活。然而她并不埋怨，只安安静静地度日。只是在父亲入睡之后的夜里，当她做完家里的杂事后，搬一条马扎儿坐在院中，偶尔也想找个男人一起生活。每当此时，她便伸出手，去盛接浸泡在月色里的凉意。那是她的手再熟悉不过的温度，是人灵肉分离后留给世间的温度。

起初，沈素对那些躺在眼前的身躯也有些许惧怕。毕竟是孤怜怜的一个女人，心里对鬼神又保有敬畏。所以，当她的手触到那些冰凉的面孔便不自觉一颤。可后来，她逐渐不怕了，反倒亲切起来，这双手再抚摩那些脸庞时也不再条件反射般颤抖，而是多了几分温柔。

总有死者的家属将豆大的眼泪洒给她，嘱咐着“化好看些，”“穿精神点”。她也不说什么，总沉一沉气息，微微点头，然后进屋去拾掇工具。也有人对她抱怨：“好好的一个人，入棺多好，非要扔到大锅炉里烧化了”——她也只听着，并不回应。

然而沈素对她手里经过的身体，都一丝不苟地对待。她丢掉了厂里发的，像鞋刷一样张牙舞爪的化妆工具，省吃俭用买了几副上好的小刷子。死了的也是人啊！给尸体化妆的时候，她常自言自语地与它拉家常。她的手小心翼翼地忙碌着。有时毛巾不在旁边，就用大拇指蘸点水，抹掉画失败的一笔，边轻巧揉撮着边说：“真是对不起，没弄疼你吧？”她又何尝不知道，手触着的是已无知觉的皮肤，只是常想着：死了的人也是人啊，也有过和我们一样活生生的命，怎么能随意轻贱？

每天，她洗洗手下班时，已是日薄西山。小镇里报时的钟声又从钟楼里传来，涤荡着火葬场里漂浮的每一粒烟尘，仿佛催促她今天打扮好的人们快入天堂。而她则闭上眼，念叨着再见。

日子一天天过去，沈素成了小镇里有名气的殓妆师，托她做活，特意给她送小礼的人多起来，人们都盼望着逝去的亲人能漂亮地走。而镇上的人也开始躲她、敬畏她，仿佛每天与死人打交道的人也附些阴森气在身上。人们尤其怕那双手，觉得谁碰到了就会有不吉利的事发生。卖豆腐的小贩不想接她碰过的钱，卖衣服的婆娘讨好地说“不用试了，这个码没有问题”，就连去饭店吃饭老板都会备上一双专门的筷子。

起初，沈素无法适应这种待遇，常偷偷抹眼泪，可后来，她想通了。殓妆师本来就泡在死人堆里，应该和死人做朋友啊。于是买了一双薄手套来戴，一年四季地不摘下——除了工作的时候。她本该过她的安稳日子，直到有一天，媒婆问她要不要去相亲，和一个亡妻的长途司机。

一整天，沈素都陷在沉思里。她想起之气送来过一个车祸去世的女人，来的时候脸上被扯开了一条口子，血肉模糊。女人的丈夫递给她一枝百合：“请别再她的衣襟上，这是她最爱的花，我特地从盆里摘下来。”她眼眶有点湿了。给那个女人化妆时，她喃喃：“妹子，你好福气啊。”又用那双炽热的手抚了抚她襟上的百合，抚她的爱情。

她没想一遍，也感动一遍。但她最终还是拒绝了。回家，父亲颤巍巍地哭骂她：“傻啊……”她却笑着拍父亲的背：“爹，我一个人过得安稳。”她哪里会寂寞呢？又不是没有朋友。

终于，轮到她为父亲化妆了。她坐在停尸床边，像素日里一样对父亲耳语：“你看你，老头子家的，还要我给你化妆。”这一次，那双手格外稳妥，许是对这身体太熟悉的原故吧。她哪里会寂寞呢？能亲手送走父亲已无遗憾。只是从今以后，是真的一个人了。

二、征文日期

三、征文办法

1.征文设部分组织单位，组织单位征文启动时间根据当地情况决定，截止日期为3月31日。

2.以学校、年级、班级为单位参加的小型团体，可直接与征文组委会办公室联系报名，由征文组委会办公室根据人数具体安排评审办法。

3.个人参加，可直接将作品邮寄到征文组委会。

四、征文范围

一个故事，一则见闻，一种观点，一刹触动……把你内心最想表达的文字找一个恰当的切入点，写成一篇文章。

要求：

1.书写规范、整洁;

2.文章必须是文学作品，题目自拟，文体不限;

3.题材新颖，立意积极阳光，传递正能量;

4.小学组不少于400字，中学组不少于800字。诗歌不超过50行。所有作品不得多于5000字，未公开发表，每人仅限一篇。

五、评审办法

1.评审分初评和复评两个阶段。

2.组织单位单独进行初评，复评由征文组委会对各组织单位的初评结果进行集中评审。

3.直接寄到征文组委会的作品，由征文组委会组织文学界专家对征文作品进行评审。

六、评审专家

由著名作家、文学评论家和文学杂志编辑组成。

七、奖励办法

1.征文设一等奖、二等奖、三等奖;指导老师奖;组织奖等奖项。

2.由主办单位对各类奖项的获奖者给予奖励并颁发证书。

3.在《中国校园文学》杂志及中国校园文学网、微信公众号及微博公布获奖名单。

4.获奖作品择优在《中国校园文学》刊登，获奖作者将获得丰厚稿酬。

5.优秀获奖作品由《中国校园文学》出版获奖作品专号，或由作家出版社出版优秀获奖作品集。

八、注意事项

1.参加者所交作品不得抄袭他人或由别人代写。如有上述行为，取消参加资格。

This is my room.It`s big,too.Its names "Ann park" beacause it`s very lovely and interisting.This is my desk.Everyday I do homework here.This is my bed.Its pink beacause pink is my favourite couler. This is our sitting room.Its tidy.It has a table,four chairs,a TV,a mat and a flower.We often sing songs here and watch TV here. This is our book room.Its big but small than the sitting room.It has many many wonderful books.We are read books and newspapers here. This is our bathroom .Its big.We take baths,wash faces and brush teeth here.

三、征集范围：全国

四、征文要求

内容：以讴歌汕尾市城区“善美”文化为主旨，宣传汕尾市城区独特的人文景观，反映汕尾市城区的新发展新变化新成就。作品内容要求积极健康向上，弘扬正能量，有时代特征、创新精神、灵动诗性。

形式：每人参赛诗作限1-2首(以短诗为主，每首限30行以内，组诗限100行以内)。

参赛作品必须是作者原创且未公开发表的;严禁抄袭、盗用他人作品，否则产生纠纷由参赛者自行负责。组委会拥有对参赛作品的使用权。

五、征稿时间

即日起至2016年6月1日止(以电子邮件到达时间为准)。

六、投稿方式

只接受电子邮件投稿：统一使用word文本附件形式(标题4号宋体加粗、正文及其它文字5号宋体);来稿文件名统一格式为：“善美之城”+作者姓名+作品标题，来稿请注明作者姓名、通讯地址、邮编、联系电话、电子邮箱。(来稿不按统一格式要求的，直接取消参赛资格)

七、奖项设置

一等奖1名，奖金5000元;二等奖2名，奖金各3000元;三等奖4名，奖金各2000元;优秀奖10名。所有获奖者同时颁发获奖证书。

由组委会邀请著名诗人、评论家组成评委会，本着公平、公正、公开的原则进行评审;获奖作者名单将在汕尾日报、汕尾党政信息网、汕尾市城区政府门户网、善为网等公布。

九、出版

来稿择优在《汕尾日报》刊发，获奖作品在《海内诗刊》创刊号刊登，所有参赛作品择优结集出版。

I like the winter holiday very much.Though its very shortI can enjoy the

Spring Festival.I can watch cartoon every day.

I neednt go to school frepuently.Sometimes I can go to play with my friend

outside.With the festival comingI can play all the time.I can play video game

with my brother.I am good at playing PC game.

So I often beats my brother.Then more and more relative came to my home.We

had dinner together.Its so lively that Iam very happy.But I still have to do my

homework.

Our shool is big and nice.There are about one thousand students in our school. Every day we have four lessons in the morning and three lessons in the afternoon. Our morning lessons begin at half past eight and we finish school at four oclock We take the same subjects at school. Such as Chinese, maths, Englsh, PE and so on.The school day is long. But we love our school life.
